Was not well managed. There were problems with our room upon check-in and it took over an hour for them to switch rooms. That was odd since there were hardly any people in the hotel. Food was overpriced and of poor quality. My girlfriend found a worm in her food. The beach is beautiful, but I can't see how the hotel can poorly manage the beach. If this hotel was managed better, I would recommend it. As of right now, I would avoid this place.

Not bad. but I don't think this is 5-star hotel. Sun beds are so dirty that I can't lay my baby down without a towel.

Loved the pool. Disliked lack of dining options. Water temperature and pressure in the shower too low.

Resort, pool and beach are very nice and beautiful, very clean and well designed. Gym is great too. Service in the restaurants (especially the clubhouse) is a disaster. I think they work very hard to improve but really not good. Staff also speaks hardly any English. Good and drinks are completely over priced, the AI option helps a bit but it’s not really AI and you’re treated even worse then. There is nothing close to the hotel within walking distance (work in progress). There is very little entertainment in the evening. The animation team ignores you unless you’re Italian. Spa is beautiful but the treatment is maximum average.

Comfy cosy resort on Phu Quoc nearest to the most scenic cable car sea view experience found on this relatively unknown island. Hotel may be a far distance from the airport at this corner of the island. Hotel resort is self-contained with many resort activites - beach, pool and a games room. Morning breakfast buffet is amongst the best - comparable here with its prestigious neighbour. A good choice for rest & relax, chilling by the balcony, by the pool, at the games room etc.

We spent 1 week from 25/12 to 1/1 the hotel is great and has everything you need to enjoy a fuss free getaway vacation. The pool is amazing, the beach is great with comfortable sunbeds,hammock,canoe and paddles...the kids club is very big and convenient. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you for our son Birthday cake. It's a very nice family resort that we highly recommend for a nice beach vacation.

There should be two chairs & table on the balcony as shown in the pictures, but they only sent two chairs upon I requested! The staff does not speak very well English! Good breakfast but the other food we ordered in room was so so. We ordered two things with beer but they only provided one set of utensil! Speed and stable WIFI. Kayak, stand up paddle, life jacket, valley ball & etc are provided for free at the beach. Nice private beach and a big swimming pool but the sunbed placed around the pool is not enough. Gym opens until 9pm only! Only two places for meal so not much choice for the guest! No souvenir shop in the hotel but there is a convenience store stands opposite to the hotel.
