Die 15 Zimmer im The Richmond Studios bieten folgende Ausstattung: Bügeleisen/Bügelbretter. Kabelempfang steht in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Dieses Hotel mit 3 Sternen bietet in allen Wohneinheiten Kochnischen mit folgender Ausstattung: separate Essbereiche. Alle Zimmer wurden im September 2010 komplett renoviert.

Die Zimmer sind leicht in die Jahre gekommen, hier würde eine kleine Rennovierung gut tun. Nichtsdestotrotz ist das Zimmer angenehm eingerichtet und sauber gewesen. Die Strecke nach Miami war mir persönlich zu weit, ansonsten war die Lage ganz angenehm. Ein Auto ist bei diesem Hotel trotzdem Pflicht.

Das Hotel ist ca 15 Minuten Gehweg vom Trubel entfernt. ( Clubs-Bars-Restaurants-etc).Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neusten aber dennoch sehr gemütlich. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat , ist das sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Da hat mann ein Atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer aber leider keine frische Luft.( Nur Klimaanlage). Das Hauspersonal ist super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Houskeeping ist leider immer erst ab 16 Uhr erledigt. Und wenn mann laute Nachbarn hat hört mann alles mit, da die Zimmer nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind. Aber mann ist ja im Urlaub. Alles im allem kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen für die,die keine frische Luft im Zimmer als Manko empfinden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Abends kann man an einer Feuerstelle sehr schön draußen sitzen. Nette Poolanlage. Die direkte Lage am Flughafen eignet sich besonders für Geschäftsreisen und als Start- oder Abflugsdomizil. (Urlaub möchte man lieber am Strand machen.)

"Great Place for Frequent Miami Goers"
The location was great and the room was perfect for me and my friends. It's Miami and a adult's playground, take the kids to Orlando. It is definitely one of my favs on my list. The Studio Room was the best because I come to Miami to relax and get away from the daily grind. "Art Deco Charm"
I really enjoyed staying in this cute little apartment for the night. Although it doesn't seem too impressive from the street, I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the studio. "Good with sometimes oblivious service"
Love the hotel and the amenities (pool is nice and open til 11 or11:30...depnding who you ask). Love the sister apartment option for less that also gives you access to full main hotel amenities. Love the older workers, but the service of the younger workers lack information and care for getting the info...I.e. didn't know or care to find out about beach […] amenities, pool times, food times, etc. Housekeeping spotty replenishment of stuffs. "low-rent hotel in high-rent area"
It's hard to find anywhere affordable in this prime real estate area of South Beach. The room was very basic and spartan, but clean and surprisingly large. It's a block away from the main Richmond Hotel, which is much nicer and has a pool and beach access. The person who checked me in (Pasqualina) treated me like a second-class citizen, either because […] I was staying in the low-rent annex or because I came through a discount site. I had to ask to get things like the wireless access code (which turned out to be wrong) and the gate access code for the beach. "Overflow Rooms"
Apparently these rooms are overflow rooms to the actual hotel. Didn't feel so much like at hotel as it felt like staying at a mediocre (or less) apartment complex. It seemed to me like there wasn't much care put into these units - barely furnished, no room service, the local guide magazines were outdated by a couple of months, the body lotion bottle […] in the bathroom was used (half empty), and the front entrance had no security lock and anyone could just walk in. "Needs updating, but close to everything."
My husband & I stayed in this hotel because it was within walking distance to a concert we went to see at The Fillmore. The rooms can use some updating, but were comfortable none the less. You can't go to South Beach & expect to stay in a swanky hotel unless you spend at least $500 a night. This was within budget, clean & comfortable. "Stay away! Stick with the actual Richmond Hotel."
This is an extremely outdated converted apartment building (old TV with bad reception, dirty floors that leave the bottom of your feet black, leaky bathroom fixtures, moldy tile in the bathroom, banged-up furniture, bare walls) on a side street away from the main drag. I didn't feel safe in the room because it had outside access without a secure gate […] preventing anyone from entering the hotel property, and the room doors are nothing but glass slats so you can hear everything outside (the gate banging, people yelling in the stairwell). There is no working internet connection, not even for purchase. I eventually moved to a room in the actual Richmond Hotel, which was much better. "Great location, but sub-standard building"
The suites definately need to be updated. Hotel does not have free Wi-Fi. The Richmond does not have beach chairs and umbrellas like the neighboring hotels do.
