As it was late at night, we just made do with the smaller towels. If driving, take note to use the ramp next to Uniqlo, it was a steep drive straight up to 6th floor for parking. Directional signs to hotel are not clearly displayed. Need to drive quite far in before we saw the hotel signage. There is a lift lobby that goes to the 7th floor reception area. Need to validate parking before driving out. Hotel guest pay discounted rate of RM6/-. Lift to the floors can be slow at times. Access to mall on ground floor."
