Great location in Namba within walking distance to Dotonbori and other busy areas. It's also right by Namba station, which made it convenient to reach and to get on the subway train to get to other parts of Osaka or for a day trip to Nara. The hotel was clean (lobby/basement areas gave off a sterile, hospital vibe), staff was friendly, and they offer free breakfast from 06:30 - 09:00. The room was small (average for Japan hotel size), but was clean. They provide some amenities by the front desk, such as toothbrush, facial cleanser, tea, and there's a water station at the lobby to refill water, which were all great to have for our three night stay! The hotel staff also helped with arranging our suitcases to be delivered to our next hotel as well, which was helpful.
