Für das Geld woanders hin. Viele Mängel. Hotelpersonal scheint eher Urlaub im Hotel zu machen als zu arbeiten. Die Servicewagen stehen auch mal 3-5 Stunden vor der eigenen Hotelzimmertür. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick- bekommen haben wir eines aus dem man zu 90% ein dreckiges Dach gesehen hat. Zimmer war neu- es roch nach Silikon... alles […] schluderig verarbeitet etc. passte ins allgemein Bild. Hotel befindet sich zwar noch im bau- aber da stimmen noch viele andere Dinge nicht!!! Frühstück: Kaffee oder Tee nur nachdem mehrmals nach gefragt wurde- Personal sieht absichtlich an Gästen vorbei. Pool: bei uns flogen Schokoladen-verpackungen durch die Gegend- Personal kümmerte sich nicht darum. Beim einchecken wurde meine Kreditkarte belastet Geld das ich wieder bekommen soll.....?!? Fazit: Finger weg! -und das hat nichts mit dem Bau zu tun. Mehr

Fantastic view from our double-pool honeymoon suite. Suite was split level where from our bed, we were able to have a panoramic view of Kalima Bay. This is a very new resort with superb staff who are kind and courteous. It is located on the edge of Patong and a taxi ride to the centre and the beach. We did walk it twice but it's a good 40 minute stroll. I picked this hotel as I wanted a top resort for the first 4 days of my holiday, wanted nice surroundings to acclimatise and adjust to the time […] difference. I selected the honeymoon suite so we would have a great room to unwind and it was ok. Not quite what I expected, I mean it was nice but not what I would call a suite let alone a honeymoon suite. If it had of been my honeymoon I would have been very disappointed. The pool is nice and has a great view of the sea and Patong beach in the distance. The bar is not cheap but they do have happy hour offers. The restaurant has a rooftop view of the same and offers a very romantic dining experience with good Thai food at a reasonable price. The spa is a typical hotel spa but of course you can get a massage on the beach or in town for a tenth of the price. We enjoyed the stay and loved the staff but Patong offers better value for money elsewhere. Mehr

Stayed here for a night on our way back to the airport. Modern design, clean and a rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view over Patong. I booked the grand deluxe seaview room and was expecting to get the bathtub area facing the sea as was shown in their website. It turns up that my room is located at the corner with my bathtub area is facing the swimming pool and the seaview from the balcony area is blocked by the wall. The quality of service was not the greatest. When we arrived, there was some confusion over the booking even thoough I provided the receipt. It was after 2pm and we still had to wait a while for our room. The reception desk spoke poor english. We were there for 1 night only and we had a 7am tour booked the next morning, so we wanted to maximize our […] time at the pool. We didn't get to our room until after 4pm. The pool staff were super friendly and the pool was amazing- the whole reason we booked the hotel for the night. The next morning when we were leaving, many of the hotel staff watched us struggle with our suitcases going gown and up several flights of stairs (even though there was an elevator, still couldn't avoid stairs to the room) and not one offered to help. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and all I can say was that the service and the views were just out of this world. What an amazing holiday and I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for five nights in January 2013 in the honeymoon suite. To sum up the experience, Kalima was superb! The staff were helpful and even assisted us in locating some lost property. The resort facilities were new and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is worth separate mention as it is located on a beautiful open deck overlooking […] the Andaman Sea, so you'll be treated to a sea view every morning whilst enjoying a fresh and delicious breakfast. The resort's pool was a stunning infinity pool which shares the view of the Andaman Sea and includes a swim up pool bar! There is also an on site spa which offered very professional services to help us relax and unwind during our trip. The hotel is not located directly on Patong beach but is only a five minute drive away (and the hotel has a helpful shuttle bus service to transport you to and from Patong). For us this was ideal as it provided easy access Phuket's attractions whilst still being able to enjoy a peaceful night in. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family and will visit again on my next trip to Phuket! Mehr

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 28th to Jan 7th. The room was beautiful, but I would never stay there agian, as there are way to many hills and stairs.. To get up to our room, we had to go in a lift to one floor then walk up and across then down some stairs to get to our side of the hotel, then we had to go up another set of stairs to go into the other […] lift just to get to our room.. and it was the same sinario to get to the pool and the resturant. The pool is just over rated, I am only 5ft 2 and the water level only came up to my chest level. The mini golf is a joke as there is a little patch of grass but it is like scattered grass so there is no way you could play. The man made beach was hilarious just a little patch of sand right up top on the higest level of the hotel. The staff were nice and the food was ok but there is plenty of other hotels closer to patong and much much nicer. Mehr

This hotel has lots of potential with an amazing location but at the moment is not ready for business. Many things are not working. For example the honeymoon suite has a jacuzzi that was not working, a toilet bowl that got stuck on our second day there. Was upgraded to a villa and the jacuzzi was again not working and all the lights in pool area were […] also broken. Staff are not trained well and spoke little English and could not even understand me when I asked for a straw. Great hotel with a fantastic pool. The hotel is new and some finishing touches are still being made however these are now minor and I didn't notice the builders there. Great breakfast with a wide variety of food including an egg station where the chef will cook to your liking. We stayed in a grand delux sea view room and it was worth the upgrade. Tip...delux […] rooms have no view at all only of the other rooms. Rooms were cleaned daily and were large and spacious great rain shower. The pool was great although could do with some more sun beds. The hotel is located on a hill with nothing in walking distance a taxi to patong is 300 baht each way and so we spent around £24 a day on taxis however I wouldn't let this stop me staying here again as it was nice to get away from the busy patong of a evening. The 18 hole mini golf and the sand beach are not really there i dont think they should be advertised at all as it made no difference to us but both were laughable! The thai restaurant was superb, the food service and overall experience was the best we found in thailand. (as well as Joes Downstairs a lovely restaurant with fantastic sunset views!) Overall I loved this hotel would recommend it anyone but especially couples, (a lot of stairs to navigate) the staff were lovely and I would certainly return. I loved my stay in phuket. Mehr

Shower got stuffed the first night we were there, then we were tranfersferd to another room that had a loud noise couldn't get a night sleep the reception could not work out the noise, do not book transfers as they did not show up to the airport

Our room was not ready when we got to the hotel. I was told thru emails before we arrived that the hotel would be complete and there would be no construction. When we arrived, there were still a big construction site in the front of the hotel, which was a sight for sore eyes. The drain in the shower was not draining when we finally got into our room […] and then I had to wait for 2 hours to get service and this was after calling the front desk three times and end up having to go down to the front desk for help. The cable tv was blurry the whole time we stayed there. The hotel said it is due to the construction. The majority of the staff put on a false kindness and pretending smile. Especially on our departure, we didn't even get a "thank you" or " have a nice trip". Only one staff member stood out to us. Her name is Pen at the Malika Restaurant. She was genuinely kind to us from the first day to the last. After all the complaints about the hotel, our room was exactly what we expected and our view from our room was spectacular! I would definately not recommend staying at this hotel. I only just returned home after staying a week at Kalima Resort. When we arrived they mixed up our room and couldnt provide us the room that we booked. They didnt show us any of the resort facilities, only a few days into our stay did we find the gym and we had to request where our included breakfast […] would be as we were not even shown where the restaurant was. The whole resort is under construction. This meant that every morning we were woken up with drilling and machinery noise extremely loud just outside our balcony. The driveway and stairs to the hotel were not even finished being built yet. And if we wanted to relax by the pool, the construction workers were looking over and all you can hear is banging noises and machinery, not relaxing in the slightest!! Plumbing was also an issue, the shower drain didnt work properly so we flooded the bathroom twice after a normal shower also needed the toilet repaired as it was blocked when we got the room. I had to ask for this to be fixed 4 times before it got done. Room service was terrible, not only was the food mediocre, they got the order wrong as well. There is no way i would stay at this hotel again. Appauling!!! Mehr

The hotel is still under construction, at least half of it is not ready, so very noisy and lots of dirt due to the on-going construction. Staff are very friendly but un-professional, the help offered by them is very limited. Also there's no life or escalator available, so you have to prepared for good stair-walk. The hotel locate out of Patong downtown, […] so you'll have to pay THB200-300 per way to get to the town, but the view and room design of the hotel is very magnificent. The hotel looked amazing on the pictures at Expedia, and also on the hotel's own website. However, when I got there, it was one gigantic muddy building site. Plus, the hotel looked quite different from the pictures! I looked again on the pictures online, and it seems that the pictures we're not real pictures but created with the computer or something. Staff […] advised that the hotel was not going to be ready until next year 2013 (now August 2012). The pool bar was not even there yet, a lot of things we're not ready plus the room I was booked in was right next to a whole bunch of rooms that we're still be constructed with drilling and hammering during the day. And a giant mess everywhere. They should have not taken any bookings until it was pleasant to stay there and work had been completed. Or sold it at a cheap price and clearly advising people that it was still in construction before booking. I'm sure once it is ready it can be a very nice hotel, although a little further from Patong Beach but this time, it was very disappointing! Mehr

После длительного поиска, мы с возлюбленным остановились именно на этом отеле по нескольким причинам. Во первых, он находится в уединении от шума на самом побережье пляжа Калим, и в тоже время в 7 минутах езды от центровых точек развлечений острова. Во вторых, поскольку это совершенно новый отель, мы ожидали чистых номеров, бассейнов...и внимательного […] обслуживания, и наши ожидания абсолютно оправдались. Кроме того, при бронировании отеля мы заметили, что он не пользуется популярностью у российских сограждан, а нам как раз хотелось побыть в совершенно отстраненной от России остановке. Территория отеля небольшая, но очень органичная. Номер (мы остановились в Grand Deluxe Sea View) с прекрасным видом, уютный и просторный. Персонал отеля предупредительный, внимательный и отзывчивый. Питание тоже достойное. Единственным минусом было отсутствие у отеля собственного пляжа. Но мы ездили на ближайшие пляжи и отдыхали у отельного бассейна - с него открывается прекрасный вид на побережье. Mehr

전반적으로 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 일단 직원들이 무척 친절하고 서비스가 좋아서 즐거운 휴가를 보낼 수 있었어요. 한가지 단점이라면 셔틀이 있긴 하지만 대부분 저녁에 빠통으로 나갔다가 아주 늦게 돌아오기 때문에 저녁 5시 마지막 셔틀은 조금 불편했습니다. 리조트로 돌아오는 택시는 모두 단합된 요금으로 300 바트였습니다.

Our family (6) had a great stay at this new luxerious hotel. Located on a hill vith gret sea-view. Only 10 minutes with a taxi to the beaches in Patong or Kamala (smaller and nicer), but the hotel has great pools and restaurants so its hard to leave the hotel.

友人三人で行きました！すてきな景色、やさしいスタッフ、贅沢な朝食、心地よいプールに大満足！ SeaViewのdelax roomにしたのですが、ちょっと部屋は狭かったかな。 ホテルの周りには何もありません。なので、静かです。パトンまでは200-300バーツです。 2012年12月頃openしたそうで、きれいです！ とてーーもオススメです！

Dans l'ensemble nous avons été plutôt satisfait mais cela n'as pas durer longtemps... Le gros point noir est qu'il y avait trop de Français !!!!!! Si vous partez en amoureux allez plutôt du coté de Kamala ou Rawaï ou vous trouverez de beaux hôtels beaucoup moins cher, plus intime et souvent plus luxueux.
