Hotel wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, allerdings nicht weiter gepflegt. Zimmerservice bestand aus Handtücher tauschen und Bett machen, keine Reinigung zb des Fußboden. Klimaanlagen scheinen noch aus den 1970er Jahren zu sein, sehr laut. Die Klima über unserem Appartement tropfte auf die unsrige was zu ständigem Geräusch führte. dies wurde […] dann vom hotelpersonal durch auflegen eines Handtuchs "behoben". Pool direkt an 4-spuriger Straße und lange nicht gereinigt (Zigarettenstummel, Blätter,..). Zimmer vergleichsweise klein, lauter Kühlschrank stand direkt neben dem Bett. gut: parken kostet pro Aufenthalt nur 10 USD. 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Mehr

Es war echt schoen, Hotel ist sauber, Umgebung 1a. Nur die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut gewesen. Denke, die war defekt! Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen!!!! We'll come back!

Hotel fand ich super und auch die Nähe zum Strand war gut. Nur der Ort selbst bzw. die Häuser, Shops und Restaurants an der Strandpromenade waren nicht attraktiv.

Just what I was looking for, and a great location near the beach. I liked having the kitchenette available. They also loaned beach towels and chairs. I would definitely stay there again. It's not fancy, but I don't like fancy hotels.

The reviews on this hotel were what really sold me in booking. It is a decent place, very cute. The only negative things I can say are about the $6 per day parking..meh, didn't love that. And no night attendant is at the office beyond 9pm. I wanted to get the pass code for the "free wifi" to no avail, but didn't feel it warranted calling the emergency […] number on the machine. So, definitely, if you will be using a computer, ask for the code in advance. All in all, we had a nice stay, and for the bargain, it was definitely a prudent choice. Mehr

Live like a local in this one bedroom apartment style beach hotel. Pros - The rate plus the fact that its steps from the beach make it a Great value. Clean place. Full Kitchen. Very Simple. Cons - you won't get super service here called the phone number with questions a few times half of which were to no avail. Essentially plan on being self sufficient […] which isn't terrible but if you like being pampered by staff you won't get that here. When we stayed there there was a very loud family that was obviously very excited about being there so on occasion they would shout from their room windows to the ground and it was a bit much at times. Not sure shouting people is the hotels fault but I heard them clearly. Personal - I took my love here and we had a solid good stay. We went to the boardwalk everyday and out to eat in the surrounding restaurants every night. We slept comfortably in the bed and even opened the sofa bed in the living room to watch a movie and slept there one night. OMG... what can I say... I am living locally and was just looking for a nice getaway.. i found this on Hotels.com... what a surprise & delight! Room was gorgeous, clean well appointed, hotel staff was amazing, friendly, location was unbelievable... I WILL BE BACK. Checkin-in was easy and the staff was pleasant. It was a suite, so plenty of room for sure. The bed was comfortable. Our room was facing the highway, but since our suite had a window A/C unit, the hum from the unit blocked out all the traffic sounds, but did not disturb our sleep because it was in the "living room" rather than our bedroom. We checked in very late and it took a few minutes to be able look things over. The floors were not clean. There was a bottle top and a lot of hair on the floor. It made me very concerned about the bed but we checked very carefully and it appeared ok. The office was already closed or we would have asked to be moved. Hotel Motel like, named himself boutique. They say bay view rooms but no, only 2 floors. But one block away from beach. a very nice beach! no coffe maker. but no breakfast so you have to go away anyway. It was a nice stay.

This place is so cute & quaint for a beach getaway. Price was wonderful, other places were a lot more expensive. Walking distance to the boardwalk & ocean. We loved this place & would highly recommend it! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We are planning on staying here again on our next visit to FL.

the suite was awesome and staff very nice however the beds mattress felt like you were sleeping on concrete not confortable at all they should up grade there mattresses I couldn't sleep due to the bed being very ucomfortable... other than that the suite was very nice for amount of money paid and very close to the ocean.

This place is great since it has been recently renovated. Its very up to date in an "IKEA" way and our room was very clean. I liked that they have 7 foot shower heads as I am 6'6" myself. I loved the surrounding area and we found some very neat bars just a short walk away on the boardwalk (my favorite was "Nick's Bar"). For the price, this hotel is […] and absolute steal for me. The hotel has a good location, it's easy to find and presents well. Check in went well, got a parking spot ok, all good - until we entered the room. It was a very nice room, well lit, lots of windows etc. The problem was that it was filthy. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, there was long black hair littered about the place. I went down and […] asked for the room to be cleaned and they said they would. We went for a walk and came back to find it the same. So, to avoid hassles as we had prepaid we just said to heck with it and stayed. The next morning I went back down and asked a different person if we could get our room cleaned. We came back later that day to the same status quo. Filthy. The next day, we came back at aprox. 3pm and the room was still untouched from when we left. Back down to ask that our room be cleaned. We left again, came back and it was the cleanest day so far - the floor was swept... It has so much potential, as the recent renovations are apparent, the general upkeep is good, they just need to hire people that can / will actually CLEAN the rooms. Wash the walls once in a while, wash the floors regularly, wash out the bathroom daily.... Not too much to ask in my opinion. Mehr

They have obviously done a nice renovation on this entire place – new paint, beach-themed art and colorful accents inside and out. It was clean, comfortable and very easy to get to. The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with A/C, free WiFi, a small kitchen area, full-size fridge, even dishes, utensils and glasses. I loved my stay there! The staff were so nice and seemed to really enjoy working there. The pool was small but a good size. There was plenty of easy parking. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen was very convenient.

Hollywood Beach Boutique is perfect if you are a beach lover! It is a very short walk to the beach with a beach chair available from the hotel office! This is a modest area, no big high rise hotels here, but a great location! Excellent dinner at Sugar Reef on the boardwalk. Really good breakfast at the bakery /deli right across A1A.
