Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Dez. 2012Das Resort ist schön ruhig dank der Lage mitten im Wald - man sollte ein Auto oder Motorroller mieten!! Das Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück reichhaltig (Amerikanisches oder Malay Frühstück - je nach Anzahl der Hotelgäste Buffet oder á la carte), Personal sehr freundlich, das kostenlose WiFi funktioniert nur im Bereich der Rezeption. Für den Preis, der von hotel.com angeboten wurde, hat alles gepasst - für den Preis, der in der Rezeption des Hotels aushängt, würde ich es auf keinen Fall buchen!! Swimming Pool und allgemein öffentliche Bereiche bedürfen mehr Pflege!! Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Tok Senik ganz okay.

Our toliet leaked, the shower leaked through the wall so there was a puddle on the floor by our bed, the drain in the bathroom didn't drain water, and I watched the maids bring our "clean towels" to our room by dragging them on the hotel floor. They also didn't change our sheets. We did not enjoy our room. We changed our room and it was slightly better, […] but I still felt dirty. Everyday same buffet breakfast : Nasi goreng, mee goreng, kuey teow goreng, scrambled eggs, fried sausages, vegetables dish, plain rice porridge with condiments, breads to be toasted, some pastries from its beside shop, cordial drinks such as rose syrup & oranges, hot coffee & tea AND RM4 per cup for any beverage dispensed from their Nescafé coffee […] machine.. and reasonable good food outlet but of course the places are not within the walking distance. The ceiling was leaking and the water dropped on the bed, but the staff responded quickly by shifting us to the other room. Thank you. The Complimentary breakfast is not Vegetarian friendly, The Restaurant staff hardly understand English and not friendly in contrast to the reception staff who are very friendly and helpful. we are not properly informed about the food which was served about the contents, There was hardly any buffet menu like cornflakes or bread, the bread where not replenished […] once it was used. it was quite okay.i love JJ breads the shop beside the hotel. cheap yet delicious and BIG! great taste of nasi lemak and others too. friendly staff. it just that the cleaning staff leave unclean bed sheet beside the lift for almost a day. it just not so nice to see. very small parking area where we got summon by the majlis perbandaran langkawi because […] the receptionist never mention that we need to buy coupons for the parking area.sigh.However it is a very strategic place.easy to find restaurant and the best restaurant is of course WAN THAI RESTAURANT beside the hotel. tips: Go there on weekdays not weekend or public holiday.better service i think. Overall i must say thank you to Hotels.com for giving me such a great deal during my business visit to Langkawi and it is suit to my budget. The conditions of the hotel are total suck. I'm sorry to say this but, i have a crack room at the side of the mirror (a big crack), room was dusty, unfriendly front office assistance, Breakfast food are lousy and […] however, it is still OK near to Langkawi town area. I was understand that bahagia hotel is expanding their building. Hope, i can stay there with new room. Thank you to Hotels.com :) my check in time was smooth. No need to re-confirm my reservation with hotel bahagia. I just bring my printed voucher from hotels.com and show to the counter. Fast! easy! and terrific awesome. Room photos displayed in the internet mislead individuals during booking. They should show the whole room, if possible, or they have to mention the room size.
