There were bagels, toast, waffles, coffee, tea, bananas. Breakfast was good. First impression of the hotel was NOT good. So much so if I could have gotten my money back I would have gone elsewhere. I won't be lodging there again. The kitchen lady was pleasant.

Check-in staff was friendly and quick. Hotel is a bit run down from the outside and area is not so clean. I highly recommend 2nd building, very quiet! 1st building was full and a bit noisy. Next to mall and food options. I didn't see any bugs which was a HUGE PLUS FOR ME.

My first bed bug encounter

The hotel was fine except, it had bedbugs or flea, I think bed bugs. I got about 10 bites and they still itch 11 days later. that may be because I have never encounter bed bugs before. They lady at the desk let me fill out an incident report, they said terminx would check the room and I would not be charged if they found bedbugs. I have heard nothing, I suspect they just say that to calm down a customer.

You get what you pay for…

Pool out of order and gym out of order. First reception desk encounter was with a young girl, had white headphones on which leads me to believe that she wasn’t even listening to me, short with her conversation, not welcoming, not friendly. Second reception encounter was so much more pleasant, with an older woman. Bed was sunken in on one side, and the bath tub didn’t really work well. With the only amenities available is the breakfast, this definitely was an average experience for what we paid for.

This hotel did not look like the picture. I could ot even stay in the room. Very smelly and somthing sat my allergies off. Could not breath even with aid on (allergies was just going crazy). I just sleep in car. I went to let the person duty know did not even want to change room to see if that would work. Booked for 3 nights but just sayed one (in my car.) No refund offered just charged for one night at regular rate. This was crazy.

This is a great hotel for the amount you pay. Nice clean rooms. Front desk was very accommodating especially with us arriving at 1am. Everyone had great customer service. Great location close to a lot of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here every time we're in Greensboro.

In general the hotel is average but I can say it can be preferable in terms of price/performance balance. I am a bit sensitive to cleanness, so I could not say it was great for me but average. The breakfast is average as well. The reception is so informative and welcome.
