I really enjoyed Chatelet Apartment - with excellent links to the Metro/RER, big tourist attractions, and in a lovely part of Paris the apartment served... as an excellent base for my trip. That being said, the area wasn't noisy at night and I was able to sleep well, refreshed for the next day. There were a lot of nice touches - lots of free coffee and tea, a dishwasher, free wifi, and the heaters already turned on, as well as being met by the apartment owner who was very friendly and even recommended some great restaurants for us to visit. Overall, the apartment's quality is reflected in the price - although it sleeps four people (one double bed and one double sofa bed) we were able to fit eight people in there comfortably (three in the double bed, two on the sofa bed, and three on the floor space sleeping on blankets) - so big groups should either bring or buy an mattress and save even more money! von David J aus Sheffield am 16.04.2013
