This is a newer hotel, so everything was very nice and updated. The room was exceptional for the money. I would definitely return.

Great hotel although the person above us was running and stomping on the floor all night. We had a 10 hour drive home so we needed our sleep we did not receive . Probably would not stay again.

Don't expect free morning coffee downstairs like at most hotels. I was surprised to hear it would cost $2.11. The hotel was nice and clean. It looks fairly new. It was under staffed, as they only had one person at the front desk. Don't pay for the breakfast, it is not worth it.

The staff and maintenance are letting the little things slide and it is causing a less than ideal stay. The first thing that was wrong was the security lock broke off the door. We were offered to be moved but declined. The carpet was fraying where it met the tile. The frootloops on the floor and in the AC meant that the cleaning staff had not done a […] thorough job. The man's deodorant that was under the bathroom sink table meant that they did not do a good job in the bathroom. The non stick surface on the tub was coming off in flakes in my children's bath water. The bed was rock hard. This would have been a hotel that we would have returned to had it not been for some minor details that they are letting slide. The hotel had an adequate breakfast buffet with my children eating for free. It was a time saver. They also had a special spring break shuttle to Fiesta Texas. The halls were quiet at night. The staff was polite. I informed them of the small details that caused me concern. They promised to address them and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I think this would be a hit or miss hotel to stay again. It was $50 less than the Holiday Inn closer to Sea It would not take much to make this a great hotel and bargain at the price. They just need to keep their eye on the little details. Mehr

A great hotel in a good location to Six Flags (practically up the street). The rooms we're very nice, very clean, just right! The only thing that tarnished the stay was the dining; definitely would not eat in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner, even if it was free, the food was not good at all! Big let down to an otherwise nice stay!

The hotel was very comfortable and our room was super spacey and very clean. I really liked it. But I think the hotel should have complementary breakfast instead of charging customers. We already pay enough for the room so I don't see why we have to also pay for breakfast.

I really love the hotel just a few items - the hotel website stated that it had an indoor pool and it did not. The hallways were very hot and staff in the restaurant was not very attentive at all. I love Holiday Inns always staying at one, maybe because its has great service, decently priced rooms, and just enough to get by (fitness room, pool, sauna (some)) But I did not expect to find hair from a previous guest of my room, nor did I expect housekeepers to sweep trash, into not so hidden corners. The "free breakfast" is rather dodgy and misleading because it does not include juice. So if you dont drink juice during breakfast what do you drink besides coffee? Secondly, they are waaaay understaffed at breakfast so basically and the service is slow. Also the buffet is hidden behind a wall, and there is not much of a choice on what to eat. I was very happy and satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I paid a decent price for my room and was surprised at the quality of this hotel. From the moment you walk in, the front personnel is friendly, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

The hotel room was very modern and clean aside from some wine stains on the floor, which were negligible, but still very noticeable. The bathroom was clean, which was a plus since I don't like showering in dirty bathrooms. The front desk people were very nice and helped me print directions to New Braunfels. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay!

Hotel was very new and clean! Staff was very nice! Pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Clean pool and friendly chef, he even gave our girls free homemade chocolate chip cookies to eat at sea world. The only thing was that one of the beds had lots of black curly hairs in it!!! The hotel was very clean and the rates were very reasonable. The motel is close to all different kinds of shopping, restaurants, Fiesta Texas, and Sea World. It is right off I-10 but you did not hear the traffic. The only this I was disappointed in was there was no continental breakfast. The next time I go to San Antonio this is where I will stay!

The hotel and the room itself were very clean and nice. There were two things that I did not like though: First, it was really cold in the room when we stepped in. However, I understand that some people like it that way. There were no blankets on the beds and no extra blankets provided in the room. We adjusted the heater and I called the receptionist, […] but there were no blankets available. She gave us two sheets!!! I am always cold and the night was not very pleasant. The other thing is that when I booked the room it said that the breakfast was included. We went down to the breakfast area, the food and the service were very nice, but before we were about to leave, the waitress brought a check. We were shocked!
