This hotel has a great location and is within easy walking distance to the middle of town - maybe 5 mins walk to Golden Sq. Hotel bar is a bit small and the Breakfast buffet was a little lack lustre but can’t fault it for the price. My first stay there, 5/3/2012 - 8/3/2012 I got a room that smelt strongly of Cigarettes - 417. Thinking retrospectively […] I should have complained and got moved. My second visit 19/03/2012 - 23/03/2012 the room was fresh and clean. The rooms have Laminate flooring and the beds are the Foam type rather than sprung. For the Location/Value for money I would defiantly stay there again. But not put up with a ‘faggy’ room. Mehr

Hotel is above the gym so noise continues till 1100 at night and restarts at 600 in morning

breakfast is the only real problem. Same thing every morning with no variation such as a fried egg or some mushrooms or grilled tomatoe. It was ok the first couple of days but then became very boring.

Near perfect hotel....everything I could asks for in a simple solution whence traveling. Justs what you need and no more. Forget about eating off their menu ( mosts hotel foods horrible..especially theirs) yet the breakfasts buffet is fine and works out nicely for the convience and price and there is a number of equally awful restaraunts nearby,a few […] markets with one or two with delicious fresh food and a few excellent restaraunts very nearby if you get the right ones. The Internet is unreliable yet everything else is clean and working and simple and practical, secure, central...the staff do their jobs well no more or less. Arrived at 19 30 room not ready check in time was midday they asked what I would like to drink while I waited asked for sparkling water got still towels in room are paper thin never came across hotel where room was not ready at that time of night

very nice hotel and good central location for shopping,sightseeing or even nightlife! staff were all polite and friendly.

The problem with this brand of hotel are the mattresses they are very hard and uncomfortable , we stay in a lot of hotels and have never had problems with sleeping , we stayed in a few ibis branded hotels recently and they all seem to be they same. very dated decor also . option to use premier inn type of brands are cheaper expecting a worst stay however […] they are 10 times better in decor and comfort and so now we would never stay at an ibis again. The hotel offers early check -in, warm, comfortable rooms and excellent service. There is a cafe-bar, free internet access in the lobby, early breakfasts from 6am onwards and coffee and croissants from 3am till 6. Ideal for short term stop overs and contractors but no available parking. Nearest parking is NCP at £15/day

The Ibis Hotel, Aberdeen is very reasonably priced. The rooms are small but are equipped with everything you need for a short stay, Thermostatically controlled heating in each room is quick and easy to operate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel and with in walking distance (2min) to the city center

Stayed two nights on business. Very good value. The accommodation is basic but quite stylish. Right in the middle of Aberdeen and a reasonably short walk from the station.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is new and clean, and it is centrally located.The main reason I selected this hotel for a 6 night stay, however, was because it said "free internet" and "Wi Fi" on the Hotel.com website, and I knew I would need to access my e-mail on a daily basis. In reality, there is indeed a single computer in the lobby that can be […] used for free ((yes: one for the entire hotel, and understandably, it is hardly ever unoccupied!). But, there is simply no Wi Fi. Not that it's not working - it was never installed, it just isn't there. If you want an internet connection in your room, you are invited to pay an extra 4 pounds an hour or ten pounds per day. Expensive and unwarranted, unexpected extra expense. The hotel is very modern and situated near to the harbour and the city centre. Comfortable rooms with air-con. 24 hour meals are a bit pricey and small microwave things but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets nearby. If you have a car it will cost £15 a day to stay in the NCP car park but it is next to the hotel.

Great central loction just no good if you have a car, hard to find while driving and parking is very expensive next door

No A/C. Still some stuff don't work. Poor breakfast. Good location.

The room is small but comfy, the shower is good. Now the bad point, no car park and the one next door is £15 overnight and the breakfast is charged £7.5, expensive and really poor in quantity and quality - the worse I have seen so far in a hotel - also Internet is charged and performance ain't good

The staff in this new hotel were all excellent and extremely helpful. The airconditioning only worked during the day, and did not operate at night. It appeared to be switched off for the three evenings. As the weather was not hot, this was not a problem. Good value, and good position.

Dommage il n y a pas de parking gratuit.Très bon petit déjeuner et copieux en plus (à volonté)

Helt topp hotell,nytt og reint.

Ett kanonläge vis unionstreet o nära buss o tågstationen. Bra o prisvärd continental frukost. MEN mycket hårda sängar- som att sova på golvet!!

Helt topp hotell nær union street. Absolut og anbefale for de som skal på shopping tur. Fikk oppbevare bagasjen på hotellet både før innsjekk og etter utsjekk.. Fine, nye hotellrom og hyggelig personale. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Sensacional, nuevo, limpio, seguro, bien situado, economico...solo tiene la pega de que no tiene parking.

Cerca de la calle principal, perfecto para ver el centro. Inmejorable situacion. Y por dentro es como todos los Ibis, correcto y limpio.

Nybygget, koselig og personlig hotell rett i sentrum og nært havna i Aberdeen. Litt støy fra skipene og sentrumstrafikk, men vinduene er godt isolert. Frokost helt standard brittisk. Bar etc åpen hele døgnet. Internett er desverre ikke gratis!
