Dieses Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Service. Die Angestellten waren immer nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich am Buffet Obst,Joghurt,Müsli, Toast,Brötchen,Waffeln,Süsstückchen, Eiern,Würstchen, Butter,Frischkäse, Saft,Kaffee und Tee holen, lediglich Wurst und Käsescheiben fehlten. Alles war immer ausreichend vorhanden und wurde sofort […] nachgelegt, es gab sogar fertig gepackte Frühstücksbeutel für unterwegs. Leider gab es nur Plastikgeschirr. Im Hotel war es ruhig, die Zimmer liegen ab der 7. Etage aufwärts, Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, wurde von uns jedoch nur kurz zum kühlen benutzt. Das Hotel liegt in etwa 100m Entfernung zum Metromover, einer Kabinenbahn, die einen umsonst in die Stadtmitte bringt. Mehr

Gorgeous rooms, lobby, pool. Fabulous art exhibit is a bonus. Junior suite was roomy, well designed space. Clean, clean, clean and safe. Great location near the free people mover train. Only negative is the concierge services. The person at the first floor desk was ill-informed. One of the women clerks at the registration desk upstairs spoke so fast […] that we had trouble understanding her. Directions to the airport for example, were rushed and incomplete. "Take 95" but no mention of which direction to go on it. Of course, we went the wrong way and almost missed our plane. Mehr

Service was perfect. Room was huge,clean and fun, South Beach decor. Amazing linens. Great TV. Will stay here again and again. Highly Recommend!

Hotel was very nice. We needed a place to stay before cruise and this was a great location. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat and only a block from the free public tram. Would stay again for sure.

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Miami/Brickell was one of the high-lights of our trip. This hotel is relatively new, and it is located about one block from a very active strip of restaurants and late night entertainment. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff was friendly. When we questioned them about the area, for dining and shopping, […] they made multiple recomendations and helped by showing maps of our location. When it was time to leave for the cruise, they arranged for a shuttle to take us to the port for a charge of $8/person (better than a taxi). Overall, a great experience Mehr

Everything was great, This is the 2nd time we've stayed here before taking a cruise with Carnival. They just finished the bar upstairs which was a GREAT addition to the hotel. Rooms are comfy and the staff is always accomdating. When we come back next april we'll probably stay here again!

We stayed overnight between flights. Great clean, modern room, excellent complimentary breakfast. Good location with a considerable number of restaurants around. Very pleasant staff. They even called us in the breakfast area when our shuttle for the airport arrived. The only issue we had was that the reception is on the 6th floor and when we arrived […] the lady on the desk on the ground floor was busy with someone else for 10 minutes and then went off into a back room to deal with some other problem for another 10 minutes leaving the desk unattended. There was no sign on the desk indicating that reception was upstairs so we waited for 20 minutes before she came back and told us to go upstairs. The next morning when the desk was unattended there was a sign saying "Reception is on the 6th Floor" sitting on the desk. That sign should be there permanently, even when the desk is occupied. Mehr

This is a new, very nice hotel. Very reasonably priced compared to other Miami hotels. Conveniently located one block from the Metromover--so it was easy to get around town. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. Service was excellent! Every staff person we encountered was courteous and very helpful! Housekeeping requests (i.e., for extra towels, […] larger garbage can) were handled very quickly. The free breakfast is definitely a bonus--particularly since we were traveling with kids. The breakfast was a full buffet with hot and cold items. Carry-out breakfast bags were also available. Complimentary coffee and tea bar in the lobby was available all day. The room was spacious, and nicely appointed with a dressing area, and small refrigerator, sink and microwave--so we were able to buy snacks from the nearby supermarket (2 blocks away) and keep them fresh/cold in the room. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. Will definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends. Mehr

We recently stayed at this location for a week. The location was great! One block and you are in the middle of several resturants,bars grocery stores, metro mover, metro rail, and bus.stops. CVS is not that far either. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. "Veronica, Oscar,and Roberto were my favorites. The concierge downstairs were amazing at directions and information to get to wherever you want to go. The hotel is new so the rooms and general lobby areas are very well maintained at the moment. The pool area was a good size and sun facing, although there were many families staying on the weekend I was there, so a lot of children around a relatively […] small pool. There is no restaurant or drinks area during the day, but there is a supermarket close by at the Mary Village Brickell which I would recommend for supplies. The Metromover and Metrorail are close by and much easier to use than I was expecting. The concierge really tried hard to persuade me of the public transport options of where I wanted to go and saved me a lot in taxi fares. Luggage storage downstairs at the Concierge. Overall no complaints, very good stay - but I was on a weekend stopover in Miami mainly to shop! If I was looking for a hotel to relax in the sun/pool area, I would probably chose a hotel closer towards the South Beach/Sunny Isles area. Mehr

Room was quiet and clean, excellent self serve breakfast, nice pool/hot tub/bar, nice view of skyline, easy access to freeways, public transit, publix, restaurants. Found the parking rate to be a bit on the high side but at least it was plentiful and safe. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

We chose this hotel because it was a short drive to Miami Beach, it's in downtown, has many nice restaurants around and it has good reviews. The hotel is brand-new; it was opened in Sep 2011. You could smell the “new” in the room :) It has a modern design. The breakfast is great, tasty and included in price. There are a couple of grocery stores around […] (Publix) and pharmacies (Walgreen's). The hotel parking is not included in price. The staff is nice. We'd definitely stay again at this hotel! My daughter and son-in-law and I stayed with you March 9-11, 2012. We were in town for a wedding, and wanted something moderately priced, but close to the wedding venue. Our stay was everything we could have wanted. The room décor was bright and colorful, the bed was heavenly, and the wet bar and mini-fridge were a bonus. The pool area was a wonderful […] place to relax, even if you did not use the pool or hot tub. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of selections, and the food was delicious. Very nice location, close to many trendy restaurants and bars. Loved the mexican restaurant round the corner. Stone's throw to the train station. Safe neighbourhood, didn't feel uncomfortable wandering around at 2am. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again!

I recommended this hotel very nice and excellent services.

This hotel was a hidden surprise in the city- very new, easy garage self-parking, walking distance to Mary Brickell shopping area, free breakfast, nice gym and scenic pool. The price was great for location and newness of facilties. The recurrent problem we had was related to the inexperience vs. Ignorance of the staff about restaurants and other activities […] in the nearby areas. Also, the whirlpool wasn't working and there was a small, indescript sign, which was an inconvenience and slightly annoying. We will definitely consider them again in the future. Mehr

At first I though, Hampton Hotels, old school. Not so. This hotel is artistically designed and furnished. Great lobby to hang out in and work on the computer, nice bar, and the breakfast is a great extra perk. The best part is the neighborhood. Our stay here was great. The hotel and rooms were clean, staff was great. The location is very convenient and the price for parking is cheap compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Beautiful facility, convenient location, friendly staff - couldn't ask for anything better!

Our room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait about 3 hours. When we did check-in, they told us we had a handicapped room that still was not ready. We did not reserve a handicapped room so there was one available immediately. We are not sure how this reservation was mixed up, but had we been told earlier, we could have checked in and not wasted […] all the time. This hotel is a great value: the room was nice, tthe staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location is two blocks from some very nice shops at Brickell Plaza. The hotel is also one short block from the Metromover, which can take you to any of big attractions along the Biscayne Blvd waterfront for free. This property is very upscale - not at all like I envisioned for this brand. Every aspect of it was great, especially at the rate I paid thru Hotels.com for a non-refundable reservation.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and accomodating. Great location. 2 blocks from very nice selection of restaurants. Close access to the free public transit. The morning breakfast was not just a continental it was a full hot breakfast, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

I didn't expect much at all and was v positively surprised - brand new hotel, very friendly staff at reception (the concierge was a bit grumpy) and in good neighborhood (a strip mall with all sorts of restos is around the corner, very highly frequented, along with train stations which brings you further into downtown). can only recommend for holidays […] or business alike. Great stay in the heart of Miami. We were so glad we didn't stay in the Hampton at the airport. This is a beautiful hotel and is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We have recommended it to others already and plan to stay there again when we visit Miami.

Terrific in all respects

We loved staying at this Hampton Inn. It's a lovely new boutique hotel in a great location for walking places. We walked less than a block to get on the MetroMover (like a bus on a track) that took us many places we wanted to go with no cost to us and a great way to see downtown Miami. It also connects with the MetroLink which is the light rail to go […] even farther. We walked to Little Havana from the hotel as well as other places of interest. Took the MetroMover to Riverwalk and walked from there to Bayfront Park. Will definitely stay there again when we come back. Mehr

Upon arrival the room wasn't ready and the desk staff weren't helpful in expediting the process. All they could say was check back evey hour. Needless to say the room wasn't ready for three hours and it was past the checkin time. I requested two rooms next to one another, because of my children. They gave me rooms down the hall from each other. I informed […] the manager and there was nothing she could do until the other available rooms were clean. Why weren't all the rooms clean and it's past checkin time? Go figure that one. While in my children's room, I noticed the housekeeping next door. I proceed to call the manager and request the room next door. She informed me that the room would be available after the cleaning and she would call me. I kept a watch out until the housekeeping was finished. The manager hadn't called me 20 minutes after the completion of cleaning. I had to call her and she still had to have the room cleared by the Director of Housekeeping. I finally got in my room an hour later. My next problem was the location of this hotel. It's in between high rise condimenium buildings. Most of the cab drivers don't know where it is located. If you're going to South Beach, please rent a car. This hotel is at least a 20 minute drive. The hotel is located downtown Miami in a residential area. You can see the business area from the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel has restaurants in walking distance that are extremely expensive and unfamiliar. The hotel serves a continental breakfast, because there aren't any restaurants in the area that serve breakfast. The hotel doesn't have any room service. They provide menus to order from restaurants in the area. Lastly, I left a canvas print family photo in my children's room. I called upon landing, all of my information was taken and I was told to call back in the morning. I called back that morning and nothing was turned in from housekeeping for the room. I was blown away - well, as much as you can be blown away by a moderately priced hotel. Brand new, and a full notch better than your average Hampton Inn (which are just fine, btw).
