The hotel faces Mount Avila directly, offering stunning views. It features a fully equipped kitchenette and is just a 3-minute from the restaurants in village. The room is spacious, with a newly renovated bathroom and brand-new flooring. Excellent value for money — I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

One night stay while biking the local trails. This is an older building but very well maintained and equipped to prepare meals in the room . Clean, comfortable and one of the lower cost hotels in the area. A bonus is Jean-Marc at the desk. Pleasant, personable and will respond quickly to any questions or issues you have.

I liked that we had a little kitchen with a stove , dishes and a fridge, the room was very clean and quiet easily accessable what We did not like is Where we stayed on the first floor, there was a lot of noise early in the morning over our heads coming from the second floor so we werent able to sleep inn.

So this isn't so much of a review as it is a warning to fellow travellers. I was robbed here. Despite the fact that this place is creepy, dilapidated and unclean, I also actually paid 2 nights in full and didn't even stay here. The reason being when I arrived here, the hotel (motel) had no power. Which is fine, it happens, but when I asked for a refund, I was denied and treated very disrespectfully. I even called the police on the lady at the front desk, who was hiding from me in the basement because she was avoiding me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

far from what I expected

already at check-in I was not impress as the person there was not able to speak one word in French (this is in Quebec where your main market speak French) I am good in english and I always speak in english when in other provinces of Canada, it is a form of respect. once in the room it was not nice looking at all for 160,00 $ per night and it was very cold. it took 3h to get at a comfortable temperature. you could feel the cold air from outside comming from every tiny holes in the walls (not insulated at all). and then in the bathroom, there was not heated at all and there was a humidity bug in the bath .. you can see they don't care about the place, they just want to make money.

Tout était parfait et si j'avais une suggestion pour améliorer le site ce serait d'augmenter l'éclairage du sigle de l'emplacement qui n'est pas assez éclairé lorsque l'on revient aprÚs le coucher du soleil. De plus le spa n'était pas fonctionnel en fin de semaine.

Clean room, nice outdoor pool, friendly staff, easy check in/out, comfortable beds, and we loved the kitchenette with stove, mini fridge, microwave, etc. Very close and convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and waterpark. We will definitely be back!

Je nais vraiment pas aimer le fait quil me met dans une chambre a cote des travailleurs tres bruyant qui etais dehors leurs chambre pour faird party et nous etions moi et ma fille et 1 enfant donc vraiment pas a laise. Chbre salle sur sofa creme blanche des cheveux dans le lit sa sent vraiment humidite je ny retournerais jamais exoerience terrible...
