Hotel was in a top position, on one of the main roads, just outside the old city walls and one of the entry portals just across the road. Check-in was oh so easy,nothing to fill in and no Credit Card required and the car parking was also ideal with a lift straight to our floor. The room was light and airy although probably a good idea that a window […] opened as it appeared that the AC was not working. Bed was comfortable and the fittings were all new, as is the hotel, only 6 months old, however PAPER CUPS to have your early morning cup of tea or coffee in, not real class, you couldn't even hold them when full of hot water. And so to sleep, we had a door in our room to an adjoining one and we lay for some time listening to the conversations of the family next door, including the crying and shouting of the children, it was all in French so we didn't understand it. Next night was fine. A bit of fine tuning and all will be OK, the staff were helpful and one young man who delivered our room service broke the cork in the bottle of wine we had ordered, not once but 3 times so disappeared for a fresh bottle - top marks! When we first arrived at the hotel I noticed that there was a young lady at the front desk who was trying very hard to make up for the lack of service from her fellow workers.She made the check in very easy, and from then on I addressed her when I had any questions.I could see how other people might view the front desk as in need of improvement.I thought […] the room was excellent.The smoked glass wall in the shower does not expose the user to be seen.It is only designed to give the room a modern feel.I was most satisfied with the cleanliness of our room.The location,just outside the ciy wall, and a block away from the TGV bus stop,helped.I would avoid the hotel bar.I did not see many people eating at the hotel restaurant.Free wifi and free use of lobbby computer was a real plus. I stayed here with friends over Easter weekend. The hotel is very new and modern. Everything is so clean and bright. All of the facilities are top notch. The room was a good size and was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. There was also a safe and minibar in the room. […] The window can be opened but our room faced the street - with the window closed we couldn't hear any traffic noise. There was AC in the room as well. Breakfast was continental and more than adequate - pastries, waffles, meat, cheese, yoghhurt, cereal, bread, toaster, eggs, fruits, juices, tea and coffee. We didn't eat any other meals there. There is also a bar in the lobby which is open until midnight and there is a lovely secluded terrace with a pool. We did not use the spa facilities. Location wise, the hotel is about 100yds from Avignon Centre Train Station and is across the street from one of the gates in the city walls. It was about a 3 minute walk to the bottom end of Rue de la Republique which is the main drag and about a 10 minute walk to the Palais and the Pont. Generally speaking the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one of the reasons I'm not giving this hotel 5 out of 5 is the reception staff. They were not rude or unhelpful per se, but both the girl who checked us in and the girl who checked us out did nothing to try to be friendly or welcoming. They did their jobs perfectly fine but without any smile or warmth at all. Not good, especially when you've just arrived and the receptionist is the first impression of the hotel. The other negative is a very minor one regarding the chamermaid. Our beds were done and the towels replaced and so on, but a couple o fother items were missed like the used coffee cup that wasn't removed and the fact that the bottle of water we took from the minibar wasn't replaced so there wasn't any the next morning. Perfect for us short stay in Avignon, the room was good size, clean and very comfortable for a young couple (the bathroom is a little see-through which might make it a little uncomfortable for traveling friends. We didnt bother with the spa so none of that affect us - there was free parking underneath the hotel which was perfect! Wifi was a little confusing […] at first but it served our purposed and worked well enough. Breakfast was tasty but VERY EXPENSIVE. Overall great stay and recommended. Mehr

Just opened in Oct 2011 and some rooms were still being fitted when we got there. Our room was nicely furnished and everything in our room worked well. Breakfast was nice and the dining area was spacious. The hotel is a short walk to town. If you come by the TGV, you can take the shuttle bus (eur1.20) to the Avignon Poste bus station which is opposite […] the hotel. Overall, excellent choice hotel! Mehr

Séjour très agréable au calme en étant très bien placé dans la ville d'Avignon !!! Quelques petits gênes occasionnés du fait de l'ouverture récente de l'hotel ( climatisation, ... ).

Le personnel très serviable et souriant , la cuisine est au top goût et presentation et rapidité du service , la chambre junior est très bien , par contre notre 1 ère chambre été bruyante à cause d un problème de clim , ça a du être réparé depuis lundi , je pense , le Spa est très bien aussi .

ヨーロッパのホテルは、狭くて古くて、その割りに値段が張るべきだ、でなければ雰囲気が出ない、という嗜好の方は選ばない方が良いと思います。昨年出来たばかりのこのホテルはロビーに入った途端に「これは！」と感動します。部屋の中のあらゆる設備まで（米系といえばそうかも知れませんが）この値段では規格外れの綺麗さ・最新式設備・そして極めてスペーシーな部屋・深い湯船に気持ちの良いシャワー...数えだすとキリがありません。米系だけあってどのスタッフも完全に英語OK。鉄道の駅も、TGV駅とのシャトルバス発着を含むバスターミナルも徒歩２分。城壁の中ではないですが、その徒歩２分でメインストリートに出ますし、町自体は狭いので、態々荷物を持って旧市街まで行く必要は全く無いと思います。繰り返しですが、ヨーロッパのホテルは […] 狭くて古くなければ雰囲気が出ない、それにあくまで拘る！という方以外は、逆にこのホテルを選ばない理由が難しいくらいに思います。絶対のお勧めです。 Mehr

un tres agreable sejour, tres bien pour les enfants avec le coin d'enfant, le resto sympathique et pas mal de tout .

très bonne impression, hôtel très "classe", le parking de l'hôtel est très pratique pour laisser la voiture et visiter Avignon à pied

Des spots multicolores dans la cour intérieure font de la chambre une vrai discothèque...d'autant plus qu'elle ne possède pas de volets, seulement des rideaux. Quasiment 25° dans la chambre et le personnel nous indique qu'il n'y a pas de clim dans l'hôtel??? Incompréhensible pour un 4*...

全新的飯店，連停車場都還沒開放使用，裝潢味也還很重；離gtv車站很近，服務人員很親切，早餐很豐盛，房間非常舒適，房價也很合理。
