The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, shops and restaurants by the harbour which are a 5 minute walk away. There is a large car park at the rear so parking is never an issue. The room was very large, clean and well equipped. Some negatives though. They require 200 euro deposit on a credit card which I'm still waiting to be refunded. I upgraded to a harbour view but this was minimal and not all rooms had a balcony.

We arrived on our two very expensive bicycles and we were told to put them aside in an open garage. After a lot of negotiation we were allowed to store them in an empty bagage locker room, but only from 1900-0800. No further explanation- which left us in the terasse watching our Bikes from 1630 to 1900. The lack of serviceorientation and flexibility surprised us, we have been to 35 hotels already on this journey and have not experienced anything similar. We would not come back or recommend this hotel

Très bonne prestation, à améliorer : une bouteille d'eau en chambre n'est pas un luxe, une douche et des toilettes à proximité de la piscine extérieure, un check in plus tolérant (il y avait une dizaine de clients à attendre les 16h00 pour avoir les chambres... pas très pro sur ce type de prestation !

Très bel hôtel dans le joli quartier du Pouliguen . Personnel accueillant. Chambres très spacieuses. Dommage que les serviettes de toilette ne soient pas changées tous les jours. Les chambres sont belles mais pas toujours bien entretenues : canapés usé, moquettes un peu tachée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les viennoiseries sont très fraiches ainsi que le pain. Nous avons diné à l'hotel le soir. Les repas sont très chers et de qualité moyennes, assez industrielle. Les piscines sont assez petites.

Grand, confortable et très proche du centre ville

Un bref séjour très agréable et parfaitement conforme à mes attentes. Un personnel d’accueil très accueillant et professionnel, des explications claires et des facilités très agréables. Une belle chambre de belle dimension avec une vue sur l’arrière de l’hôtel, bien équipée et très propre. Seul « bémol » : la visibilité du panneau indiquant où se situe le parking. Alors qu’un grand portail ouvert vous attire vers l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a une pancarte masquée partiellement par une haie et des inscriptions quasiment totalement effacées qui indique que l’entrée du parking se trouve en contournant l’hôtel par la voie publique ….. pour autant on fini malgré tout par se repérer.

Grande chambre, propre et hôtel bien placé avec un grand parking. La promenade le long du porc avec tous les bars et cafés n’est qu’à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Remarque importante le canapé des chambres n’est pas fait pour les adultes, donc si vous êtes deux et souhaitez des lits séparés il faut passer à la catégorie supérieure avec supplément.
