Dieses Hotel ist ein Geheimtipp! Es hat nur 7 Zimmer und liegt inmitten der Altstadt direkt neben den Souks (2 Minuten) und ca. 8 Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Einzige Schwierigkeit - durch die Lage kommt kein Taxi direkt dort hin!! Also entweder vorab mit "Aziz" dem Guten Geist des Hotels telefonisch einen Termin vereinbaren und er holt einen entweder […] von Moukef (kleiner Platz ca.5Min.vom Hotel entfernt) oder vom Hauptplatz ab. Viele Einheimische bieten sich als "Wegbegleitung" an und zeigen einem den Weg - > ACHTUNG die sind unverschämt und wollen unverhältnismäßg viel (ca 20 Diram sind o.k.) Aziz der Gute Geist ist fantastisch -> wir sind nur 1 Nacht geblieben aber er hat uns bei der Umsetzung all unserer Wünsche geholfen (Restaurant, Hammam, Taxi..etc.) Aziz gibt jedem seine Telefonnummer und man kann ihn jederzeit anrufen er und er holt einen aus dem Irrgarten genannt "Souks" ab. Es war toll und super zum empfehlen. Als Hammam ist zum empfehlen - Le Bain de Kabira (einfach aber super) oder Le Bain de Marrakesch (exclusiv). Mehr

The rooms are traditional but elegant and comfortable at the same time. Our room had one super confortable bed and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit better but you can take it in the terrace with a great view of the Medina Neighborhood. It´s really very difficut to get there. the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no heating in the room, and in winter is uncorfortable. The building is lovely. Breakfast is in the terrace, spectacular.

I will start by saying this is the hardest hotel to find in Marrakech... wait... the world! My partner and I got lost every time we tried to return to the hotel and were hasselled by very aggressive locals. It was time consuming and very frustrating. there are no signs or indication of where it is. At least the first time you go there, you must pay […] a local to show you where it is. other than that, it was amazing. wonderful rooms with huge space, great service and a beautiful rooftop. it is very close to a mosque so be willing to be woken up quite early for prayer... The riad itself is really comfortable, quiet except for the call for prayers, but thats unavoidable pretty much everywhere. Beds comfy, great breakfasts and views from the terrace. The staff are really friendly and helpful. So I would stay there again if it wasn't for the location. Initially its not easy to find, but once you make the journey a couple […] of times its fine and the man who works there gives you his mobile number and will come and get you if you get lost. On the map its right at the top of the souks so easy to get straight to the souk if you want to shop and look around and in the daytime this is perfect, but after dark it becomes a very different place. We have stayed in Marrakesh many times at the other end of town and just wanted to try a different riad. This is the first time I have felt intimidated and on edge about going out at night. The walk to the main square isn't so easy and not one we did after an incident on the first night. Everyone else who stayed there at the same time as us went out in the day and stayed in after dark which is a great shame as the square at night is great fun. So if you want to go to a great riad and explore in the day - then its for you, but maybe not the best location if you want to explore on your own at night. Just certainly don't believe the groups of lads hanging around that the way you are going is 'closed now' and you need to go another way. Go where you were going and the likelihood of it being 'closed' is pretty slim. Mehr

The building is most impressive with very high ceilings, huge rooms and some lovely architectural features. Being winter, it was uncomfortably cold in the mornings, so a heater that wasn't broken would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was fairly average. Checking out, I was surprised to be charged treble the correct rate for room tax (in cash, no […] receipt of course). Perhaps the manageress was new to the job ... or perhaps it was just part of "the Marrakech experience". Whatever, it was irritating to have to produce the paperwork, argue the merits of whether hotels.com published the wrong figure and remind her that I'm just one person. Mehr

This place is excellent. It is quite hard to find, but once you are there you fell very welcome by Aziz, the manager. It is right in the middle of the medina. Near major touristattractions and about ten minutes walk from Djemaa el Fna. Beautifil roof-top terrace and great breakfast.

El Riad en conjunto esta muy bien y es muy recomendable. Su unico problema es la dificultad en encontrarlo y volver al mismo Riad una vez ya sabes donde esta, encima los chicos que se quieren ganar unos DH por acompañarte hasta el, lo hacen aun mas complicado. No lo recomiendo a quien le pueda dar miedo andar por la noche por calles solitarias, aunque […] no existe peligro real. Por el resto muy recomendable Mehr

Esta en una ubicación horrible para moverse por la noche. Es muy fácil perderse por los callejones y el entorno te transmite mucha sensación de inseguridad. Aunque parece céntrico en la medina y cercano a zonas de alto interés turístico, la realidad es que para acceder al establecimiento hay que desplazarse por callejones oscuros, poco transitados y […] poco recomendables. El riad está realmente bien. Nuestra habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo: zumo, yogurt, mermeladas, tortitas, miel, bollitos…y un trato muy casero que te hacen sentir como en casa (a pesar de que la persona encargada no hablaba absolutamente ni una palabra de español ni de inglés). El punto negativo y que condicionó mi estancia […] en Marrakech fue la situación del riad. Está en un callejón sin salida, oscuro, con casas derruidas, sucio, al que tienes que llegar por callejuelas por donde no pueden pasar coches. Yo iba con mi pareja y realmente, nos dio miedo. La noche en esas callejuelas es bastante tenebrosa. En la medina hay riads en calles más comerciales, de más paso, donde llegan los turistas de vez en cuando. Pero aquí…. 英語は殆ど通じない。まあ、なんとかなります。 ホテルの男性が初日はレストランや広場まで送り迎えしてくれます。 朝ごはんは本当にパンとジュース、コーヒーとシンプル。家庭的なリアドで雰囲気は良いです。 価格からみるとまあまあOKかな。 駅までのピックアップは英語でメールで依頼すると、タクシーの運転手を手配してくれます。自力で行くのはまず無理でしょう。

Il riad è bello, ben curato, ottima la colazione e il gestore è molto disponibile anche a risolvere i piccoli problemi logistici che si possono verificare. Purtroppo, nonostante sia in un buon quartiere (dietro il museo di Marakech e la Medersa, accanto alla piazza dei taxi Mukef), la piazza principale Jemaa el-fna non è facilmente raggiungibile perchè […] le contorte stradine della medina non sono mappate ed è facilissimo perdersi. ES UN HOTEL MUY TRANQUILO PERO DIFICIL DE ENCONTRAR, SOLO LLEGAS SI TE LLEVA GENTE DE ALLI, PREVIO PAGO CLARO...PERO ES UN RIAD MUY BONITO Y SOBRE TODO TRANQUILO QUE VA MUY BIEN DESPUES DE VISITAR LA PLAZA DE JEMAA EL FNA (QUE ESTA CERCA).

Es una bella casona o Riad con detalles de buen gusto, y con una atmosfera relajada
