„The location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is just off a main street, so it is quiet at the hotel but you are close to many restaurant, cafes, and bars. You can book tours and airport transport at the front desk.“

„Beautiful and interesting home with different areas and a little courtyard inside. Carvings and tiles. They had an old radio, record player etc. wonderful if you want to see an old Kotagede type house from the inside. There's a bookshop attached to the house and it has a good selection of books, including Indonesian books translates into English, a section on Javanese culture, and political books like Gramsci etc. Location is good near lots of nice restaurants, walkable to the Mataram makams, ...

„We liked this hotel and the area. The hotel is outdated but value for money the rooms and beds are clean, but sheets look a bit old. Nice to have swimming pool and the restaurants and bars are close. Also bakery is close with western style choices. The downsite is the noise of the bars which are close.“

„Beautiful place to stay and very nice staff.“
