The Hampton was good, clean, employees were nice the only complain was the refrigerator making too much noise, very annoying specially when you want to sleep. I would recommend it!

Near forum shopping area & restaurants. New hotel but dissatisfied with housekeeping. Did not clean our room. I even talked to the housekeeper on the hallway that i only need the towel change. You could see the elevator floor dirty with marks and sticky stuff. This hotel will get old quickly if they don't maintain it properly.

This was a perfect spot for us and our two kids. The rooms were clean. The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was good. The indoor pool was a plus since it was raining when we stayed. Just northeast of San Antonio, it was close to everything. Front desk staff was awesome!

Great location. Good shopping on the other side of highway. Chucke cheese right next door if you have little ones. Service was good. My husband and I travel extensively and we were both very pleased. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and everything was very clean. Breakfast was included and was great. I would definitely go there again.

Most of the staff was very nice and wonderful. The morning after our first night we got out of the room about 1 and asked if they'd have housekeeping clean it for us. We got back at almost 6 and the room had never been cleaned and had no towels. That was upsetting especially after the front desk clerk said she'd make sure it was taken care of. The first […] morning the hot breakfast was only potatoes and bacon...no eggs. Thought that was different would have liked to have eggs too. The 2nd morning they had scrambled eggs. Overall it was a great hotel. The first evening the evening clerk made sure to let me know that there was a wine tasting in the dining area and I was more than welcome to join in. When we got to the hotel I noticed that my Queen size suite had only 3 bath towels. The next morning before we left for Sea World I left a note that simply stated, "Please leave no less than 4 large bath towels." Came back to a sarcastic note left by the maid, "Queen rooms only get 4 towels". One of the reasons that I chose the hotel was for the indoor […] pool, of which was not operational the entire visit. When I stated to the management that fact, I was not offered an apology or any sort of compensation. It wasn't until I started to argue about the entire experience of staying there and insisted on some sort of compensation that they finally said they would comp me for one night. I have no complaints about this hotel stay! We stayed only one night, and very much enjoyed this facility. It is a newer hotel which is always a huge bonus to us. The kids very much enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool during winter. There were not any other hotels near our destination that had an indoor pool, so I was very glad to find this one. I travel to, and stay in this area about 4 times a year. I normally stay across the freeway at a competitor, but decided to try this hotel. A little lower on the price, and very nice. Clean modern hotel and room. One of the best. I'll be staying here from now on.

The hotel is definitely very clean, the rooms are spacious including the bathroom with the walk in shower. The concierge who checked us in was very friendly man as well the woman who worked the next day, she was very helpful when we ask for towels and shampoo. Only con was the walls are thin, you can hear every step above you and hit of the wall beside […] you. Also we were still in the room when housekeeping came so we asked them to come back later but they never did. Maybe you can ask for a room on the top the staff was pretty friendly. Mehr

We got lost getting to the hotel and the man at the front desk was very helpful getting us there. We also left our favorite pillow and when I called back, they had it and are mailing it back to us, just wish they wouldn't wait until next week (they only do "mail outs" once a week).

Friendly service, very clean, convenient location, great price (approx $66/night when I stayed)! The breakfast is a typical breakfast, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. The eggs, bacon and potatoes are mediocre at best. So if you are booking the hotel for the breakfast, then don't stay here. Otherwise the hotel is great!!

The stay was very comfortable. Free breakfast was okay. Very near lots of food and shopping. The only issue I had was the indoor pool was closed when we went (maybe for cleaning, not sure) and on check out day a maid knocked around 9 am to see if we had checked out then around 9:30 ANOTHER maid banged on the door, through it opened and yelled as to […] whether or not we had left!! Excuse me but check out is at noon and NO ONE has any business opening the door without permission. She didn't even wait to see if I would answer the door first, she was opening it as she was beating on it and screaming!! Scared me to death!!! I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn. It is located near the Forum shopping area (which is a little far from downtown San Antonio, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge! It smelled like a brand new apartment, and was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the towels […] were big and absorbant. They had separate shampoo and conditioner, which is always a plus for me.
