Das Hotel ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter gelegentlich überfordert. Täglich muss der Bon für das Frühstück an der Reception abgeholt werden. Dafür erhält man nur ein mageres Frühstück. Will man mehr, so muss man draufzahlen. Mehrere auf der Weinkarte verfügbare Weine waren nicht verfügbar. Dennoch war das Personal nicht kulant.

I just recently stayed at this hotel. My shower curtain rod came crashing down on me twice...could not be fixed by front desk staff. They moved us to the room next door. The room reeked of previous smoker...contacted front desk of problem....got moved again for 2nd time disturbing my whole evening. After requesting late check out....employee calls & […] wakes me up. I communicated issues to front desk at check out time...no notes on the account. I provided my personal info for them to give to manager to contact me.....as of yet no contact. This is the 2nd time I have been provided with a room that smelled of smoke. I was totally dissatisfied at the lack of accountability by the hotel. I will not be staying here in the future and would not recommend this hotel. Mehr

Location is great. Close to everything but it's a little drive to downtown Toronto, but if you have no business going downtown Monte Carlo is a good place to stay. It's pretty close to everything. Malls, shops, restaurants, great Chinese restaurants in the area. The only thing that I'm not happy about is the restaurant/bar inside the hotel. I have invited […] my family to come over for drinks and bar foods and we were not happy at all with our drinks. We ordered martinis, apple martini is just ok, i ordered a dirty martini and it taste like apple, i think he used the same shaker he used for apple martini, oh and the chocolate martini, it was a big disappointment, it was served clear, everyone that drinks a chocolate martini knows how it looked like, you can even google it and it will tell and show you exactly how it look and taste like. We had to say something to our server and i guess she told the bar tender/manager about it, he came to our table and asked us "what is the problem with your drinks?", instead of "i heard you are not happy with the drinks I made, can I make it the way you wanted it", so we felt that we have offended him thou we did tell him what we were expecting but he only said, "this is how we make it here and every place does it differently" then he walked away. And I do understand that yes every place makes it differently, but i don't need the attitude. But we wanted our little get together so when the server came back we told her that if for any reason we have offended her bar tender/manager, that was not our intention and we just decided to get beers for our second round of drinks. That's not the end of it he came back to our table and said again with an atittude "oh, no you did not offend me at all" and walked away again. We were like "OK...." if we did not order bar food that is not served yet, we would have just left. Now, talking about bar food... please do not get their chicken wings, i think there were 6 pieces or 8 the most and they charge $ Mehr

We booked a room with a jacuzzi for a week end treat and were not disappointed. Room was comfortable & very clean, and had all the useful amenities: tea/coffee, microwave, fridge... Hotel was very quiet and parking not an issue, The only minus is the location. We had no knowledge of Toronto's geography when we booked and had not realised the hotel would […] be so far away from the city centre (allow 45 min), so not ideal for visiting, but definitely do-able. New, modern,very good facilities. Very nice people. Very good food at restaurant. A pleasure to stay at.

This was a great hotel, I was trying something new because the people I was visiting had a poor experience with Monte Carlos a few years ago. This was a brand new property and everything about it was great. The only small niggles were the location was a little tough to get to (can't drive up to the front desk), the pool was closed, and the room was […] a smidge small. On the plus side it was a very deep awesome tub, big tv, spotloss brand new property. The breakfast was good as well. Overall a great experience, will stay again! Mehr

we walked into the hotel to a loud fire alarm that went on for about 30 minutes and we had to wait to check in, we chose this hotel partially because of the pool access and the pool doesnt even work! Breakfast room service was gross! Unimpressed!

Great Hotel. Brand new. Super clean. Looks more luxurious than it costs. Friendly staff. Free parking. Free breakfast (yummy). Free wifi. Had dinner downstairs, penne was GREAT! It came up when I searched for Toronto hotel but it is a good 20-30 minute drive to downtown Toronto tourist areas. Quiet area. Lots of AUTHENTIC chinese/vietnamese/thai restaurants […] close by. Only complaint was the linens had a strong smell of bleach which eventually faded and to be honest, I was comforted knowing they were clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Mehr

Included breakfast was not that good and not many options unless you order from the menu and pay for it.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WILL BE STAY AGAIN

Great value, ample parking, clean and quiet.

Close to hospital I was going to.Very clean and friendly

We got to the hotel and checked in got a room that did not match the picture on website we used to bok our room. Staff at the Monte Carlo moved us to a better room that more closely matched what we thought we had booked.

Good hotel for a business trip in the GTA area. Gym was nice. The pool is a kiddie pool, forget about doing laps. Not much to see or do nearby since it's in the middle of the suburbs.

It was so comfortable and relaxing! Good price as well.

Price is just right with the winter deal. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Need to provide more amenities though. Good to have smoking rooms as well.

we stayed 2 nights went to relax and small visit with a brother. Resto was great room comfortable ,quiet. enjoyed lying in bed watching T.V. went to relax thats what we did. would go again for sure.

New property. Reasonable restaurant. Good rooms. Towels are average and you will need to call for more if you require more than 2 but they will accomadate. Very good staff. Easy parking. Nice indoor pool.

Opened in 2011 spring, the hotel is new and clean. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. A pool that is keeping quite clean. Room (standard) is quite small but is conveniently equipped with LCD TV, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Mattress is firm and pillows are comfy. Continental breakfast is offered free. Lots of Asian restaurants […] to choose from within 5-10 minutes drive. Similar to Comfort Inn, OK for 2-3 nights. Otherwise try the suites. Mehr

This hotel is quite new and clean. The furniture and appliances are the newer models (Eg: Thin plasma TV & new modeled phone). The only drawback is the building structure of thin wall between units. waited 45min at check-in. System error between the hotel and Hotels.com. Took 45min wait time at the front desk. Causes me to be late at the next timing. The issue was finally resolved after long wait at the front desk. But the wait has destoryed me and my family's holiday mood.

This hotel is amazing... It's REALLY clean and the staff are so friendly. The room I had was just a standard King and it was perfect. The hotel is very quiet and parking is free! The hotel is by the highways, so it is very convenient! Great place, I definitely recommend it!!!!

The rooms were comfortable but small. The sheets were not changed daily and item went missing from my room. Front desk service friendly but house cleaning staff did not respond to a simple greeting. I felt invisible. Todate hotel management have not called regarding missing items from my room. I would recommend that hotel put safes in room.
