Feb. 2013die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt und das Frühstück war eher einseitig,da wir aber die phillis kennen hatten wir keine übermäßigen Erwartungen , netter freundlicher Service , Adapter für die Elektrik wurde uns zu Verfügung gestellt,Gepäck aufbewahrt und auch sonst waren wir in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden. Lage ist genial ,Greenbelt 2 Minuten um die Ecke und auch alle anderen Shoppingcenter und die MRT in der wohl schönsten Ecke von Makati und Manila fußläufig zu erreichen.Würden jederzeit wieder buchen .

Safe and interesting to explore and to take a walk around during the day, walking distance to a big shopping mall right outside Intramuros, close to shops inside Intramuros. OK, the rooms are small (then, what do you expect, you are in the historic quarter of an asian metropolis, not on the Las Vegas Strip), but very clean and modern. Nice, clean bathrooms! Quiet and working AirCon. Phantastic view and cool setting of the roof-top bar, very friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast OK, mix of european / asian (at least they serve real eggs and not that powdered stuff), nice restaurant with a good view. Reasonable good location towards airport & Makati (both are by taxi approx. 15min during night, ca 40min in rush-hour, metered fare less than 200php). We would definitely come back and would recommend it to friends or family, especially if it is for a couple of days at the beginning or end of a longer stay somewhere else in the Philippines, good spot to see Manila from an interesting angle.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Für Nachtschwärmer G-Point, Cowboy-Grill, Manila Cafe (ehemals LA Cafe), Shoppen in der Nähe, "Robinson Mall" , 20 Taximinuten entfernt eines der weltgrößten Malls, die "Mall of Asia". Sehenswert Luneta Park (Rizal Park) und Ocean Park (Aquarium) in der Nähe. Ich werde wieder dort buchen wenn ich nach Manila komme.

Jan. 2013Erst einmal ist es ungewohnt, in die Sicherheitszone zu fahren, aber man ist eigentlich ganz froh, etwas entspannter sich hier bewegen zu können, wenn man dies mit Manila City vergleicht. Das Hotel bietet mit den umliegenden Restaurants, Geschäften und Sightseeingmöglichkeiten auch schon recht viel. Den Aquarium-Room kann ich nur empfehlen.

We have stayed at this hotel for our family get away. It was our first time to try this hotel. Staffs were all smiling all the time and they were very helpful. I tried the Acacia for the first time. I had stayed at the B down the street two months before. First, the negatives: I had no face or hand towels in the bathroom. Toilet does not have a bidet or water hose. Lighting too dark by vanity (can't see makeup). Shower water too hot, hard to adjust. Breakfast food in chafing dishes was cold. Service was slow […] during breakfast. Internet connection in room was spotty. Positives: Airport pick up and drop off. Free shuttle to Alabang area. Friendly staff. Nice room, good size, bathtub, toothbrush and hair tie a convenient plus. Fitness center, business center. Large and extensive breakfast buffet. "Away from hustle and bustle but close to airport"
So far the best in the Philippines; World Class!!! Amazing breakfast buffet! My only observation is the quality of the wireless internet connection which was slow and disconnected after a few minutes of idle. Another problem was with the car rental counter, which I would like to believe is a separate entity from the Hotel itself. They gave us a quote […] in the morning and there was a higher rate on the invoice when we came back... Took us long time to correct this and have the invoice re-printed with the correct rate. This happened all over again, as we rented the car the next day (same service as the previous day) and the rate was all different again, nevertheless HIGHER, even as we showed the previous day's invoice in the morning and requested the same car / driver / service again... They tried to convince us that even though the price on the invoice is higher, we will pay the agreed upon, lower price... and they were unhappy when we requested the correctly priced invoice to be printed out and given to us (we did not want to be faced with a dispute at check-out time). Outstanding hotel, walking distance(safely I Might add) to ATC and Festival shopping malls. Or take the hotel shuttle(free), they will even pick you up. I travel thru Asia, and stay in many hotels. Acacia hotel, is a new hotel. Like anything new; you need to workout the bugs. But this place is a great, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice. Very beautiful and very nice rooms. What it suffered from was a very unprofessional, unorganized staff. "Fantastic and Comfortable Getaway"
My wife and I stayed at the Acacia to celebrate her birthday. We could not have been happier about our stay. The hotel is easy to find, and is situated at a great location, close to the Alabang Town Center, where we went shopping and enjoyed some PF Chang's. "The place to be ..."
We arrived over 2 hours earlier but allowed to check in after waiting for no more than 20 minutes. While waiting we were approached by staff who offered us drinks and internet access. The room was in excelllent condition, good size bathroom with bath tub, plenty of clean towels and supplies. Bed and pillows are very comfy. We also enjoyed our meals […] particularly the buffet breakfast. We also had evening snacks and drinks at the lobby. Every staff member is always on the lookout to offer assistance. Shuttle service is always available. We also requested for late check out without any hassle. After checking out we decided to explore the area a little bit more. The hotel happily provided us with shuttle to and from the shopping centre. They certainly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even found ourselves having a friendly conversation with some staff members while waiting for our pick up in the lobby. We certainly recommend the place to anyone. 이번에 가족여행을 필리핀마닐라로 가게되었는데요 아카시아호텔 공항에서20분정도 걸린다고해서 가까운줄알고 예약했는데 그리 가까운건 아니라고합니다...하지만 먼것도 아니었어요 ㅋㅋ호텔은 아주 좋았어요...큰 몰들이 가까이있었고 무료로 태워주고 시간맞춰서 픽업도 해주고 직원들도 아주 친절하고 아침도 맛있고.....또 찾고싶은 호텔입니다^^Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
