Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und mit vielen Handgezeichneten Tipps wo es was zu sehen gibt ging es gleich weiter, Der Hotelmanager stand unter anderem selbst am Empfang und wir hatten das Gefühl bei einer großen Familie anzukommen.Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, da wir aber ein Zimmer nach hinten hatten, bekamen wir davon nichts mit, Zimmer sehr sauber und nützlich eingerichtet.Auch kleine Details fehlten nicht, (Kaffee, Popkorn;Tee, Wasser),Direkt an der Terrase konnte man Parken , auf dieser Seite was auch ein Außenpool, allerdings Wetterbedingt geschloßen.Frühstück war vielseitig wie üblich in Amerika süß! allerdings schmeckte der Kaffee garnicht. Verabschiedet wurden wir mit gleicher freundlichkeit und netten Worten.

Ich wollte 3 Tage während meiner Rundreise auf Cape Cod verbringen, habe aber verlängert. Das Hotel hat eine angenehme, helle Ausstrahlung. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist optimal. Sehr ruhig zum schlafen, da keine Hauptverkehrsstraße. Nur die Dame an der Rezeption war ein Manko. Null hilfsbereit. Schade, sonst volle Punktzahl.

"Close to Regatta"

"Great Value"
If you want fancy beachfront or village accommodations and the price that goes with it, Carlton Circle is not the place for you. It's an older style motel that's a little tired. This is a place for the traveler who might be getting the Ferry at Falmouth the next morning. It was clean enough, but really only good for one night. I think this motel is in need of a major makeover...toilet in the room ran every half hour all night long curtains need to be darker to shut out the light. Air conditioner was old and noisy..could not leave it on due to noise..Bed and linens were older. Did not get much sleep and I thought it was over priced for the condition of the place. "Fine choice for budget traveler"
I read some reviews describing this place as a total dump; I think those people are speaking in hyperbole. Sure, there were a few marks on the wall and a couple stains on the carpet, but the stuff that mattered was all fine-- very comfortable bed and sheets, functional Wifi, clean bathroom. "Old fashioned 50s motel but had charm!"
The family who manage the motel were really helpful. The first room we were shown had absolutely nowhere to hang any clothes. They gave us another which had a hanging rack on the wall. The room was clean with a new bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee maker with awful coffee! The laundry came in handy. There was a nice swimming pool. […] Good value for money. Went to reception to check out at 9am but there was no reply to the bell - the family were all asleep after July 4th celebrations! Still, we enjoyed our stay. All I can say is you get what you pay for. The owners were very nice and pleasant. You can tell they just bought it and are trying to cleanit up. The airconditioner was would go from fan to air every so often. Not good airconditioners. The rooms and the outside needed to be painted. The hotel was easy to find. Not the greatest place in the world. The room was clean, but everything was aged. The mattress was very uncomfortable, my wife and I ended up purchasing pillows at a local store which made the second night better. Didn't use the pool, not many other amenities. I paid for 2 rooms and when I got there the manager told us that he has no rooms left and he could give us a "cottage" with 2 bedrooms... I contacted Hotels.com in order to find another hotel, but since it was the memorial day weekend there were nothing else available. No bugs, no cigarette burns in the bedspread, quite clean, no bad odors, and very, very nice staff. The problem was a general shabbiness: transparent curtains on the windows, both with floodlights right outside; tiny flat pillows; stopped-up bathroom sink; incredibly noisy and rickety room fan, TV with volume control set too low.
