Das Hotel ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es hauptsächlich als Business-Hotel gedacht ist, an der ruhigen und beinahe unpersönlichen Atmosphäre. Trotzdem ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zufriedenstellend; das Personal ist freundlich und spricht perfekt Englisch. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, dafür aber top-modern eingerichtet […] und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück entspricht allen Erwartungen, mit portugiesischen Backwaren und interkontinentalen Standardartikeln. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt wirklich schnell zu erreichen, der Weg führt über die Freiheits-allee unter alten Bäumen und an schönen Geschäften entlang. Ansonsten steht aber auch eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem für einen Wochenendaufenthalt, oder Kurztripp sehr zu empfehlen. I have no complaints about this hotel other than the fact that the beds are not very comfortable. Having stayed here for more than a week, I returned from my vacation with a stiff back. Other than that, the cleaning staff is extremely efficient and the restaurant within the hotel (Duk) is convenient and good.

the best thing about this hotel is its location, it is walking distance to almost every single place besides Belem, so you can really get to know Lisbon. To Belem, you just take a bus, a bus stop is just outside of hotel. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. My room was clean but not perfectly clean. This hotel is very conveniently located in Lisbon. 15mins walk to city centre for site seeing. If you don't like walking, there's a metro station 2 mins away and is 2 stops to the centre. It cost 10 euro cab ride to and from the airport. There's also a bus stop nearby the hotel which takes you to Belem. Room is clean and comfortable. This is a hidden gem. The main tourist area is on Avenida Liberdad from George VII park to the river. (Yes Lisbon is on a river not the ocean.) This hotel is two short blocks off from the park. You can catch a hotel bus shuttle from the airport (3.50euros) and be about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. (There is no subway from the airport, period). Taxi […] is about 20 euros. Once at the hotel, there is a Metro station at the park and it is very inexpensive. The room is nice but one feature that I found interesting is the glass shower, which means the bathroom can be seen from the bedroom area. It has a curtain that can be let down to cover it but I thought it was a bit romantic. The room has Wifi (just ask reception for the user names and passwords) and internet explorer opens right to the login page. Very nice. The closest thing to a complaint is with the breakfast room. Juice glasses are hidden under the serving area and most tables are not set up with silverware and or coffee cups. (some have silverware and some have cups but few have both) and they are not readily available. The breakfast buffet was good but nothing special. Bring your walking shoes as Lisbon is built over seven hills and you could be walking up and down a lot. Overall, this is a very nice hotel and I highly recommend it! Mehr

The hotel was in a decent location and the room was clean and decent sized for a European city. However, the service provided in the hotel was really bad - bartender was rude, front desk staff wasn't helpful and there was a surcharge for everything (for example, complimentary coffee packets were given only on the day of check-in and then you had to […] pay for them). I think you may be able to find better hotels for this prize in Lisbon. Mehr

Hotel is next to the metro and is just two stops from the city centre or a 15 minute walk. Staff were really helpful and nice to us. Rooms were new and comfortable, but a bit on the small side. Free Internet !! I would definitely stay there again.

It was a great location and the rooms were fantastic. The bartender always seemed like it was a big problem whenever you asked for something but other then that it was a great stay.

Lidt små værelser. Rigtig god restaurant.

En los alrrededores del hotel no hay nada para poder tomarte una cerveza, pilla a 10 minutos andando del centro. La única pega que le pongo al hotel es que 2 días la habitación no estaba hecha a las 14.30 horas.

Hotel agradable, cómodo, bien decorado y buena situación. Relación calidad precio buena. Lo recomiendo.

Serviço fraco. Quem se hospeda num hotel espera ser bem atendido. Hotel 4 estrelas fechando bar e cozinhaas 22:30hs, com frigobar fraquissimo. Nnao se pode pedir um balde de gelo depois desse horario. Lamentavel!!

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto muito confortável e sossegado. O serviço prima pela discrição e simpatia. Gostei muito e voltarei sempre que tiver oportunidade.

Ficamos hospedados 2 vezes no hotel (no início e fim da viagem). Na segunda vez, o quarto era um pouco pequeno. Mas ainda assim, consideramos satisfatória a hospedagem. Bom café da manhã.

Bodde der flere dager og stortrivdes. Metro rett utforbi døra. Ellers gangavstand til sentrale baixa. Frokosten har et lite forbedringspotensiale. Mangel på gratis wifi gjør at det ikke blir toppkarakter.

Heel goed verzorgd hotel en goede ligging niet ver van het centrum en bezienswaardigheden.Een aanrader zou er zeker terug naar toe gaan.

Chambre satisfaisante , belle deco, belle salle de bain néanmoins : La tv fonctionnait très mal. Le parking était plein et le reste des places devant l hôtel est payant et contrôlé La vue depuis la chambre donnait sur un immeuble en cours de demolition , impossibilite d ouvrir la fenetre a cause du bruit et de la poussière. We (me, my wife and my poarents) booked this hotel because of it's location which is in the city of Lisboa and close to the great Marquis de Pombal. The rooms on the pictures look bigger than the reality. The furnitures were made of plastic and not high end which didn't impress me and my wife. The view from the our and my parents room was boring. The […] services was good except some of the staff on reception didn't border to say hello. The breakfast was just standard with nothing extra ordinary. On the minus side: WIFI-access was not free. The bar located next to the reception was quite boring. It didn't attract me even they offered happy hour with half of the price between 6-8 pm. El desayuno malo, poco variado, falta de higiene y una mala atención. El garaje, fuera del edificio del hotel. Mala indicación del número de las plazas de aparcamiento. Hemos tenido serias dificultades con las tarjetas para entrar y sacar el coche y no hemos recibido asistencia alguna por parte del hotel.

2 problèmes majeurs : - chambre petite avec peu d'espace de rangement - 3 jours avec problèmes d'ascenseurs : nous étions au 7ème étage
