Stayed there for 3 nights in November 2012. The hotel is very nice. You get big, comfortable, spotless rooms for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is good with many things to choose from. The staff is really kind and friendly, especially Khaty and Patrick were very helpful in providing us tips on restaurants and spas around the hotel and how to get […] around the city. It also has a swimming pool where you can relax a bit after a tough sightseeing day. The only con is that it is a bit far away from most tourist attractions but you can easily get there (in about 20mins) with the Skytrain, as the nearest station is only 100 away from the hotel. Entfernung vom int.Flughafen ca. 30 Min. Taxifahrt (Kosten ca. 300 Baht) Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen ca. 200 Meter von der Skytrain Station. Somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, oder Shoppingcenter schnell und Preisgünstig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist ganz neu, und besticht durch seine Architektur. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. […] Alles war bereits arrangiert. Ich möchte hier erwähnen, dass ich noch nie ein so freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal erleben durfte. Wir hatten ein One Bedroom Zimmer gebucht, dass aus zwei getrennten Räumen besteht, einen Livingroom, und ein getrenntes Schlafzimmer. Es war eine komplett eingerichtete Küche im Livingroom, ein bequemes Sofo, Flachbild-TV, Musikanlage, Wasserkocher etc. Ein Zweiter Flachbild TV befindet sich im Schlafraum. Das Zimmer hat zwei getrennte Toiletten, eine im Badezimmer, wo sich Dusche und Badewanne befindet, und ein seperates mit Waschbecken, in einem getrennten Raum. Sehr großes schöner Balkon. Der Swimmingpool ist ausreichend groß, um nach einem Shoppingmarathon ein wenig abzukühlen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Fitnessraum und ein Waschraum im Hotel. Auch für Kinder ist ein geeigneter Spielraum vorhanden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Sehr selten hat man uns so herzlich umsorgt und bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen. Ein reichhaltiges Fruehstueck, sowie ein Pool und der Fitnessbereich sind vorhanden und versuessen die Zeit in Bangkok. Die direkte Lage neben der Skytrain Station Bang Chak war absolut perfekt fuer Ausfluege in die Innenstadt. Durch den Neubau ist das Gebaeude sehr gut […] isoliert, so dass auch mitten in der Grossstadt kaum Laerm in die Zimmer dringt. Besonders hervorheben moechten wir noch einen Empfangsangestellten, welcher uns bei wirklich jeder Gelegenheit irgendwie helfen wollte, dies jedoch auf sehr angenehme und nicht aufdringliche Art und Weise. Es gibt keinerlei Nachteile. Im Gegensatz zu zentral gelegenen Hotels ist das Viva Garden sehr modern. Ich bin oft in Bangkok und werde dasselbe Hotel gerne wieder buchen. Diskret.

I wasn't sure how the hotel would be due to the sight of other local hotels but I was amazed!! I was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were very nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was very helpful with all our needs during our 3-night stay. Wonderful variety in the included breakfast daily. Great outdoor pool big enough for lap swimming; on site do-it-yourself laundry machines as needed. Close to the fantastic sky train system. Good recommendation for local restaurant.

We are business travelers to BKK and so we spend 10 or more days there at a time. This place was perfect. It is a serviced residency but caters to tourist/business visitors as well. The room was very accommodating for my few days stay, with a kitchenette and medium refrigerator. The pool area was relaxing and isolated, as you couldn't see most of the surrounding buildings. It was nice to have wi-fi as well, however you could only have 1 device at a time on the wi-fi (iPhone & iPad couldn't be used simultaneously) The main lobby personnel were friendly, helpful and polite. The location is across from a market, which offered many street food options as well as other food establishments. It is also located very close to the sky train, ~1-2 min walk from the driveway, which was a great mode of transportation and easy to follow. You will either want to take the train or cab to go shopping or to other locations for other activities, as there wasn't a lot to do in the immediate area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Viva Gardens! I would recommend it for anyone, but see it more appropriate for people staying for a few days or more. Mehr

Great alternative to upscale hotels in the busier areas of Bangkok. Lots of space to feel at home in. Nice pool and meditation area on the grounds. Right next to the BTS Bang Chak station for easy commuting to most areas of BKK. You will pay a 15Baht premium from this station, but the price of the hotel makes it well worth the cost. If you are staying […] several days, get a BTS "Rabbit" card with 15 - 40+ trips and add a few hundred Baht to your "purse" to cover the extra toll and for a simple means to pay for some retail .purchases at select spots. We ordered from their room service menu a couple of nights and it was served hot, promptly and was quite good value for the money. I stayed in the studio and that was superb they had all the cooking facilities you need. The breakfast is great, tasty food, good variety of dishes. My only complaint is that I found the service, while acceptable could've been better. although they advertise they are "pet friendly" and the website says "no additional pet fee" neither is true. We were asked to use the service elevator with our 7 pound hairless mexican. Stayed one night before an early a.m. airport departure... great hotel in an interesting, non-touristy location in Bangkok. It was advertised as an airport hotel but is a good 30-40 minutes from either airport in Bangkok. Otherwise, I would highly recommend for a longer stay... Beautiful rooms, pool, and restaurant.

The hotel is spotless. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They helped us arrange (in Thai) a set fee for a cab ride so that we wouldn't be taken around for longer distances to up the fare. We were upgraded to a nicer room, and it was AMAZING. The hotel's outdoor pool area is beautiful.
