Spacious room in great location

We stayed in a studio apartment for 4 nights. It was very spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. There was a washer / dryer, which was handy as our stay was part of a longer trip. Parking was available onsite. The location was walkable to Salamanca Place, the harbour and the city centre. Despite it being at a major intersection, it was relatively quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful.

Stayed here for 8 nights. A great start to the stay was the easy check-in and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Then we were pleasantly wowed by the size of the room that had a huge living area. No claustrophobia here. The only down side was the mattress. It had definitely seen better days. I would stay here again.

Worth every dollar

This is an amazing apartment that is suitable for a longer stay. We were phoned 24 hours before to double check all our details, including the parking we had requested. If you are driving in and out of Hobart, it is worth paying for the parking at the hotel as there is very little parking available close by. The parking spaces are a little tight if you have a very large vehicle. But the team were amazing and the room was so clean. When we ran out of supplies they happily replenished. Please note they do not do housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. It is perfectly placed to walk all over Hobart if you are without a vehicle as well. Just be sure to know the driveway is less than 100m from the intersection of Davey Rd. Enjoyed it immensely!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the city, wharf and Salamanca precincts. Comfy bed. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, only to find that the bedroom is not separated from the rest of the room - it does not have a door to close it off. We paid for a 1 bedroom apartment to have some privacy in the room at night if one person was not sleeping well, so we were NOT happy about that at all. It would be appreciated if the description was changed to "studio", with bed in an area set off to one side of the apartment. We could also hear people coughing in the room next door from our bedroom.

We had a great time staying here. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a fantastic location. We could walk everywhere with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we visit Hobart.
