This place was great in a great location. We were visiting for the Kentuck Knob and Fallingwater tours and the this place is only 30 min away, approx. It was clean, the staff was nice, and the common areas were comfortable. Ultra plus -- the breakfast in the morning! I was really surprised at how much food was available for the breakfast and the quality […] of it was pretty good. Oatmeal, eggs, various meats, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, english muffins, milk and cereal, juice, coffee and tea, etc. It was well stocked, warm, and had a good taste. It was a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. It is the only place where the pillowcases identified the type of pillow (firm or soft), very impressed. And it was fairly convenient to Falling Water.

An affordable and comfortable place for a family stay. Pool was fabulous. Staff was friendly. My son loved the automatic pancake maker. We needed a place close to both Rockwood and Johnstown for a family funeral. Worked out nicely.

We loved the mountain retreat decorations. Felt like a ski lodge. Bathrooms very nice with granite and tile. Pool area gorgeous. Breakfast great too.

The hotel was only a 20 minute drive to Seven Springs ski resort, which was the reason for our stay. The pool area was nice and they had a good variety for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Room was comfortable & clean. Disappointed that the room (#211) we were assigned was on the second floor, but opened to the lobby area below. Due to the 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door, could hear everything/everyone in the lobby. Furthermore, the view from the window was obstructed by the roof of the pool area. Very nice. We were the "guests of the day" so we enjoyed the room upgrade and the delivered breakfast. We have enjoyed our two stays at this hotel and it will be out "quick getaway" desitnation.

Brand new hotel with comfortable furniture and appointments. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a nice view from the back of the hotel overlooking the valley. My husband enjoyed the breakfast - including the pancake maker. The only complaint I have is the bathroom fan comes on automatically with the bathroom loud and it's loud. It was exactly what we wanted. Check-in even during the middle of the night was a breeze and accomplished with friendly efficiency. The bed was super comfortable, the room spacious and clean. The toiletries were very nice, and the body lotion smelled deliciously autumnal. The hot breakfast in the morning (including cheese omelettes, french toast, pancakes, […] and hot cinnamon rolls) was a delightful surprise. We had to use the business center, and the computer was fast and hooked up to a color printer. My only regret is that we didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, which also looked incredibly clean and inviting. Mehr

Stayed at Holiday Inn in Donegal during the Hurricane Sandy time. Hotel was great place to be. Room comfortable, breakfast food quite good, nice selection, room cleaned quite well. Only concern - this hotel is only 1 year old and is located in ski resort area and they have no generators in case of power lose? Can't understand that reasoning. I asked […] if they had an emergency plan in place in case of power lose, major problems - again answer was no plan in place. This is a major chain, and they have their hotel in great working order, but need to be prepared for emergencies. I would stay there again without question, and was grateful for the staff that came in during the storm. Did find an excellent bakery less than a mile away (turn left out of drive) and a nice local restaurant two miles away (turn right out of the drive) Mehr

This was a great place to stay right off of the PA Turnpike. The hotel looks brand new and was nice and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet little town so keep that in mind, not many restaurants or other businesses close by. I would stay here again if I was in the area and recommend it to my friends.

This is a brand new hotel and in a great location right off the PA turnpike and close to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob and some ski resorts. The breakfast offered some hot items like scambled eggs, sausage, and french toast you popped in the toaster. They also had warm cinnabuns!. It is super clean and great staff. We stayed over for one night on our way to somewhere else. Our five year old loved the pool! It was very nice and clean inside and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and overall it was a pleasant stay.

All i needed. Easy access from the turnpike, clean and quite room, friendly staff at the reception. Didn't use the pool or the hot tub, but from just looking at them i'd say the looked well maintained and clean.

All the positives were offset by an ice machine that makes a racket when it is making ice 4 times an hour. Ask if your room is next to one of the ice machines.

Super little hotel very close to Seven Springs. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Only one little issue with the location here is there are not many 'nice' resturants nearby. That said, a short drive 5 - 10 miles provides some very nice dining.

The hotel location was near everything that was or would be important to anyone traveling or on any type of vacation. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels that I've stayed. Everything about our stay was perfect for our 3 day stay. Also, had a very good nights sleep, as the bed was the most comfortble than any hotel bed that I've ever slept […] in. The hotel itself is beauitful with it's wooden staircase as you enter and the display of wildlife in the inside front is breathtaking. Can't give enough "good" feed back. This hotel was decorated in a very rustic theme which was very eye catching. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were cookies available to the guests. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Newer hotel. Very clean. We were on family trip from Wisconsin to Gettysburg PA and it was by far and away the best hotel we stayed at. We had a small group that took up 3 rooms and everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were and how clean the place is. Better than average continetal breakfast. Nice pool for the kids. The only minor issue we had […] was that there were no pool towels by the pool when we went in there. Had to go and ask for some and it took a good half hour for the staff to get them there. Mehr

Nice, clean, and comfortable beds.Very nice staff. Only complaint was that I did not care for the bathroom fan. Loud, always on when the light is on, and did not keep the bathroom from steaming up. I would not make this a reason not to stay though.
