Großes Zimmer, sauber und gleich über U-Bahn Station freundliche Personal. Ich war sehr Zufrieden und kann weiter empfehlen

Für 3 Sterne kann man nicht viel mehr erwarten, die Lage ist gut (nur 2 U-Bahnstationen zum Zentrum), das Hotel liegt direkt am U-Bahnausgang, aber es ist ein alter Kasten, und eher was für junge Leute mit wenig Geld. Kann man machen, aber wenn man es sich leisten kann, sollte man etwas besseres buchen.

Das Hotel ist ähnelt eher einer Pansion, aber war durch das Personal viel besser als ein grosses Hotel. Es ist nur 3 Stationen, mit der Metro, von der Innenstadt entfernt, also super Zentral. Wer gut zufuss ist kann die 3 Stationen auch gemütlich runter gehen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Abholung […] vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Wir wurden zu einem falschen Hotel gebracht und mussten uns einen Taxi nehmen, welches uns dann 30 Euro gekostet hat. Auch bei der Rückfahrt hatten wir Probleme. Das Hotel ist keine Luxusherberge, aber bietet für einen Preis von 20 Euro pro Nacht ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt. Vermutlich wurde das Haus erst nachträglich zum Hotel umgebaut, denn das Zimmer war sehr ungewöhnlich geschnitten. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es nichts zu meckern. […] Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem konnten an der Rezeption tschechische Kronen zu einem akzeptablen Kurs ohne Gebühren getauscht werden. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Prager Innenstadt, direkt vor der Metro-Station. In 100 Meter Entfernung besteht zudem die Möglichkeit mit der Straßenbahn, die auch Nachts verkehrt, ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 25 Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich und zweckmäßig, das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache...ich hätte mir statt warmen Würstchen lieber Rührei mit Speck oder Bacon gewünscht. Ich habe es erst nach meinem Ankuft verstanden, warum das Hotel kein einziges Foto von der Rezeption, vom Flur, vom Badezimmer veroeffentlicht hat! Die Austattung entspricht kein 3-Sternen Standard! Im Zimmer war nur ein Stuhl, keine Tasse, kein Haartrockner! Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nicht so viel bezhalt, so fuer das Geld war […] ich sehr zufrieden, aber der, der der normale Preis bezahlen wuerde (119 eur pro doppelzimmer fuer zwei), muss sehr entteuscht zu sein. Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Beim Frühstück wurde laufend alles nachgebracht. Die Auswahl war für ein 3 Sterne Hotel völlig in Ordnung. Zimmer waren sauber nur das WC leider äußerst klein (für große Personen beinahe unmöglich bei geschlossener Tür am WC zu sitzen). Perfekt war vor allem die Lage (U Bahnabgang quasi direkt vorm Hotel).

Definetly not a three-star hotel! There are two good aspects, breakfast and the location. the rest was way below expected! The room is quite old, the reception is tiny, and you hear ALL TRAINS from the metro going by... Would definitely not stay there again!

Hotel located right in front of subway station and trolley station is just up the street. There are very nice restaurants within a city block. I found the hotel clean, secure, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and lots of hot water for my daily shower! We stayed in a family room which was clean and big enough for 5 persons. The bathroom and the toilet were outside our room and shared with another room. However, nobody stayed in the next room, so we did not feel any inconvenience using the bathroom and the toilet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and some spoke very fluent english which was great. So easy to find from the train station - just a few stops on the metro line and youre right on the hotel doorstep. Breakfast buffet blew our minds! Very good rates too

It's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just great, long serving time and lots of choices. Great location also, the metro is just within a few SECONDS walk. For the price, this hotel gets the job done. Internet was slow and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. If your plan is to mostly explore the city and have a bed to sleep in, this hotel would be fine, however, if you are planning on spending long durations of time in the room, I would look elsewhere! I stayed at the Charles Central Hotel from Nov 3rd 2012 to Nov 11th 2012 on a vacation trip to Prague.The front desk was exelent, helpful , proactive and polite. The rooms were larger than I expected and the location was excellent. Definitely a great value for the room, free breakfast and location. Arrived at the hotel only to find that they had overbooked and had no rooms for us, 2 hours of arguing later with a member of staff that did not care, led to us having to stay at a hotel miles from the city centre. The hotel staff never cleaned my room. There was no heater in my room, so I was freezing every night. The room stinks and the bathroom was shared with another room, which was not stated to me. I stayed at the Charles Central Hotel from Aug 27-29, 2012 on a business trip to Prague. Having previously lived in the city, I wanted to be in Karlin, and close to a Metro stop. The Krizikova Metro is only a few steps from the front entrance of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful when called upon, though not overly proactive. The hotel was a little outdated and looking tired but it was in a good location,right next to a tube station.(metro) Beds were comfy but cleaning of rooms were basic and furniture basic also. Immediately outside the metro station and next to a tram stop, despite this hotel being outside the old town it is very quick and easy access to it. Cheap and cheerful, some staff were great others not so much. Place was clean, room was very large. If you are looking for a budget hotel, it'll pass.

Hotel located 1 min from the tube Krizivkova, 20 minutes walk from the centre. Big rooms, breakfast is ok. Internet was slow and connection was dropping, but thiswas fixed on my last day.

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed men personalet havede mere travlt med mobiltelefoner og ryge end at hjælpe os. Værelserne var slidte og slet ikke som de viste billeder. The hotel has a bit old fashined interior but as for the rest it is fine: personnel, nice breakfast, location to subway (just next door) and to the center. Hotel offered reasonable price per night. We were 5 (2parents + 3 children) and we lived in double room. We liked it very much.

Pitkästä aikaa hintalaatusuhteeltaan hyvä kokonaisuus. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone riittävän iso ja siisti. Erinomainen sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsi muutamassa minuutissa keskustaan. Suht monipuolisen aamupalan kuuluminen huoneen hintaan oli iso plussa.

Vi var to familier afsted og det ene af værelserne var ikke tilfredsstillende. Toiletrum var så "bitte"t at det var svært at sidde på toilettet og endnu sværere at tørre sig efter besøget. Af Sengene (3 stk) var 2 af dem uden springmadras og enormt dårlige at ligge på og knirkede meget. Det andet værelse var fuldt tilfredsstillende.

Price to quality was very good. Hotel was a bit spartan, but nothing was broken or missing. Breakfast was good, and location next to public transport, and within walking distance of Namesti Republiky was very convenient.
