I genuinely loved staying here. The room was nice, clean, and we had everything we needed for our week stay. The only slightly negative thing was they didn't have bacon on the complimentary breakfast. However, with the rotation of what was served in the mornings, there were plenty of options to satisfy my family every day. Highly recommend staying here. Also, the staff were incredible. Give them all raises!

The check in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The closet system is good for someone staying awhile. The room had a full kitchen. There are grills available for the guests to use. I didn't use one , however it's a nice amenity. I would stay there again.

The property was great! The breakfast was good. We were there for a travel baseball tournament and the hotel staff was amazing! The only 2 complaints I have would be the pool closed at dusk and the BBQ was in the front of the hotel instead of the back by the pool. A little inconvenient. The overall stay was great. I would stay there again. The rooms were big.

Morning agent tried to offer points but couldn't find my Bonvoy account...probably been purged from the system. Doors were extremely LOUD closing...more like every door slammed on its own. Great hotel and stay probably the nicest hotel as far as a Townplace suites and I’m a Marriott titanium elite member with over 150 stays this year, with that being said I’ve stayed at ALOT of Townplace suites all over the us and this is the nicest I’ve been too the staff are really helpful and and respectful as well

After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional.
