"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"I'd stay there again."

"Comfortable room for a very good price"
The walls appear to be a little thin. We could hear guests in the hallway even though they were talking in a normal voice. Bed was comfortable. Both chairs (other than the desk chair) were not very comfortable and felt cheap. The breakfast was okay, but was picked up rather early for a weekend (9:30). It was also crowded and difficult to get around, […] but you can't blame the hotel for the crowds. A different layout of the breakfast items might have helped accomodate the crowds. "OK for a quick stay, rooms a little noisy"

The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were your typical solid hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and having a fridge was nice. Only small downfall was the walls between rooms seemed a little thin, and you could hear more noise/talking from the room next door than normal. It was very nice, but the staff was almost non-existant and the view isn't that great considering the only thing to look at is an animal hospital and a convenience store. "Close to where son and family live."
