Great relaxing place with a really clean small little pool. Staff was really nice and they served us a great free breakfast in the morning. Happy Hours at night are amazing deals as well!

Very friendly and service minded staff. Excellent location.

No outside window only on to balcony so blinds must be down at all times for privacy

This is relatively good located and the staff is supernice, the design is great (it actually looks like the pictures for a change!!!), and breakfast was nice and complementary. The people who work at Hotel 9 are very nice. The rooms are acceptable by Western standards -- nice enough. Aside from the very pleasant service, I appreciated that this hotel was not right in one of the major tourist areas. It was close to tourist destinations (like Independence Monument, the Palace and the Museum), but there were restaurants for […] locals right next door to the hotel. Personally, I prefer not to reside right in the middle of tourism, so the location worked for me. Clean rooms, nice staff, central location. Very good value in Phnom Penh! Mehr

Been there for three nights. The pics in the internet promised more than reality could hold but in the end we had a pleasant stay. Coming from Karavansara-Hotel in Siem Reap wich was the greatest luck, Hotel Nine couldn't win concerning room-comfort, breakfast (!) and so on, but the hotel-people are extremely nice and warm and we enjoyed our stay. We found this hotel was clean and functional and the staff were always willing to help. The continental breakfast was varied and good. A good place to stay.

a good location for getting about Phnom Penh. Tuc Tucs wait outside so no problems getting about. Street food also available right outside the door. Great place for a couple of nights but rooms are small and can get a little noisy at times. Lovely boutique feel about the place.

Great hotel, excellent kitchen, very friendly staff and owner, ..I will be here again during my next trip to Kampuchea most definately!!

After 4 months of travelling, it's so nice to find a hotel where everything works. Air con, plumbing, lights, TV, remotes, pool, bedding, safe etc.. The rooms are large and the price is very reasonable.

Hotel Nine is a small "boutique" hotel that has a great location--just a couple of minutes walk to the waterfront area (nice walking, plus lots of shopping/restaurants) and the royal palace. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They even ran back to the hotel to find our laptop that we had forgotten when we got to the Mekong Express bus one morning […] as we left for Siem Reap. We booked a 2-room suite and stayed right inside the hotel on the ground floor. No elevator, just a small spiral staircase. We had two rooms with a queen sized bed in each, perfect for us, as we had our three little children with us. Beds were hard, but that's the standard in Asia :) The decor is bare--don't expect anything fancy. The bathroom was clean, but the floor of both rooms was filthy. It was really too bad, as everything else was worth recommending about our stay. We stayed here two nights, on either end of our trip up to Siem Reap, and we don't regret it. The breakfast buffet was super small, but did the job, and, as I mentioned, the staff is very gracious. Didn't have time to use the pool--it was small but looked just fine. Mehr

Very finely front of hotel staff helps us with tuktuk pricing (essential) and organized our bust tickets from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (Mekong Express a good company to use for this). Good hotel, nice pool and free and working wi fi. It's a good option in Phnom Phen, if you decide to visit.

Great Hotel owned by an Aussie situated down a typical PP street hidden behind a big wall. Great open communal balcony areas. Friendly helpful staff, away from the main hustle and bustle. Tried to stay again but was booked out

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location isn’t bad, walking distance (if you like), from the Royal Palace and Riverside area where the bars and restaurants are. The pool is okay. The rooms are a touch basic. It looks like an old French colonial house converted to a small hotel, which works fine. We did get a nasty smell from the bathroom […] drains on the second day. Particularly Olly, who helped us with tuktuk prices, restaurants, money changing, booking buses and helping plan most of our holiday in Cambodia drawing on his experiences. A credit to the hotel and deserves promotion!

Great hotel in Phnom Penh. A tuk tuk ride ($2) or 20min walk from the centre (The Quay) Staff a very friendly and helpful. They organised a car to bring us out for the day at a reasonable price. They also organised a really early breakfast for us as we had an early bus to catch. Hotel itself is lovely with a small pool and sun liungers. Their cafe does […] great quick bites. The best hotel in Phnom Penh. A hidden jewel.

We LOVE Hotel 9! Mark and Louisa, the owners, were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs with three little kids. Service great, location great near tourist area, Manu, the French chef, makes awesome chicken amok pizza and he and staff were so friendly with our loud kids! The pool is very nice, internet great, awesome showers in rooms! The stairway […] was very narrow for kids and luggage, but staff can help with luggage. Mehr

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel nnline about 6 hours before we arrived in Phnom Penh. We arrived at midnight at were greeted by the friendly Aussie owner who was waiting up for us. The hotel and room was spotless and very modern and I felt at ease knowing we picked the right hotel as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and served by […] friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was the very hard bed, but at least it was very clean (and not lumpy!) so I was happy enough with that. Maybe other rooms have softer beds? On our last day we had a flight leaving at midnight so the hotel offered us the last day at a discount since we were leaving early. I would definintely stay here again! Mehr

Really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Location and the facilities at hotel very good - particularly the cafe and pool area where you could enjoy the solitude or mix with other guests. Good food and great cocktails! The owners and staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. New hotel with great atmosphere. Room, pool, food and friendliness were all great. Relaxing environment to come home to after a day out sightseeing. Owned by friendly aussie couple. Recommend without hesitation

Jeg og miin samboer stortrivdes på Nine hotell. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Terassene utenfor hver etasje var kjempefine med komfortable møbler . Frokosten var helt ok og du fikk også frokostpakke med deg om du skulle på tur tidlig på morgenen.Guttene i resepsjonen snakket godt engelsk.Beliggenheta var også god.Det eneste som ikke var helt […] bra var trykket på vannet i dusjen, men det er jo egentlig en bagatell. Bon accueil, chambres spacieuses. Les escaliers en colimaçon ne facilitent pas la montée des bagages, mais si vous le demander, le personnel pourra vous aider. Au niveau des prestations, le rapport qualité prix est moyen. La piscine est exigüe, mais présente. Petit déjeuner buffet acceptable, sans plus. Everythin about Hotel Nine was fantastic. The location, great room with very reasonable price, and hotel staff were very helpful and sincere. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Phnom Penh. ロケーションもよかったし、部屋も綺麗で値段もかなり安かった。なんといってもホテルのスタッフがすごく親切！！プノンペンに行くときはまたここを利用しようと思います。
