Perfekte Lage zum Flughafen. Übergangsstation von der Landung (von Europa kommend nicht selten abends/nachts) zum Einstieg in die Reise oder umgekehrt... Klassisches Business-Hotel mit entsprechender Ausstattung, natürlich etwas mexikanischer. Eigene Tiefgarage, Frühstück. Einfach gut.

uns war nur wichtig, ein hotel nahe des flughafens in cancun zu haben, da wir ca. 12std. aufenthalt hatten. unsere erwartungen waren sehr niedrig und wir waren von dem hotel begeistert.

Ueberraschend Gut für Mexikanische Verhältnisse

Hotel ideal für Gäste auf der Durchreise. Keine schöne, aber praktische Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens. Sehr sauber. Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat nicht geklappt. Aber sehr freundlich um das Problem zu lösen.

This airport hotel was much nicer than I expected from a Comfort Inn hotel. There was a restaurant on site that was decent and well-priced. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very big and well appointed. In room safe worked, Wi-Fi was good and lots of closet space. Air conditioning was loud but effective. 10 mins by taxi from airport arrivals exit. Shuttle service advertised but not available unless requested 24 hrs. earlier (was available on time for am departure upon request at arrival at 3pm). No swimming pool but 2 rooftop Jacuzzis - one filled but dirty and with slime deposits on bottom. The other was filled promptly upon request with cool water […] which turned to warm after an hour or so. Fine place for an overnite stay prior to a flight out of Cancun. Mehr

This is a great option close to the airport, even a block closer than the Courtyard Marriott recommended by others. Just stayed a quick night before an early flight. Only cautionary tale - the front desk will offer to get a taxi for you and say it will be 200 pesos (~$20) to the airport. We just walked out the front door and flagged one down (there […] is a speed bump right in front of the hotel) and paid 100 pesos (~$10). Other than that, great place to stay if you need to get to the airport early. Mehr

The hotel offer a very good value room, clean and comfortable. It's a strategic location if you need a stop over close to the Airport. The only issue was the poor information received about the shuttle services from the Airport which in the end cost us an expensive taxi ride to reach the hotel. Overall the hotel can be recomended

We choose this hotel beacuase it was near the airport and we had to give back the rental car. But from the airport all the taxis ak a minimum of 200 pesos to get there even if it is only 3km. From the hotel it will be 100 pesos. So it is may be more interesting to get the car one more day. More over the hotel's bus shuttle doesn't work on Sundays! This […] hotel is also very noisy: you here everything in the room of what's going on in the corridor and in the other rooms. It is near by the main Cancun's road with a lot of traffic and of course near the airport so you ear the planes. My advice get one more night you rental car and o somewhere else! Mehr

stayed here because we had to leave early the next morning for the airport. it's a great hotel for that purpose (otherwise, there is nothing much around this area). very clean, very new.. we were surprised by how good our room was for the price.

If you are looking for a convenient location for airport travel this is it. About a 5 minute transfer which is included in your room price (but check the hours of availability). There is some traffic noise from the highway next to the hotel and always a bit of noise from other travellers heading to the hotel but for the convenience I think it is worth […] it. The hotel restaurant serves fairly basic fare, its nothing special but good enough for a night or a breakfast. Mehr

It is a perfectly functional 2.5 start hotel. Extremely convenient to airport. Good computer/internet access. Secure underground parking. Included breakfast covered the basics well.

What a wonderful surprise. The motel is only 6 months old. Very modern fixtures in bathroom including great shower. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Convenient shuttle service. Unbeatable for the price.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing within walking distance, and the cab fair from the airport is $35 USD... BOTH ways. Add to that the only restaurant in the area is in the lobby, with outrageously high prices and poor food quality. The air conditioner in the room was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think, but the minute you […] turned it off the room would heat up to 75 - 80 degrees. Mehr

Terrible, loud echoing hallways. Beds were uncomfortable and staff and other guests were loud throughout the whole night. Only good thing is that we were only there for one night and it was close to the airport.

The hotel was good, comfortable and conveniently located near the airport. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was a deciding factor. The small restaurant needs a license to serve beer and wine with dinner.

the desk staff was rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic to a sick infants needs!

Quick, efficient, helpful, clean, nicely updated, close to airport, slightly awkward to get to (more about Mexico than Comfort Inn) ... food just okay ... nothing mexican... and car park is nightmare to get in and out of ... but safe at least ...

If you are looking for an hotel close to the airport, this is a very good address for the price. The rooms are spacious, the hotel seemed brand new. Howver, the surroundings are of no interest, and you will need to drive at least 10 miles to get to any restaurant... The hotel has a restaurant, but I do not recommend it (a salad with 2 leaves and a bowl […] of pasta "swimming in butter"). For a one-night stay before flying back home, it was perfect, and the personal was very nice and helpful. Mehr

Only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport and it has a complimentary transportation to there. Restaurant is miserable and the food there below any scale. Kitchen/restaurant staff does not speak English at all. Also there was supposed to be a bar in this hotel but there is no bar at all. Staff not too friendly nor helpful.

Let's face it Cancun is like Vegas, full of lights and snookies. So unless you are going to stay at an all inclusive hotel where you'll never leave the hotel room and pool, then do not stay here. This place is for the price conscious in mind, inexpensive clean and quiet for a good nights rest in between the airport and cancun. Safe underground gated […] parking and right off the main fwy. It is not a luxury hotel, or location. So based on that and how clean, friendly etc is was it is perfect! Mehr

Not a good ending to a perfect vacation. Hotel very noisy. Restaurant not open. Complimentary breakfast not available. Slow check-in. Poor front desk service. Would not recommend.

This hotel was close to the airport, great for an early morning flight. Only problem was that our first room was adjoining another one with just a door between the two. It was very noisy when the other people were in their room. We eventually convinced the staff at reception to change our room. It was a pity that the restaurant wasn't open. There wasn't […] much to see or do around the hotel. But we weren't really looking for anything anyway. The decoration, facilites were what would be expected of a modern hotel, with internet access and coffee making facilities as well as a nice bathroom, with a shower. I only stayed one night, but it was great! they take you to the airport and pick up if need it. also, they include breakfast which was good.

Lovely re-vamp. Modern and pretty. Free wi-fi as well as free computers available. Pick-up /drop-off to airport was efficient and professional (thank you, Orlando). However, the call to the hotel to arrange the pick-up was a problem because their telephone was not working. They made it difficult to make the arrangements by email. The person who answered […] responded when I finally got through by phone simply did not want to do his job. I had to call Comfort Inn main number to get this location to respond. This is not a hotel that is near to the beach and not really for that purpose. However, for the price you could take the bus to the hotel zone, I guess. We were arriving late in the day and needing to get to Tulum. We decided to spend one night and get an early start the next day...and the Comfort Inn was a great choice for us. It was only less than 3 miles from the airport and they provided us with a shuttle the next morning. This hotel was great for our purpose, to stay one night close to the airport. But I don't think you could do anything there, it was far from the city center. The breakfast was average. Really good that you had a free shuttle to the airport!

This is a fine hotel for spending a night in connection with a flight from Cancun airport. Nice staff, spacious and clean rooms and OK breakfast to start off on in the morning.

I was wondering if I made the right choice to leave my higher priced resort after my conference, for this hotel. I missed my ocean view at the resort but this was a nice less expensive choice and good experience! Despite the elevator being out of order, the hotel staff were very quick and accommodating to lug my heavy bags to my room on the 3rd floor. I […] don't know if all of the rooms were like mine... but upon stepping into my room I felt like I just stepped into an Ikea showroom. And the bathroom looked like a mini euro/spa especially with its unique sink and shower. The bed/pillows were heavenly and the breakfast in the morning was satisfying despite the small selection. After reading the other comments regarding the Airport shuttle, I left plenty of time to schedule the shuttle, so I could eat breakfast. I then got to the airport in plenty of time for my international flight home (they recommend 2-3 hours). Edgar and Michael were so great and very helpful. Mehr

Good location for a quick stop near the airport. Elevator wasn't working. No place nearby to get a Margarita. All tile floors made it pretty noisy. There are better options available for the same price.

Not recommended. Although the my room was clean and comfortable, there were a number of problems. The elevator was broken - not a problem for me traveling alone, but for older travlers or families with a lot of luggage it would likely be a big problem. The shower doors leaked badly. The hotel restaurant closed very early on a Saturday night (before […] 6 pm, even though advertised hrs. were much later) and the surrounding neighborhood dining options consisted of a Burger King and a convenience store. Waffles were advertised as being available at the free continental breakfast; no such option existed. But MOST importantly, the hotel advertises an available airport shuttle. What they don't tell you is that shuttle must be booked 24 hrs. in advance AND doesn't run on Sundays! Not much help when I arrived at the airport and had to pay extra for a taxi to and from the hotel. Overall, very unimpressed. Mehr

We were traveling around the Yucatan for 10 days, but didn't want to have to drive to Cancun on the day of our flight. The hotel has very modern and well-furnished rooms. I was mostly staying little off-grid eco-lodges the rest of the trip, so real A/C and quality beds were a nice treat. We got a free 5 minute ride to the airport. The breakfast (included) […] was OK, but nothing to write home about. Our only problem was we spent about an hour waiting on the night of our arrival into cancun (we drove a rental car to the airport car rental location). We had arranged in advance with the hotel to be picked up at the airport, and I think there was some miscommunication (or they just forgot). Without having a Mexico-enabled cell phone (and I couldn't figure out how to use a Mexican pay phone) to call the hotel, it took a while to get picked up. So that was annoying, but it all worked out. The place was clean and inexpensive, and you get what you pay for.

I rate this hotel 4 out of 5 for short stays. I checked in at 8 PM and checked out at 1 pm, before going to my resort, The Royal Sands. It was a good price for the short time I Was there, but would not recommend staying several nights. First of all, there are no rooms on the main floors and the elevator was broken for the night, so we had to use the […] stairs to bring up our 5 suitcases to the 4th floor, where our room was. It is a major convenience being next to the airport. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the free shuttle service to the hotel, which runs 8-8. Unfortunately our plane arrived late, a couple minutes after 8PM. And even though I e-mailed the hotel before arriving, and they said they would wait, they didn't, and I ended up paying for another shuttle, $40 USD. If I knew this ahead of time, I probably would have reserved a different hotel, I was just trying to cut the costs a little. The double beds are twin, so it's very uncomfortable sleeping more than one in the bed. I did like the extended check out time of 1 PM, so I could check into my resort closer to the check in time of 4PM. Other than the elevator and shuttle inconveniences, it's not a bad hotel to stay in. Has a nice view on the roof, and 2 hot tubs, which no one was using cause it was quite windy on top. They offered a free breakfast of fruit, cereal, and yogurt, along with coffee. No juice or water is included. Mehr

The hotel was newly constructed. The room was clean most of time but for one day trash in the bathroom was not emptied and sink was not cleaned. They offered free breakfast. It was very convenient and food was plenty and very good. People there were friendly and opened the garage door for us each time when we came back late or went out very early in […] the morning. There was no restaurants nearby but very close to the airport. It is very good deal for one night stay. We stayed there for 5 nights. We should have booked a hotel close to downtown or hotel zone. We chose this hotel for our first night in Mexico, based on it's location to the airport & free shuttle offer. Our flight was diverted due to storms & we arrived at the airport long past the hours that the hotel shuttle operated. We were unable to get location info from the front desk staff due to language difficulties. Once we did arrive we were too […] tired to enjoy the hotel. The floor of the hotel was wet - from the a/c unit & as the floor was tile, it was slippery. With all these things out of the way it was a pleasant stay. our room was lovely - very current styling & COMFORTABLE beds. A complementary breakfast was extensive & tasty. We would choose this hotel again, hoping that our airline was diverted created issues for us next time. Mehr

Our toilet was broken, they "fixed" it three times but it was never really fixed. Changed our room. New room had no hot water and they could not fix it until the next day. The new room stunk of smoke and it was really awful.

You need to ensure you book your shuttle from the hotel to the airport at the front desk. The morning desk clerk told us we do not need to book as they run at anytime as required. We then found out almost too late, from the late morning desk clerk that you MUST book a specific time, as they have only one vehicle.

We arrived into Cancun late in the evening and needed a place to stay before continuing to Cancun. We weren't expecting much from the Comfort Inn, but were really happily surprised. The room was a good size and the king bed was wonderful! The bathroom was big and everything was very clean and of a good standard. The food at breakfast wasn't so interesting, […] but we found enough to eat. The desk staff were very helpful with transportation information and there was an ATM at a convenience store next door. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stop over, but wouldn't stay longer than 1 night because of the location. Mehr

Just a place to sleep. The problem with this location is there are no restaurants anywhere close by. The desk clerk said to call a cab to go to the closest restaurant costs $25 USD each way. Also, it costs $25 USD to go to the airport. Comfort Inn says they have a shuttle but it's very difficult to contact them from the airport and the shuttle does […] not run on Sundays.
