3 bedroom condo was amazing, clean, great location. We stayed in late May, not too busy yet. Warm enough to be in outside pools and hot tubs (indoor pool was super busy with kids). No free wifi in condo. It's free at the lodge which is about 2 miles away. You check in/out at that lodge. Service at check in was terrible. Gal was a snob, not what you […] expect when you pay $300/night for the condo. Ask for the street address of the condo when you check in. They will give you their internal number for the condo (example: 18) but when you drive around looking for the condos you will only see the street address (example: 1382). Community mixed of rentals and owners, everyone was friendly. Parking might be issue during summer, 6 spots for every 4 condos. No shampoo in condo like at hotel. Overall, great stay. Nice home; home was comfortable, check-in was 5pm! And checkout is 11am wanted to watch a football bowl game, no espn or wifi I. This particular home.

We stayed in a 3 room Condo, which was nicely equipped and well suited for a party of 8. It would have been nice to offer some fire wood for the open fire place, but otherwise it was very nice. The stay includes access to the in and outdoor heated pools.

We arrived after a 8 hour drive with three kids looking forward to swimming pools and internet access, only to find we had been put in "addition #3" which is more than five miles from the main resort!!! Then we are told the pool is "out of order". The receptionist was kind enough to move us to the main resort and close enough to the small outdoor pool […] that the kids could walk to it(still about 3 blocks away). However the room had no internet availabale at all!!??? The beds were more worn out than the gospel mission's. Some of the worst beds i have ever slept on. In addition, there was no shampoo, hairdryer or other hotel amenities. We had to call and have them delivered on request? This is defiantely not what i woudl expect from a resort as highly rated as this. I will be hard pressed to return to this property. Mehr

We stayed for two days and had a great time. Restraunts were great and the kids loved the water park. We can't wait to go back!

It's a great place for families. Quite a distance to the swim facilities though..needs more signage for non residents as it is a bit confusing.

My family of 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 6, 8 & 15, were in the area for some hiking over Labor Day weekend. We needed a place to sleep & rest, and this more than fit the bill. The 2-bedroom condos were all booked up, so we got a 3-br place. Space was adequate for 8, so we were very comfortable with just the 5 of us. We brought along steak and fresh […] corn which we cooked on the grill. The grill was a cheap Charbroil type, but adequate to the task. All kitchen utensils were there, clean and in good working order. The private hot tub on the deck was very nice, although a little small for our group. We overlooked the golf course which had minimal light pollution, so star-gazing from the hot tub was wonderful. We only stayed one night and were there to hike (Smith Rock State Park to the north, and then Tam MacArthur Rim and Coffin Mountain farther west), so we did not make any use of the other facilities on site. Beautiful place; a little far from hot tubs and pools, but close to golfing. Maintenance/housekeeping needs to do a more thorough check to make sure everything is working and at least spot clean carpets. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our condo at Eagle Crest was amazing- spacious, well equipped and a close walk to the pool and fitness center. Ample paths to walk or run on and the put-put course is amazing. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor tennis courts as well. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived in town around noon and tried to check-in. We were told it would be around 3pm before we could check-in. That is normal for many places. We drove into Bend and hung out for a bit. At 3pm I called and asked for an update. They then said 4pm. At 4pm I called again and asked for another update. They say 5pm was their normal check-in time.Finally […] at 5pm we arrived at the desk and I checked in. Oddly, the sign behind the counter said guest check-in was at 4pm. Our condo was very nice and we enjoyed it. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would probably stay there again, but the late check-in is not ideal. Mehr

Stayed in 3bd/2ba cabin which appeared to be privately owned and rented out by Eagle Crest. Very nice and we were prepared because we brought own own toiletries. The nearby market wasn't that spectacular (per my husband), but there are stores nearby. If you arrive after dark, it is difficult to see the street names. With this being said, it was extremely […] quiet and peaceful. Wonderful amenities, bike, jogging, walking trails, golfing, etc. Can't wait to stay there again!!! Mehr

When we made our reservations online we were expecting a traditional motel room with two queen beds. When we checked in, we were happily surprised to have a two bedroom two bath town home that had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a private deck with patio furniture and bbq. Had we known this in advance, we could have brought groceries, coffee […] etc. and enjoyed our stay even more. The web site did not make this clear. That being said we are looking forward to booking our next stay at Eagle Crest Resort- we loved it there. Central Oregon is awesome! Mehr

It was wonderful, with great biking trails, swimming pools, and beautiful places to visit nearby such as Lava Butte, visit Bend for lot of activities, white water rafting and so on.

We have visited Eagle Crest on several occasions and always enjoyed our trip. The scenery is fantastic, there are tons of walking paths around the property and the recreational facilities are nice. While most people head to Bend, be sure to spend some time exploring Redmond; there are a number of antique stores and restaurants in the historic downtown […] area. We plant to return! Mehr

The condo and facilities were great. THe only blemish to the entire stay was the fact that the outside garage light was not working. This made for a very dark driveway. The house itself was otherwise great. Plenty of room and household items for the 8 peolple who stayed.
