This is a small hotel along the hiking trail on Lamma Island. It was about a 15 minute walk from the ferry, along sidewalks/paved paths. You could wheel... a small suitcase, but it'd be a long way to wheel a suitcase. Backpacks were fine though. Hotel greeted us and made it easy to check in. Not fancy, but it had all the basics. It's basically in a jungle area on a beach, and it fits with that profile. Like other reviewers said, the bed was hard. But the A/C worked and the shower was great and we had no complaints. The free breakfast was easy to get, but was pretty awful. We opted for the Western breakfast though. Maybe the Chinese breakfast is the better bet. Was glad we hiked back into the little town for dinner the night before, because that food was AMAZING (best I had the whole trip). Overall, quiet, easy country getaway, right on the beach. Wouldn't want to stay there a long time, but was fine for an overnight trip out of the city. Ended up hiking to the other ferry port in the morning, which made for a nice complete, quick trip of Lamma Island. von angela aus San Diego, CA am 02.05.2013
