The room and hotel are very clean. The reception and restaurant staff are excellent, very cordial and friendly. The food in the restaurant is also excellent with large portions served.

Great stay, front desk very friendly and helpful, the room was renovated and very nice, the one thing I would recommend would be to put a few facecloths in the room. Had dinner in the restaurant, great food. Would recommend to friends.

New management, the place is under a wonderful facelift. The rooms are modern and new floors with no stinking carpets. Loved it and will make it my place to stay ever time I’m in Espanola…

Thanks again Pinewood! We upgraded our room no problem on arrival. My family and I were comfortable and grateful for such a clean and lovely room. Check-in was easy and the staff were so friendly. Great price for a last minute upgrade. We will stay here again when we come back up North. Highly recommend!

The property is under renovation and we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was simply decorated and well done. My favorite part of the accomadation was there was no nasty carpeting but beautiful LVP.

Harry at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He made sure we could get our key easily when we arrived quite late and in the middle of a thunderstorm. We felt welcomed and safe after a very hard drive. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was apparent that renovations had happened. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay. Love the uncarpeted and spacious room! Wonderful couch, modern lighting, great bathroom, awesome bed! Functional items throughout and everything works. Very supportive of the ‘no cooking rule’ that keeps the room pristine and clean for everyone.The BEST of value anywhere!

Don’t stay at Pinewood Motel

The towels were awful, the pillowcases were filthy as if someone slept on them and the staff didn’t change them. There were no facecloths and when I went to the front desk, it was closed early

Came for a wedding this past weekend and I honestly had nothing bad to say. The staff was amazing, even though things are tight right now, they made everything work in accommodating everyone and their needs. Owners are amazing people and super friendly and inviting making everything feel like home. I cannot wait to see the rest of the renovations complete, as I'm sure it will look amazing. See you all again soon.
