HYATT house Philadelphia/King of Prussia - King of PRussland

We accidentally left behind a watch and didn't realize it till we got home 3 days later. Called the Hyatt House direct figuring there was no hope in locating the watch. They immediately checked the lost and found - located our missing watch and dropped it in the mail via FedEx. We had the watch back!! Loved it. So close to the mall. The bed was so comfy for my tired, aching body after a day of intense shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent.. made to order omelet. Yum!

You would have expected the location to be better since its next to a mall that is all very high end very expensive. The traffic around the area is bad and all night there ar cars racing up and back and horns going. Next to this hotel is a Joe's Crab place and it is open until 2am...non stop people out the door and they take up that parking lot and […] most of the hotle parking lot. we stayes two nights and both time come back to the hotel and see groups of drunk loud and rude people in the parking lot.. The breakfast is no better then any other place but the breakfast area is so small you have to fight for a table. This location uses real plates and silver that is very nice but no help for busing the tables, I was told to go to the are near the kitchen door and there was a bin to put your dirty dishes in welp there was and it was over flowing and gross people had resorted to puting things on the floor. I did see one woman clearing tables in between cell phone text messages. The area is set up so it looks so relaxing and inviting untill you try to put 100 ppl in a 50 seat area. Mehr

Two dogs in the room down the hall. Barking every time someone went past the rooms. We picked this hotel because their policy said no pets and I am allergic, but found at least 3 there on our floor while we stayed. No I am not talking about companion dogs but just family pets.Hotel staff busy complaining about other guests when I came up to ask a question. […] Not friendly. Room was not ready at check in time. Great room, great service, coupled with the perfect location and reasonable nightly rate....would definitely stay there again.

New concept by the Hyatt. The staff was helpful, the room new, updated, and nicely appointed; the only downside, and it was a big downside, is it is located next to the interstate, so if you don't mind car racing outside your window, then you'll appreciate the location. As with most hotels located next to an interstate why don't they go to the extra […] expense and double pane the windows with gas to deaden the sound. At a Hyatt, and given the cost, I would expect the little extra that you don't expect at a lower end chain. Mehr

Beautiful hotel but a little far from the city sites.

Beautiful room.... I really like the mini kitchen. Very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

nice location, friendly staff, clean and luxurious hotel

Andrea checked us in Friday evening on April 13 and was very professional and friendly. We were assigned to a small suite with a kitchenette (stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cabinets full of dishes and cook ware). Also a full size fridge was included. The bathroom with full glass covered shower, strong shower head and toilet […] was very clean and mildew free. The sink area and nice size closet was outside the shower area. Beds were comfortable including the couch bed. A desk and chair was also included. I wish there were 2 TV's and a table with 2 chairs. The exercise facility was very nice with 3 elipticals, 3 stationary bikes, and 3 treadmills. It also included hand towels, bottled water, free weights, and a weight machine, and medicine balls. The pool area is nice with plenty of towel supplied. It is a nice touch to have a jar full of warm, individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies with a sign that says help yourself. Other hotels only give out one upon registration. Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. A free breakfast is included and is nice. Mehr

pleasant surprise, room right up there with excellent, better than we were expecting, great location. Very happy with our choice.

The refrigerator was noisy. Whenever someone flushed the toilet, the water running thru the pipes was loud as well. After a shower, there would be water on the floor. I think the shower door isnt sealed properly.. I had the same issue when i was there in February

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool. The continental breakfast was great. Omelets were made to order! Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only down side was the distance from Philadelphia. Traveling to the hotel during evening rush hour took nearly 90 minutes. Other than that, we loved our stay!

We stayed here on a weekend trip to Philadelphia and were very satisfied. The room and the bathroom was very spacious. Everything was very clean including hotel pool. I slept very well all three nights and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was also very helpful. They helped us with everything we needed! Hotel staff suggested requesting a room away from guests staying w their dogs..wished I had thought of that...sleepless night due to barking dog in room beside ours. Beautiful hotel, excellent amenities and delicious quesadillas!!! :)

Beautiful. I never in my life saw such a clean room. It was top notch. The hotel has "gone Green" and in doing so your bathroom lights won't work unless you put your key on the wall which was really different.

Excellent property, conveniently located by the mall and two minutes away from our volleyball venue. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and will definiitely plan to stay again in the future. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The full breakfast in the morning is delicious and there is plenty to choose from. The pool, spa and […] fitness center are nice extras. A+++ to the Hyatt House in King of Prussia! A wonderful value! This hotel is within the King of Prussia Mall complex and an excellent place to stay overnight if shopping at the mall. For business, mall traffic may be problematic at times getting in and out of the mall depending on the time of year. Free breakfast buffet was good with a choice of fresh eggs and egg whites. This is a new hotel with a welcoming friendly staff. The price included breakfast with a omelet to order station. We stayed in a king suite that included a complete kitchen. We liked everything about our stay and would stay there again.

The Hotel Sierra at King of Prussia, PA, was an extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The room was very comfy and the staff courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast had a nice variety to help get the day started. Our main reason for the stay was to shop at the King of Prussia Mall, which is directly across the road from this hotel, so the hotel's […] location was a definite perk; plus we made a one day train trip to NYC, and the staff helped us to find the nearest train station. great location Capitol grill within walking distance

I've stayed at this hotels twice and found the staff to be incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and contemporary and the locations is very convenient to the mall, interstate and restaurants.

Loved this hotel...which was one of many! will definitely start looking for "Hotel Sierra" often! Everything was perfect!

Great hotel for my business trip, very convenient to Valley Forge and of course its across the road from the huge King of Prussia mall. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Very nice hot breakfast available in the morning. I also liked the small kitchen and large fridge that was in my room. I would definitley stay at this hotel again!
