Das Hotel ist für Pattaya sehr ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem sehr Zentral. Die Klimaanlage ist in Ordnung, TV und Kühlschránk vorhanden.safe an der Rezeption gratis.Die Möblierung ist ziemlich heruntergekommenund die Dusche und das WC sind nicht voneinander abgetrennt ( alles nass).Um diesen Preis kann man halt nicht mehr verlangen.

It was good overall. The quality of the hotel was acceptable considering the price. It is close to the beach, and a quick mini-bus ride to Walking Street.

stayed here for 4 days. overall was great. free wifi signal was very strong. staff was helpful. room was very clean. fridge, fan and air conditioner was in the room and all worked well. hotel was very quiet and tucked away just far enough from the main streets that you dont hear a peep at night. your very close to mostly everything. walking street, […] beach road, and sukumwit are all close by. great location and price. The guest house though is reasonably priced leaves a bit to be desired on the service front. It is located conveniently, not too far from the beach, about 400 mtr. Good number of eating joints around, but it is located in a cramped lane so vehicles(CV's) may not be able to take you at the doorstep of the guest house. the guesthouse may have got the good reviews because of 2 or 3 good things: the staff is friendly and the room is clean. everything is in easy reach of the hotel. but its in a narrow shabby dead end road. the room was very disappointing. i had a superior room which was dark with no outside window.window was leading to the dark hallway letting me hear […] everybody who walked by and the hotel's water pump which was in front of my room. furniture very basic. no place to sit except on the bed (the room existed only of a bed and a fridge). i was told its a superior room because it has a big bed instead of a small one. Location is central and 150 metres from Mikes Mall. I did enjoy my stay here but there is a negative point for this hotel and that is noise. It is not that intrusive and probably no worse than other hotels in Pattaya but I should just mention it. Guests returning late and the noise from the next room can be a small problem. Also just down the road is […] a small building site where hammering would start at 7.30am, but this work is temporary,the noise is not loud, only irritating Now the good points; my room was large and spacious; similaly the bathroom, which had a good shower and the added bonus was that it was a wet room. Also I liked the fact that the electric did not turn off when i left the room each day so i could keep a stock of ice in the refrigerator for late nightcaps. Aircon was very good as was the TV with good reception. The staff were friendly, especially the chambermaid who greeted me with a large smile each day when passing. Downstairs is a small but comfortable seating area for talking with friends. There are 3 large shopping malls nearbye, plus restaurants, markets, shops, beach etc etc. Walking Street is 15 - 20 minutes walk away. Overall this was a very nice little guest house and as i have mentioned the only small problem is the noise. Would I come back again ? Yes absolutly, but just as long as the building work was finished. I would certainly recommend this hotel with the reservations mentioned Mehr

The Siam Guest house was very clean,the rooms were very spacious,and the staff were very friendly bar 1 staff member wether she knew english I dont know,but hardly got a smile out of her,other wise the rest of the staff were great,I would reccomend my friends to stay there for sure.

For the same price i stayed in much more better hotels in pattaya/jomtien before, the staff and manager are unfriendly, rooms are not clean+ the standard of them is very poor. Just don't go there, pick any hotel in Jomtien for the same price and you won't regret it.

i stayed in the siam guesthouse for four weeks recently and was very happy with the service. they offer laundry service and free wifi. very close to central mall and the beach, and only a ten minute walk to walking street. will definitely stay there if in pattaya again.

It is a nice and cosy guest house, good for bachelors and singles. Staff is helpful and cooperative. No problems faced during the stay.

Nice hotel, good location. I would definitely stay again if I visit pattaya, I am happy with the quality of the hotel for the rate I have paid.

Great location. clean room. BUT got charged 150 baht for an overly dirty bath towel. That one incident was enough for me never to return to Siam Guesthouse. There are so many hotels and guesthouses at pattaya beach that are not found online that you can go there and negotiate a price.

Besides being quite close to the city center, the hotel was like every other budget hotel with clean sheets and better, a real clean bathroom! No roaches, no hair on the counter. The rooms were a bit small but it was perfect for a single traveller like me who just uses the room to change and sleep. ..stayed for one week, small room, many Tv Channels(50 mabee) and air conditioner was great! Internet was very fast as well and free...I dont reccomend this hotel if you have a car as I did as the street is extremely small(narrow) dead end and not easy to park car in and out..

ハウスキ－パ－のおばさんの行為により、毎日、清潔かつ気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフは、よく言えば放任、客に対する干渉は殆どなく、挨拶もなく、客に対して無関心な感じを持ちました。ホテル周辺は観光地でもあり、物価が他の地域より高いようです。少し奥の通りに入れば、ス－パ－があり、標準的な価格で物が購入できます。海岸に近いところでの買い物は、検討を要します。

Goed, prima service en een fijne staf die zeer behulpzaam was. erg rustig gelegen in een drukke buurt. prijs kwaliteit verhouding is gewoon weg prima. schone kamers en een schoon appartement, erg goed onderhouden.

Chambre comme une cage à poule, sans fenêtres. Humidité au plus fort dans la chambre... Obligés de laisser la clim sur 20degrés toute la journée, que les draps, cousins et lit ne sentent pas le "moisi". Ett mycket prisvärt hotell som ligger mitt i stan, nära till stranden,nära till shoppingcenter. Kan rekommendera detta hotell om man vill ha något ställe centralt för att sova på. Hotellet har ingen frukost eller annan mat att erbjuda, men det finns massor av lämpliga alternativ utan för hotellet. Gratis internet var ett plus.

Rommet og servicen , var helt grei. Jeg bodde der i 20 netter Inge fasiliteter , uten for rommet , men et stille område for en god natt´s søvn. Andrefalles til enslige eller par , ikke til barne familier . + for godt internet og for hyggelig betjening

房間真的不大 如果打算狂歡整夜後回旅社只是洗澡睡覺的話是省錢的住宿選擇地點 這間等同於台灣的旅社 靠近BAR但是吵雜程度倒還好因為是在巷子裡 但極注重睡覺安寧的人就不推薦

パタヤ・セカンドロードのすぐ近くにあるゲストハウス。周りは歓楽街。夜になると裏手のライブハウスからの歌が無料で聴けます。冷蔵庫に有料の飲み物もありますし、好みの物がなければ、1～2分のところに、コンビニが2軒あります。セントラルからも近く。立地だけで言えば大満足です。　ただし、静かに夜を過ごしたい場合には向きません。

挺便宜的飯店 但就是離紅燈區很近 晚上酒客非常多~ 隔音一般 有時會聽到隔壁的聲音 整體上還ok~ 價錢很便宜算還ok囉~

Bortset fra den gamle rengørings kone skulle se om hun kunne få 700 bath ud af mig fordi der ver kommet 2 dråber blod på lagnet efter et myggestik. Er jeg Tilfreds med stedes beliggenhed. Ingen støj . 200 meter fra stranden.
