Super-comfortable bed and blankets -- better than ours at home. Elegant bathroom with beautiful blue and white tiles -- our jaws dropped when we saw it. Friendly, helpful staff -- stored our suitcase first and last day and made our reservation at a nice restaurant. We plan to stay here again.

In wenigen Minuten ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Stadt und Hafen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Haben spontan den Urlaub verlängert und kommen gerne wieder.

"Dieses Hotel hat einen Stern mehr verdient!"
Was soll ich sagen, wir waren total begeistert! Zuerst natürlich nicht viel Anspruch gehabt, da das Hotel halt am Flughafen liegt. Erster top Service: der Shuttle Service! Innerhalb weniger MInuten wurden wir am Flughafen abgeholt. Und auch sonst ist der Service fast den ganzen Tag verfügbar, man wird zum Beispiel auch zum nahe gelegenen Bahnhof gefahren. […] Dann wurden wir in einem Zimmer im Neubau untergebracht (etwa vier Moante alt) und waren sprachlos. Großes Zimmer, riesen Bett und super Bad mit riesen Dusche. Dazu einen schönen Ausblick, top Klimaanlage, hoher Sauberkeit und neuem Flatscreen, der alle Infos über das Hotel parat hielt. Nur ein Schrank hat uns gefehlt. Dazu gabs außen einen kleinen Pool und morgens ein für französische Verhältnisse super Frühstück. Außerdem war es im ganzen Hotel super ruhig, das Personal sehr freundldich und nach Marseille dauerte es etwa 20 Minuten per Bahn. Wenn wir je wieder nach Marseille kommen, buchen wir erneut! The shuttle bus was excellent - we returned our rental car late in the afternoon before our flight the following day to avoid any delays and were picked up within five minutes of our calling reception. The hotel is excellent, particularly if you need to catch a flight at MRS. My only complaint: the place where the shuttle for the hotel stops at the airport is not clearly marked. Or, the shuttle often does not stop where it is supposed to. That can be quite a problem late at night.However, the staff, including the shuttle driver, are very friendly […] and otherwise helpful. Nice new clean hotel but breakfast was disappointing - compared to your average mom&pop French hotel the breakfast was worse. I had an overnight her here between flights and was very disappointed in the shuttle service. It is only about a 2 minute drive to the airport but it took the shuttle 30 minutes to reach us when we called for pickup. In the […] morning I came out at 7:25 and was asked "did you book the shuttle?". Nobody had told me there was a need to book. No problem they said - the next one is at 7:40. Meanwhile, the driver sat in the lobby on his cell phone from 7:25 to 7:45 when we finally left and in that time he could have driven us there and back three times. "Excellent Experience"
The hotel experience was very positive and represented good value. The whole hotel was modern and clean-the airport shuttle worked well and all in all fully exceeded my expectations. The only glitch was that a requestd "wake-up" call never came #and wasn't needed#. I rate this highly and recommend it to anyone having an early or late departure.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Great Airport Hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very stylish, very soft and comfortable bedding and a nice breakfast. The location was terrific for our trip as we had to be at the airport by 8 a.m. and the hotel was less than a kilometer away. Breakfast started at 630 a.m. so we were able to eat before our flight. The staff was quite helpful, recommending […] a good place to eat nearby and we appreciate that she could speak english well. Great value. We'd definately stay here again! "Nothing Special, Poor Airport Shuttle Service"
This was on the lower end of the typical Holiday Inn Express, but still acceptable for business travel. The main problem is the airport shuttle servcie. Prior to check-in I was assured they have service every 30 minutes. However, after waiting 50 minutes with service, it turns out that you need to call to request the service. Everything else was OK. Minutes to the airport, nice bathroom size, comfortable mattress, efficiency kitchen looked very helpful. 2 separate rooms, 2nd with sofa or pullout bed. Liked light dinner offerings at hotel.
