We LOVE the Grand Sierra. Anytime we find our way to Reno, we stay at Grand Sierra Hotel and Casino. Everything about this Hotel is Awesome. The only 1 request I would have is this; Perhaps the higher end restaurants could stay open later than 10-10:30pm. Hotel, accommodations and staff were excellent. When we return to Reno, we will stay at the Luxury Suites. Terrific find.

Stayed there Pressiddents day weekend. Greeat room, very spaciuos wwith reeallyccomfortable bed. Enjoyed the casino. Very friendly dealers and staff. Loots too do for families and it is pet friendly. The food wass good andd reasonable. Am planning to go again in the near future.

This hotel is very nice and with the remodeling coming soon it's going to look fantastic. My kids enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning.

This was a great room at the grand sierra at a fraction of the cost. These rooms are privately owned luxury suites so you get all the comfort of the grand sierra at better prices.I will stay here again and recommend it to you as well

This place is fantastic. -Mall on the bottom floor -Golf range -Go Karts outside -WalMart accross the street -10 mins from downtown Nice clean resort.

don't stay in room 1917 it is next to the elavators was hard to sleep with the noise

This is a very nice resort except for the fact that there is no covered parking. This is the only down side, especially if you're a motorcycle rider.

Excellent value for the price. The ONLY drawback is that it's not "downtown" (but only a 5 min cab ride) if that's what you want. Other than location it excede's the quality & luxury of the other "downtown" Casino-Hotels. I would recommend it to all my friends. It is the Grand Sierra Restort.

We had a wonderful vacation. Grand Sierra had so much to offer entire family. We will stay there every time we are in town.

This is located in the Grand Sierra Hotel- when I tried to book 1 night at the Grand Sierra during Street Vibrations, their website said they had no availability. Then I went to Hotels.com and this room popped up. Same place, different name! You check in at the same counter- so go figure. I was just happy to find it! I got a King bed w/suite for a very […] reasonable price. Only complaint is that the room had a coffee maker that makes individual cups of coffee with little cartridges and has that "plastic creamer" in the pre-packaged condiments. For those without "bed-head"- there is a Starbucks downstairs! Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was a bit soft for me- I like a firmer mattress. Nice big shower and the bathroom and bedroom both had nice TVs. Loved the band playing in the casino Saturday night and they made their drinks with a strong pour! Overall great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat! Mehr

I had a wonderful time at the Grand Sierra, the entertainment, resturants and casino (gaming area). All the staff was very polite and helpful. I will stay at the Grand Sierra again.

Excellent & quick service, friendly clerk in the front desk with big smile in his face. I enjoy all the time for that reason I plan to bring my entire family next year to this hotel. Be ready for a big reservation of 5 rooms. Keep the good work. Congratulations.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm so we knew that we would wait since they said checkin was 3 oclock. But it was almost 4:30 and after bugging the front desk twice finally they gave us the key. Also known as the Grand Sierra Summit from floors 17 - 27 ( i think?). Very affordable and clean. However, they're charging resort fee of $11.30 now which i don't remember from our previous stay before. The only bad experience we had is when we were trying to extend our stay for one more night so we could watch the concert there that Sunday night. We […] had a reservation made from Friday - Sunday and was trying to extend till Monday, however the front desk person said that it's fully booked. So, i tried to search on the internet of a closer hotel near Grand Sierra until this Reno Luxury Resort showed up and was amazed of the hotel price. I immediately booked a reservation for Sunday and check-out Monday. And while checking the place, i noticed their address was 2502 and Grand Sierra was 2500 with same street name. And after researching, i found out that it was in the same building but was called The Summit. Mehr

Very comfortable bed and room. Good view from room window

We have stayed here several times, over the last few years, in August for the Car show, "Hot August NIghts" and have always been happy. Clean and beautiful rooms! Nice pool area and great options for food. Will stay here again next year!

Great place to stay!!

the reno luxury resort is actually the Grand Sierrea Resort. The rooms were top notch very comfortable beds and very clean the Grand sierra is a very clean Resort. $3 movies in the theater . Better buffet than some of the other casinos, and did I say our room was clean? I would recommend staying again just beware of the reno air race and hot august […] nights weekends if you want to avoid the crowds. Mehr
