Das Oasia Hotel hat erst seit wenigen Wochen geöffnet. Mit seinem modernen, aber keineswegs unterkühlten Design setzt es sich wohltuend von den eintönigen Bettenburgen entlang des Singapore River ab. Die Zimmer verfügen über zeitgemäße Bäder mit Tropenregendusche sowie zahlreiche Anschlüsse für PC, iPod etc. Direkt vor den großen Fenstern befinden […] sich breite gepolsterte Bänke zum Ausspannen mit Blick auf Singapur. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Zur MRT Novena in der benachbarten Mall sind es zu Fuß keine fünf Minuten, zum Flughafen Changi benötigt man mit dem Taxi ca. 30 min. Weil einige Taxifahrer das Hotel noch nicht kennen, sollte man sich nach "back of Novena shopping center" fahren lassen. Mehr

Hotel is only a year old, very new, very fresh, and staff is super friendly. two shopping malls right beside the hotel, and the Novena MRT station across it. Its like living along Orchard road without the hussle and bussle of it. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

As we had money stolen from our bag while being left with the bell boy,I don't think we will ever stay again

Paid the extra and upgraded to a Club room - well worth the cost. Express check-in in the Club Lounge, 24-hour access to the Club Lounge, very attentive staff. Location next to the Novena shopping complex and Novena MRT station a definite plus as well. On the "odd" side - no power outlet in the bathroom for shavers / hair driers, and what is with the […] glass screen for the shower that looks into the room and into the neighbouring apartment block? Good view and good service. Next to Novena MRT station and medium size shopping mall. Very convience. We take a taxi from airport to hotel only SGD25 for half hour. Very reasonable price. Hotel manager free to upgrade my room to club room as our BB need to use bathtub for shower. Thanks~~ The room provide umberlla in the drawer, so we don't need to […] buy any unmbrella when its heavy raining. We just borrow it and go out. The swimming pool very nice. My BB love it so much. The hotel was nice, except for the toilet. At first I had no bathtub, but then I was upgraded for a fee but I got a toilet which the door didn't open and shut properly, but since i stayed alone and I didn't want to keep moving, I just lived with it. The Oasia hotel is new and therefore the rooms are nice and fresh. They are a good size and very comfortable. The location is great as it is only a little distance from Orchard road (2 MRT stops) and has 2 shopping centres close by which have a good choice of different resturants to dine at. The service, however I found was poor. As part of my package […] I was meant to have internet acces but the reception did not agree as it wasn't showing up on their system. I had to provide my booking confirmation to get my internet access. When I asked for suggestions on places to eat they were unable to help except for suggesting the hotel resturants. Mehr

Overall the hotel is new location seems to be quite convenient, service is good, staff are polite and friendly, except the rooms is not very big. Would consider to stay in this hotel next time.

We spent 3 nights in Oasia Hotel en route to a 6 week trip of SE Asia. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after nearly 30 hours of travel from Toronto and were very pleased with the quick and efficient check in. Our room was lovely - very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was fabulous - right across the street from the subway and […] only a few stops from everywhere we wanted to be. Super mall across the street - we ate breakfast there each morning and also bought some snacks and drinks for the room. We had a couple of minor issues with housekeeping, but that was more of a miscommunication. We thought it was ridiculous not to have free WiFi in this day and age. Mehr

Overall a gd four star hotel. Pros: nespresso, nice n spacious club floor Cons: toilet flush is very weak, cant flush down the toilet paper. Ensuit toilet is quite cramp. Saw a small roach ran across the bfast buffet spread, very dissapointed.

I stayed at this hotel because of of its convenient location for my business trip. There's no shortage of places to shop and eat around the hotel as ist is adjacent to a mall complex. Huge windows cover almost an entire wall for a bright airy feel to the room. Bed is comfortable w/ down pillow top and comforter, a bit too warm for Singapore's weather but nice and cozy. The hotel charges about S$20 extra per day for internet. Would be a plus to include that in their standard room rate. The 8th floor pool deck is nice. They just need to vacuum the pool more frequently. All in all, this hotel is very good if you prefer a new facility. Mehr

Situated very conveniently next to Novena Sq shopping centre and mrt. Very near good food like HK street and Udders ice cream. Room was clean and spacious, we got a free upgrade from superior to deluxe. Bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains was a plus. View was enjoyable from the 16th floor. Check-in/out was easy without hassle and the […] service staff were polite and efficient. Didn't manage to check out the roof top terrace or pool so can't say much about that. Very new, clean Location was convenient for the train, but not for walking only to orchard street or the marina. We had the fire alarm go off at 4am, our only note is next time they need to be more on top of it & professional as we had to call the front desk for updates thus finding out it was a false alarm.

It was convenient. accessible via public transport. overall stay was lovely but there are rooms for improvement. the jacuzzi was out of order.

Horrible service, then hot water stopped and then air conditioner broke, and the hotel is only 8 months old. All would be ok but the staff definitely need to go back to service school

Goos facilities love the swimming pool area. Close to town and very quiet. Worth to stay again and again and again

Spent 4D/3N in this hotel and was absolutely happy with the service. It was worth the pay. The hotel lobby may not be grandiose but the room is a mixture of relaxing and comforting environment. The hotel location is very convenient as it is near the MRT station; just a few steps and you can stroll and do sightseeing. The hotel staff is courteous and […] cordial. The neighboring place is garbed with greens so you can enjoy outside walk. There is also nearby shopping complex and restaurants. Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy, all the staff were polite and helpful. We only stayed one night, but managed to take a quick swim in the pool. The pool area is very nice with a gym and a grassed area.

This hotel would be A1 if there would be not the problem with the room doors. You hear everything outside your room, like they would be inside. The reason is, the doors have no door seal. The Oasia is located right next to the Novena MRT station. Very conveniently only two stops to Orchard road. The rooms are not spacious, but right in size and clean. The design is modern and very functional. The hotel lobby is great and makes you feel very good when you enter the hotel. The hotel do not include a internet package in the price and no Breakfast. The staff did not get the internet woking on the out going mails through outlook. In the night-time he hotel had problems with the AIRCO, a smell of burned plastic came to us. Their was not a proper information about this. When we left the hotel the staff treaded us very badly […] because we left from the wrong place, this was only for arrivals? Using the lift, it shock we were very warried. Mehr

This is my 2nd staying with them. Their rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, staff are nice and I think their pricing is quite competitive among the hotels in Singapore. Will definitely go back to them again.

Very nice hotel, all the staff are helpful. We also enjoy an unforgettable New Year countdown party in the hotel.

We stayed at the Oasia over the New Year period so the hotel was busy, but the stafff always friendly and helpful. If you are going to stay here I would definitely recommend you book a club room as it's well worth it with the extras you get. We were upgraded to a club room upon arrival. However, the room was on the 21st floor, at the end of a long corridor and probably the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Housekeeping took half an hour to get there...that's how far it was. If room size is a deciding factor, you are probably better off looking elsewhere. It is important to ask frontdesk how to get back to the hotel after 10pm if you go by MRT, as by 10pm the linkbridge connecting the MRT and the hotel is closed.

The hotel staff are friendly and nice and the rooms are clean and nice. Bed is comfortable too. Would definitely stay there again.

1.Too much noise surrounding especially night sleep time. 2. Emergency response capacity is not good. To be a perfect hotel, need improvement.

Given that prices of SG hotels are constantly going up nowadays, I have chosen to stay in a new 4 star hotel this time round. Not sure if it's because it's still relatively new, but service could be much improved. Door men weren't too helpful all the time especially the manager would pass on queries to bellboy when he thinks that it's not his job, rather […] than courteously leads me to the right person who can actually help. Front desk staff could be more friendly and flexible, especially when I have checked in early for 2 hours and the room was still not ready after such a long time when the manager said that it would be ready roughly by then. I have expressed that I have just swum and obviously would like to take a shower when I'm half wet, but staff wasn't 'smart' enough to offer something else when I still had to wait further, which could be as simple as a drink (even water is fine in that situation). Room is ok overall and location is convenient - if you don't mind being surrounded by hospitals / medial centres and you'll need to pass by some who are sick or elderly. Mehr

A new hotel with a very slick and chick design. Minimalist. Quite spacious and above all very close to Novena square and mrt station. 3 minutes walk from hotel to either novena square and MRT station. Minus= because hotel is new, taxi driver rarely know when we mentioned the hotel's name. when taking a taxi we always say novena square. there's not […] many taxi on the hotel's lobby. we got to wait for pretty long time. the room is clean and confortable. love the coffee machine. no full -length mirror in room 1326? anyway, i didnt see it. quite noisy , can hear ppl opening and closing doors outside. wish for free wifi access :) overall, ok.

New hotel in the centre of town, close to Orchard Road. All facilities in good nick, room was not particularly big, but more than enough space for two persons. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Could not complain.

Stayed for 4 nights during the F1 Grand Prix. Great location with a MALL and Noveena MRT station across the road. New Hotel with very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The room and the bathroom are a little bit small but well equipped with a ipod docking station, coffee machine, mini bar fridge and a large Flat screen TV. 출장으로 가서 묵었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 좋네요. 한 가지 흠이라면 새로 생겨서 그런지 택시기사들이 위치를 잘 모르더군요.

交通便利,靠捷運站,房間簡單乾淨,不過網路須付費才能使用,電視台選擇較少,浴室沒浴缸,是美中不足
