Hotel liegt an einer Spitzenlage umgeben von Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Die Infrastruktur ist jedoch völlig veraltet, z.T. riecht es nicht so gut im Hotel und das WiFi Signal ist viel zu schwach für die meisten Zimmer.

Hotel is in a great location surrounded by clubs, bars and restaurants but it is very old and really needs some renovation. wifi is very poor. I had to change the room twice and still got no connection.

One of our group had 620 dollars which disappeared from his luggage when it was being moved from his room to the car. He did not catch it until the next day when it was too late to do anything.

This rating is for the second room not the first. My bf and I chose this hotel because of its location in Quezon City. We arrived at 7 am and had to wait until the room was ready at 2 pm. This is policy but the hotel knew were were expecting the room at 2 pm. We didn't expect a 4 star hotel but when we got our room, the window lock was broken posing […] security issues. There was still trash in the room with half a loaf of bread under the bed. We also found hairpins on the floor, used shower towels, and half eaten food from the minibar (which they tried to charge us for). Worst of all there was a sewing poking out from the bed! My boyfriend brought these concerns to the front desk and they were cooperative. They upgraded us to a larger room and it was better. However, the shower had low water pressure. The hotel was relatively quiet until there was a convention. When there was a convention there were people hanging out in the hallways and talking loudly all hours of the night. Using the elevator was a hassle because of it's high traffic volume with people constantly going up and down. The continental breakfast was mediocre and cold at times. Mehr

Great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the only negative was that the hotel needs a final push to make it excellent, the carpets in the hallway were a bit smelly and needs to be replaced, the beds were not the most comfortable, and the water heater in the room was always out of order. The hotel is convient and several good eateries near by but the service and quality of the hotel could be improved. The breakfast is very basic and there is no consistent internet access. These things if improved would make a big difference.

The front office staff are rude and are ignorant of company procedures. One said that I dont need a credit card imprint because they will just lock the min-bar while another rude guy insisted to have my card imprint and even forced me to sign the blank credit card slip which exposed me to a huge risk if the slip was misplaced or misused. Other hotels […] don't ask customers to sign the slip until they have verified the bill at the end of the guest's stay. This hotel is not customer friendly but only after their own protection. With so many of them stationed at the front desk, you would expect fast and courteous service esp. if you have prepaid through hotels.com. They were even rude and acted as if the customer was beneath them, umsmiling and complete with arched eyebrows. They don't wear name tags to avoid being identified. To add, the hotel also run out of food at breakfast and they take so long to replenish the buffet, if at all. Customers have to make do with whatever dregs remain in the buffet even if you're early. Again, another proof that this hotel is not concerned about customer satisfaction but only out to make a profit. Mehr

Overall the Hotel is Ok, but as a business Traveller, I was handicapped with no internet on the 2nd floor. I was told that I can be moved to another floor ofr WIFI access. This was a huge concern for me. I had to pay for 6 days and moved out the day I checked in Thanks

Laundromat across the street, market close by, many different restaurants to chose from at all hours, easy to catch cabs from, local entertainment, decently safe area for walking, wifi cafes, alot of younger crowd on weekends and at nite. The hotel had good aircon and I think had cleaner air than a 5 star I stayed at in Manila. In comparison it was […] well worth the money. The only thing I gave up was higher ceilings in the mainroom, and a security check at the gate and front door. Water never got hot but always at least got warm every time. Most staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Oh I ordered pancit for room service and it was all noodles, no veggies, and full of oil. And ordered Minestrone soup and the veggies were all uncooked and again full of oil. We explored the surrounding area for food and everything except TGIF was fine. TGIF was set at American prices, american food...not recommended... I'd love to go back for a nice lil get away with my wife. She enjoyed it also. The SMall is a 30-40 minute ride from there. The hotel does not have wifi which evry hotel should have nowadays. So disappointing! Bed sheets were not changed. It is a must that it should be changed at least even after 2 days!!!

I was weary about staying at this hotel since I have read some reviews, but from the time they picked me up at the airport to the last day, people are so friendly and always ready to help you. Excellent choice to escape the tourism areas of Manila. Quezon City is an excellent location with all entertainment, shopping and recreation facilities available. This hotels renovation has improved the rooms very well. Always my first choice in Manila.

Not a terrible hotel. Short walk to bars and clubs. No real room amenities: no wifi, no iron. Room smelled bad, especially in the bathroom. Quezon city also takes about 2 hours to get to from the airport by cab. Probably better staying in Manila.

I like the room and the location. It is just that their service was poor to me. I have to asked several times for a wi-fi, but only get an answer that their technician was off for a longer period of time. I stayed there for than 10 days and they only provided me an wi-fi on my last 2 days of stay. Secondly, I complained several times for a hot water, […] they only gave it to em when I asked my daughter to complain after 4 days fo stay. The guards will only help us carry our luggages when we are infront of their door, not when we park our car. They allow people to smoke at the lobby while having breakfast and the guards has many cigarette butts at the side of the hotel. So, it smells smoke when we enter the hotel. This is an older building but im sure when you are on vacation your not going to stay in the hotel the entire time...it was a comfortable stay and anytime I had questions the staff was very attentive Best thing...everytime I came down every employee I passed along the way greeted me with a Good Morning...that alone is worth its weight... セキュリティボックスが部屋にはない。フロントのみ。 部屋はカーペットで、ホテル自体が古いため清潔感がない。バスは、リニューアルしているようで清潔でお湯も出るが湯槽はない、シャワーのみ。 無料のミネラルもない。 空調も個別ではなく、オンかオフのみ、温度調節はできない。 廊下の音もよく聞こえる。 朝食は、フィリピン料理。 ロケーションも夜は危ない。 3000円以内なら泊まってももいいかも、それ以上はメリットなし。
