Großes sauberes Zimmer. Schöne Aussicht auf der oberen Etagen. War auch sehr günstig.

On sight-seeing tour in Kyoto we booked the "small double room". Arriving there and seeing the room we couldn't believe what is considered a double room in Japan. The bed was 1.2m wide. Even for couples it would be difficult to sleep in there. Back at the reception I complained that this is too small only to get the answer that I would have to pay an extra charge for a twin bed room (which we did in the end). Apart from that the hotel is good. Free bike rental, breakfast buffet is good, the hotel was clean.

Das Hotel Okura war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Aussergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende MItarbeitende. Zimmer exzellent. Grosses Angebot an verschiedenen Restaurants, sehr gut gelegen. Würde ich sofort und immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

this hotel is definitely a hit / centrally located (metro station just on the corner, for nightcrawlers and shoppers just fifteen minutes walk to the clubs and shops) with a stunning view from your room (we had a room on the 29th floor) and the service there is excellent. One of the best hotel I have ever seen in a city - and I travel a lot. A traveller from Switzerland

Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wie in Japan üblich, war die Kommunikation mit den Angestellten auf Englisch nicht ganz einfach, aber das halt überall so. Wir haben unser Checkin nach 10.00 Uhr gemacht, der Aufpreis hierfür war etwas happig.

habe das hotel sehr kurzfristig gebucht und war mit lage und ausstattung sehr zufrieden.
