Direkt am Boardwalk gelegen. Viele Möglichkeiten abends im Hotel. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer-für diesen Preis absolut super.

Geräumige Zimmer,gute Lage am Boardwalk. Preis-einzigartig günstig. Personal etwas genervt.

Wir waren total überrascht über das tolle Zimmer mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, alles in einem Top Zustand. Ein gigantisches Bett, mit extrem bequemer Matratze. Zimmer und die beiden Bäder sehr sauber. Bett jeden Tag liebevoll gemacht. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir an vier Übernachtungen gleich […] noch eine Nacht drangehängt haben. Auch der Pool (Indoor) hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sogar den Außenbereich mit Liegestühlen und Blick auf den Atlantik konnten wir noch genießen. Auch das Buffet hat mehr geboten, als wir aus anderen Casinos schon kannten. Internationale Küche, täglich wechselndes Angebot. Gute Auswahl an frischen Salaten und Vorspeisen. Genial! Absolut empfehlendswerte Athmosphaere , hinreissendes Ambiente - wir waren beeindruckt!

Das Hotel ist direkt am Boardwalk, allerdings etwas ab vom Geschehen. Sehr schöner Spaziergang zum Zentrum, ca. 10 Min. Man hat uns erst ein Katzenzimmer angeboten, welches wohl noch zu den alten und unrenovierten gehörte. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager wurde dieses in ein großzüges und angenehmes Zimmer getauscht. ... das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Preis - Leistung grenzgängig. Entspricht aber dem Niveau der Stadt Atlantic City. Hat alles den Charm von etwas Vergangenem. Personal sachlich, weniger persönlich - muss nicht stören. Hotel liegt zentral am Boardwalk ("Strandpromenade") zentral gelegen. Zum Outlet-Center sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten. Ich verbrachte im August 2 Nächte im Resorts Casino Hotel. Das Self-Parking sowie das Einchecken verlief schnell und anstandslos. Das Zimmer hattte Meerblick, roch jedoch etwas muffig, da half auch die Klimaanlage nicht viel dagegen. Das Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Schrankraum, dafür fiel das Bad etwas kleiner aus.Es sind ziemlich große Wege zurückzulegen, […] bis man ins Zimmer kommt, da man ja jedesmal durch das Casino durchgehen muss. Vom Büffet-Angebot hab ich keinen Anspruch genommen, da es abseits des Boardwalk doch auch einige günstigere und gute Restaurants gibt. Mehr

I realize this is the oldest hotel in AC, so I am not going to bash it too much. The lobby is beautiful, the casino floor was nice. I went on a Monday so some of the places were closed. My room was nice, huge bed, nice furniture but could use a wall mounted flat screen tv (Ocean tower). The bathroom was in desparate need of updating, the old white marble […] tile looked like it had slices of bacon and ham in it. Overall, it was a nice hotel, but there are nicer ones such as Showboat in which I stayed 3x. Mehr

I know I have replied to this already--however, I decided to do this again as I am thinking more about it and wishing I would have complained in person. This was a gift to my husband who was celebrating his birthday and I was surprising him. But, it was a big surprise to me. Rugs dirty, room smelled musky and mildewy, dressers were dusty, bathtub had […] a big bubble in the center and there was bird remains all over the windows when I drew the curtains. It was such dissappointment and Im sorry I did not complained to change the room but, I did not want to damper my family's mood. I hope u at least can compensate for this. I also had to take allergy medications as the room smelled musky and aggravated my sinuses. Mehr

We chose this hotel mostly because of the lower price compared to the other casinos in the area, and its proximity to the ShowboatCasino/House of Blues as we were attending a concert there. The casino itself is relatively fine (we don't gamble and didn't go to any of the shops or restaurants) but the rooms could use a serious upgrade. the accomodations were fine, we were only there for one night. what was not fine was that it took 30 minutes to check in, there were only three reception employees working, at a counter that had at least eight points of sale, the lobby had close to 100 people in it for check in. second issue was the pool hours, in an area where people are up late and […] early the pool is only open 9-5, i've never seen such a thing in all my travels. it is unlikely that i would chose resorts again given all the options in AC. When i first arrived at the hotel, i was expecting it to be confusing to get to the hotel lobby to check in but to my surprise it was easy to get there. when i got to the front desk it didnt take long to check in. There was nice people at the front desk. the first room i went to was in the ocean tower, it wasnt a good room to me. based off of cleaninless […] and how old fashioned the room really looked so i went back to the hotel desk and they switched my room into a razardous room. and it was COOL.... bathroom was nice. the only thing they need to switch is the old fashion televisions....the bed was sturdy and comfortable. alot of amenties. the housekeeping anila was GREAT. she made sure the room was spotless. i will definitely come back here. i was in 3510... a very quiet room and nice scenery. Everything was great. Everything that we needed we was able to find. The Hotel Staff was very nice as well. Would go back anytime.

Great location, lobby, restauraunts, casino all great. Actual room was attractive and comfortable, but farfrom clean!

Big bathroom. Large size room. Everything was clean in the room, however, it was not completely remade. We did not have any towels and one of the benches next to the bed was missing. When we called twice to get towels, no one came. In the morning, we called again for a third time and they were brought up quickly. Well, the Hotel will rent rooms putting too many people in one room.The room next to me had ten people in it. Other rooms on the same floor had six kids and two adults.Lots of noise not good at night, no security ckecking conditions at night.

We stayed here for a 3 day get-a-way. Had some questions tho about price and rooms. Before booking I called hotel itself. Asked about the rooms, etc... I questioned what the difference was between the cheaper room in the Ocean Tower and the little more expensive room in the Rendevous Tower, the gentleman said the little more expensive room was newly […] updated, beds comfortable, new furniture. Well I think he got that backwards which I was not happy about. The cheaper rooms (which we checked out later) was the newly updated rooms with the new furniture. I don't understand why the updated rooms were cheaper. It even had ocean view. The Rendevous Tower had a view of the roofs below. :-( And was in the back of the hotel away from the ocean. Didn't make sence. Employees were very nice, room smelled very nice, and the bathroom was beautiful and big. I would recommend this hotel. Price was still right for our budget. Mehr

The Resorts is always o.k. by me..

This was our second stay at the Resorts Hotel . The room was very clean and comfortable. We could look right out of our window to get a close view of the Atlantic ocean.

I waited in line for one hour to check-in

We stayed at Resorts because it was cheap and has a decent pool area for AC. The problem with this hotel is that they've cut so many corners here that there's almost nobody running the place. Check-in was a long nightmare for us and everyone we spoke to. We ordered room service for breakfast and the wait time was over an hour. The rooms are also quite […] out of date. A nice hotel close to sights...what need since u are so big need game room for the kids. a affordable for families...had a good time anyway. hope to see you next time

First the hallways looked old, but that wasnt too bad. we got to our room it was very big but almost too big. The furniture was nice and large but there was a lot of empty space in the room, again not too bad. But then I walked around and there was water stains all over the ceiling and peel marks on the walls,large ones, in several locations. And behind […] the bed there were peel marks were so bad it looked as if an animal was about to pop through the wall. And when I walked into the bathroom I kicked a used tissue that was on the floor. When I went to take a shower the plug fell into the drain and didn't come back out.... As in it was broken. The casino was great but it's obviously a place just to gamble and they barely take care of the actual hotel rooms. But maybe it was a fluke experience we had, either way we won't be staying there again. The location was good. Mehr

Took a long time to check in. They gave us a suite which we thought would be nice. However there were a number of problems. The bathroom door was off the hinges. There was no exhaust fan nor window in the bathroom. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was so low that the vanity bulbs were burning the tiles. The shower was tiny. Customer service of this hotel from Front Desk to Housekeeping including the Casino is very good. Some improvement on staff customer handling in the restaurant will make it up to par with the other departments. It is still good though.

Hotel was great just wished they had something to warm the food in.

Great hotel with friendly service!! I will stay here again. Everyone should try this hotel. We were given a great room right on the boardwalk without asking. Thank you!!

The room wasn't what we expected & I mean that in. a good way. The room was very spacious. We had a nice flat screen TV & the bathroom was magnificent. It's good for people who are traveling with friends or family.

To begin with I was quite upset with the extra hidden fee. For instance when I arrived at the hotel to check in I was informed that I had to pay a $100 dollar deposit just in case I left the room in shambles. In addition the deposit would not be return to me for at least 2 weeks. I felt as though I should have been made aware of this fact before hand. […] Secondly, when I made my reservation I was told by an associate for hotels. com that I would receive a room in that was refurnished. Well the bed was nice, however the carpet smelled like smoke. In addition when I went into the bathroom their was mold in the cracks of the ceramic tile, in the shower area. I called down to the desk area and spoke to a hotel clerk and iformed him of my findings in the room. I will say that the clerk changed my room however the first impression is a lasting impression. I tried to mask the displeasure in my experience from my spouse but the mood was already set. I don't know if I would stay here again. Mehr
