Very central, nicely decorated,exclusive.

A furnished apartment with kitchen facilities, and an excellent continental breakfast brought around every morning. Run by lovely people, who live next door, speak excellent English and are very helpful. Dishwasher and washing machine available. A delightful appartment with sitting area and kitchenette/dining table on first floor, and bedroom ensuite on second floor. Very nicely furnished and pleasant to relax in during day and evening. Breakfast provided. Excellent restaurants within minutes walk.

This B&B could hardly be any better. The location is perfect, the bedroom and living room comfortable, and the hosts helpful and friendly. There is also plenty to eat for breakfast, so no going hungry, and the free wireless is a bonus considering the extortionate charges that a lot of hotels make these days. The other reviews for Rosendael attracted me to this apartment and they were certainly correct, it is an excellent choice as an alternative to hotel accommodation. It feels like moving into your own 1-bed apartment with a comfortable lounge and fully-fitted kitchen on the 1st floor and exotic double bedroom upstairs. This is a whole apartment you get to yourself. It is right in the middle of the nicest part of town. The owner is a delight and he offers a lovely breakfast. The only downside I could see is if you have a car that might be a pain - but that is Utrecht in general. Otherwise, this place is perfect. I will stay there again.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The hosts were friendly and helpful and provided a lovely breakfast. The kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom and bedroom were all furnished and equiped to a very high standard. Despite being in the very centre of the city of Utrecht it was quiet. It took us nearly 3 hours driving around the ring road that this wonderfull apartment is within to eventually realise after stopping lots of locals who didnt speak hardly any english that you have to park car in a public car park for 37euro a night and walk to the apartment (no driving or parking near apartment) The only way we found it was by stumbling […] accross a local tourist office. But that was the only downside. The owners are the nicest friendlisest people we have met so far in Europe, full of advice and local info. The apartment is stunning to say the least, full kitchen with everything for a family. very close to the centre of town. Beds very comfortable.The breakfast has to be seen to be beleived, fresh home made goodies and enough left overs to make lunches for three. We loved our stay but the only downside is no parking but if you dont have a car than I wouldnt stay anywhere else, book it you wont be disappointed !!!!!!!!! Mehr

My wife decided to accompany me on a business trip to Utrecht, so it was great to be able to hire a one bed apartment, on two floors, in the picturesque centre of this large town...instead of a less-personal hotel room. We enjoyed 4 nights here. The apartment met all our needs, allowing us to cook when we wanted to, or take advantage of the numerous […] pubs and restaurants on our doorstep. The landlord and landlady were very welcoming and friendly, providing a huge Dutch breakfast, and early evening Moroccan mint tea, at no charge. We were also welcomed by Charlie, the landlords' contented cat, with whom we were pleased to share some of the ample space, when we invited him in! Rosendael was perfectly situated right in the centre of Utrecht, within easy walk of the sites, shops and station. I can't remember the last time I had such a service, The owner Mr Hans took the time to come out and wait for me to show me the nearest car park at 6pm with 4 degrees outside. The room warm and well decorated with all the facilities. the bed hard to leave in the morning. We had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. Hans' Bed and Breakfast is the perfect spot for a business traveler, tourist, or anything in between. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's an awesome place and In Dutch the perfect word is "gezelling". Unfortunately, it lacks an English translation.

This is actually a two-story apartment with all the amenities of home. It is very spacious and tastefullly appointed with nice furnishings and decor. The owners live next door and are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. It's close to the Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance to all the major sights of Utrecht. If you want to stay in a sterile hotel room that could be anywhere in the world, don't stay here. If you want your own little house, with lots of character in the very centre of Utrecht, this is the place for you. You have your own entrance and roof top patio, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a lovely comfortable bedroom and an en suite […] bathroom. The owners are delightful. They keep the apartment in tip top condition, can offer advice on what to see locally and serve a superb breakfast every morning. Hartje centrum, toch rustig. Mooie ruimte. Goed ontbijt. Heerlijk ontspannen

Groot appartement midden in de binnenstad. Uitgebreid ontbijt en werkelijk alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Mooie slaapkamer en ruime badkamer.

Heerlijk ontspannen overnachting midden in shopgebied Utrecht centrum. Toch is het steegje rustig genoeg om zaterdagnacht lekker te slapen op het grote tweepersoons bed. In de ochtend werd een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt geserveerd, wat een luxe. Ook van de twee museumkaarten die in de welkomstmap zaten hebben we goed gebruik gemaakt. B&B Rosendaal […] ligt op 10 minuten lopen van Utrecht Centraal, en op 2 minuten van museum speelklok; ook een aanrader. Mehr

女性二人で三泊しました。ホテルとばかり思っていたので、見つけるのにちょっと苦労しました。完全に一軒まるごと借りるB&Bです。場所はセントラル駅から徒歩10分程度、またユトレヒトのダム教会に近く町を堪能できます。　部屋はとても清潔でかわいらしく飾られオランダの暮らしを見ることができます。外食に飽きたら自炊もできるし快適。また朝食は頼んだ時間にオーナーが持ってきてくれるし、ミュージアムカードを貸してくれたりおすすめスポットを教えてくれたり、とっても素敵なオーナー夫妻です。ただ、借りるのは二階、三階なので、あのオランダ特有の細くて急な階段での荷物の上げ下ろしだけは苦労しました。これもなかなか経験できないことですが・・。またユトレヒトからはアムステルダムをはじめ主要観光地に行きやすいからオランダ旅行 […] の拠点に是非お勧めです。ポーチでお気に入りのチーズとビールを楽しむこともできるから夏はもっと素敵だとおもいます。 Mehr

Perfect verblijf in hartje centrum van Utrecht. Keurig appartement, gezellig ingericht en een goed ontbijt.

B & B Rosendael is eigenlijk een appartement (kamer/ keuken en aparte slaapkamer) met de service van een bed & breakfast (luxe ontbijt met verse sju en vers fruit). Het ligt in een rustig steegje dat uitkomt op de Oude Gracht. De eigenaren doen er alles aan dat je je prettig voelt. Met een eigen dakterras en gratis WLAN. Wij komen zeker terug.

Het verblijf in Rosendael was zeer geslaagd. Naast de geweldige ligging is het appartement ook erg gezellig ingericht. De service is erg goed evenals het ontbijt. Een echt aanrader!

We had a lovely time in Utrecht. Staying in your apartment made the visit even more lovely. The service was teriffic and all of the other things to. We recomende everyone to stay at Rosendael. We can assure that you wont be disappointed

Todella keskeinen sijainti: asemalle 10 minuutin kävelymatka, kaupat ja ravintolat 100 metrin päässä. Viehättävä, täysinvarustettu huoneisto, jossa kaikki mukavuudet nettiä myöten. Sijaitsee kapealla sivukujalla jossa ei ravintolamelua eikä autoliikennettä. Jyrkät portaat eivät ehkä sovi huonojalkaiselle. Kylpyhuoneen vedenlämmitin pörisi yöllä useasti […] minuutin verran, mutta korvatulpilla siitä selvittiin. Mahtava aamiainen kuului hintaan. Mehr

Meget fin lejlighed for et længere ophold i Utrecht. Tog bør benyttes for tilrejse, da det er svært at finde lejligheden i bil og dyrt at parkere i Utrecht. Lejligheden ligger i gågade område i meget rolige omgivelser og med en fantastisk tagterrrasse.

Rosendael was a very comfortable place and everything was withing walking distance. The owners were friendly and breakfast was extremely delicious. We liked our visit there and we recommend it warmly for everybody who will travel to Utrecht.

Deze net geopende B&B midden in het centrum van Utrecht is echt aan aanrader. Bij B&B denk je snel aan een slaapkamer en gedeelde voorzieningen, maar dat gaat hier niet op! Eigen opgang, leidt naar zeer lichte woonkamer en keuken (zelf safwasmachine), Daarboven een slaapkamer in Oosterse sferen en een badkamer met douche (en wasmachine). Zeer gastvrij […] ontvangst door eigenaresse. Op haar aanbod het ontbijt op ons eigen dakterras (jawel!) te serveren, zeiden wij geen nee. Deze B&B is ook zeer geschikt voor 3 personen (als je het niet erg vind de slaapkamer te delen). Kortom een echte aanrader voor wie midden in de stad wil zitten en toch zich ook lekker wil kunnen terugtrekken in een rustig appartement. Mehr

What can I say, I will DEFINITELY be returning to this gem in its prime location in lovely Utrecht. The Burgers are the most hospitable couple, they made us feel right at home in their beautifully decorated B and B flat, complete with terrace and cats! It is three steps from the Oude Gracht and shopping street and is surrounded be great restaurants […] and nightlife. Their breakfast is to die for and everything is on hand in the flat for Nespresso or a lovely cup of tea as well. Even though there are plenty of great restaurants around, you'll be tempted to whip up your own delicacies in the perfectly equipped kitchen and enjoy it out on the beautifully decorated terrace. Never ever have I received such good hospitality and service as in hotel "Rosendael" - JUST perfect. So sweet and thoughtful hosts. If you are looking for a definition of "Service" you will find it here in this little spot in Utrecht . The place is decorated in an amazing and very personally way - I just loved it instantly. The location is - I think, […] the best place in Utrecht. Everything is within 5 min distance of walking and the main shopping street is 30 seconds away :0) ..
