I have stayed multiple times at the Holiday inn express throughout North America and I have to say I was very surprised. The open concept when you walk... in was very welcoming. Staff were eager to help in whatever way possible. Loved the bathrooms concept. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable in our 3 weeks of vacation and all rooms have a balcony. Had a slight problem in our 3rd night with the power frequently going off, reported it and it was fixed however 2 days later the same thing happened, we were quickly changed rooms and the next morning we were provided with a letter of apology and complimentary beverages and snacks. I also have to mention that although the gym was small it was new equipment and definitely adequate to get a daily workout in. Area is great.. Quieter but in 3-5 min your in the hustle and bustle if things . Definitely stay here again von Geri aus Canada am 28.04.2013
