Waited in lobby for 45 min.for a work crew of eight to check in No buses out of city until Thursday took a $280 uber back home. Walls thin heard talking and laughing. Assigned room on third floor. Do not recommend for senior travelers.

Didn't like seeing hairs in the bathroom. On the tub and floor Past guests food leftovers in microwave.Reported and was to be taken care of,wasn't. Manager situation,she didn't care about a situation that happened. The breakfast guy was awesome. The check in guy was decent. They are lacking staff.The Manager actually said things get missed. I should not have to reclean the bathroom. The female manager has customer service to learn.

The bathroom had caulking around the bathtub and that was dirty. Maybe try having that replaced from time to time. It seemed like the hotel was short staffed so had to ring the bell a few times. Overall stay was good.
