the hotel was clean comfortable, all staff very friendly. A good place to stay.

Needed a room close to the Lancaster Convention Center, this was a much cheaper alternative to closer hotels but still maintained a very high degree of comfortability cleanliness.

The king room is only a couple of dollars more , great area new hotel breakfast buffet is the new norm OK ) nothing special , pool is nice . Amish farm right next door and all the outlets across the street Would stay again staff very nice

It was a lovely new place to stay, but have worked as an inspector and I feel within a year they will have plumbing problems. This is based upon the fact that the fixtures are only ruffed in. The pipes are not attached to anything and not caulked at all. This is based only upon our room 114. After a while from the levers and faucets being pulled on […] by guest I feel there will be so problems for management to take care of. Most people would never notice this until the problem occurres. Nice and new place. Staff was very very friendly. Rooms were well kept and very clean. Breakfast was nothing special. The silky comforters kept falling from the bed. Ronks is conveniently located in the center of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. We will stay here again.

I really liked the hotel. I looked very clean, and new. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, around everything from places to eat plus places to shop until you drop.

We chose La Quinta because of it's location near Lancaster, PA and Sight and Sound. It opened on Sept. 2011 so it's brand new. It's location near a vast selection of family friendly restaraunts, outlet shopping and all the Amish activities made it ideal for our family. Their complementary breakfast was great in the a.m.. Not to mention a great staff. […] My daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room and they are graciously mailing it back to us. I would highly recommend them. Mehr

This is a nice, new hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. Room pictured when we booked showed a sofa which was actually an upgrade so the room was a little smaller than I had thought but very nice and new and comfortable. I wish I had realized it was pet friendly bc I would've taken my dog (hate to leave him home!) ....it was so clean and I wouldve […] never know their were animals in the building! The breakfast was very nice and included yogurt, cereal, donuts, toast, english muffins, palin bagels, sausage gravy and biscuits, belgian waffle maker, coffee milk and juice. Saved us eating out that one meal a day! Also, coffee machine was left on all day for you so you could just grab a cup (and it was brewed one at a time!) whenever you wanted it...nice touch! They were also very relaxed and not rushing everyone out when the breakfast hour officially ended....thanks for that! Only issue we had was that the hotel did not have infant cribs or pack n plays and there was no way my 10month old could sleep on the bed without rolling off so we had to make a pile of pillows on the floor for him (not the best scenario but it worked)....so take your own packnplay or do what we did and use 6 pillows and cover with the blanket they gv us from front desk and made pretty comfy bed. Staff was very friendly, every one from front desk to "maids" to the sweet lady who filled the breakfast bar (who did a great job btw) to the maintenance men! The 12noon checkout is nice too! That extra hour in the morning really helps you enjoy your last day of vacation! Great job and thank you La Quinta....we will be back! Mehr

This was a very nice & very clean hotel. The staff were nice & were right there at our beckoned call. It"s location was great - close to the Strasburg RR, & other places we visited. The money wasn't bad either. A very good place, & will be definitely going back!!!

Traveling with a pet can be challenging but La Quinta makes it easy. No additional fee for a pet.

When we entered our room it was extremely warm. I saw that there was a thermostat on the wall so I went to adjust it and it fell off the wall. It must have been there for show because there were no wires connecting it to anything. The light on the wall inside the door was missing a cover or globe all it had was an exposed bulb. When we sat down to wathch […] television we found that the Direct TV system that they had did not carry CBS, one of the major broadcast networks in the US. For a relatively new hotel it appears that they have bnot completed their "Punch List", or maybe haven't even prepared it as yet. Mehr
