Cambria Suites Pittsburgh at CONSOL Energy Center - Pittsburgh

Right next door to Consol Center~very convienent. Hotel rooms very modern, bed comfortable. You have to pay $15 for parking, and most hotels we have stayed in, especially for the price, include at least a light breakfast. This hotel does not, breakfast is available, but is rather expensive.

The only drawback is that the walls are paper thin so you scan here your neighbors conversation as if you were sitting next to them. Apart from that the Service was excellent and everything else was perfect.

Great place to stay. Next door to consol energy center. Slow check-in but other then that staff was great!

stayed for the penguins games it was great located right next to consol energy , the bar after the game was awsome they won.

Very convenient location to Consol Centre. Nice touch not having to pay additional for parking. Room can be classified as roomy, two TVs were a blessing for us. Pool and gym nothing to write home about, rather small pool, gym not overly well stocked with equipment, but sufficient to get by for a quickie workout. Staff very helpful.

The Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. The shuttle service is A-1, you don't need your vehicle after you get there. They know the good spots to eat, drink or shop.

Great price, Great location, Fabulous room

Very nicely-appointed, brand new hotel adjacent to Consol Energy Center. Excellent, helpful staff.

Awesome shuttle service. Anywhere to anywhere. Room was good but setup was a little odd. Excellent location for a great hockey game

Great place to stay for a Penguin game. Very nice hotel - great service at the front desk! Will definitely stay there again!

Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly. Parking very easy & convenient. Shuttle service was good. Lobby bar was very fun after the Pens game. Can't wait to return!

Hotel was great and so convenient to the Consol Center. Will stay here again next time I come up for a Pens game.

the room was great the hotel very very clean the hotel food was terrible...if you go order food from another location...

3 of us were in twon to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and stayed overnight. The hotel is immediately ajacent to the venue. The front desk staff was very helpful on arrival, even offered to put our separate rooms next to each other, without asking. Rooms are very nice and modern. 2 TVs, comfortable living area. Front desk was again helpful for suggestions […] of where to eat prior to the concert. We went to TGI Fridays, also next to the venue. Bartenders there were extremly nice. A couple of them helped us even though they didn't take our order. AND, they do a Guinness pour the proper way, with a clover shamrock in the head! Front desk staff were again helpful later after the concert. The hotel has a shuttle that will run you around town. The driver was also helpful and gave us suggestions of where to eat in Mount Washington - Monterey Bay. What a view! The quality of the food was amazing, and I usually don't say amazing. The Chillean Sea Bass was especially outstanding (we shared our entrees). Another tip by the driver was to take the Incline ride down the hill from the restaurant. We had his card, so we called ahead of time and he promptly met us at the bottom of the hill. Can't beat the service. He then took us to the casino...later we called and he picked us up to take us back to the hotel. Chris was his name. He made our overall experience very memorable. We tipped him b/c we felt he deserved it for his 'exceeding expectations' type of service. Plus we appreciated not having to pay/use a taxi. We had a good night's sleep, no noise. I wish I would have brought a mini plug audio cable to connect my iPad to the room's audio input! USB, VGA connections.Checkout in the morning was a breeze. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. Actually, not just at the hotel but everyone we ran into in Pittsburgh - never been there before. I wouldn't mind coming back, due directly to this experience. Not a bad hotel to stay in, but just don't plan on much in the way of food service. They were closed for lunch on the Saturday that we got there at noon. Later, the chef was no where to be found when we wanted something on the dinner menu. The bartender actually ended up making a quesadilla and bringing it to our room. Clean, modern, spacious and priced right. I love this place. And it is next door to the Penguins hockey arena.

we come in for alot of sporting events and will definitly stay here again. shuttle service was great, loved having the bar and resturant in the lobby, the rooms were fantastic loved the large shower.

Usually don't do this, but the hotel was very nice up update. Bar downstairs that u can bring ur drinks to ur room

If you are going tor a hockey game, this is the place to stay. Otherwise it is in the middle of nothing. I asked for a room with a view, was given the top floor looking out on the rink parking lot. The view out the other side at least would have had some distant city sights. The rooms are dark and are not really suites with separated living-, bed-rooms. […] There is a 2/3 partition between the two spaces. The shower is big and spacious. There is a staffed "cafe" in the lobby, and they made an excellent breakfast to order (cost extra). There were little things missing from the room: laundry bag, tissues. If you are going to see a hockey game this can't be beat - right nextdoor to the arena and the bar in the hotel is great after the game.

Cambria Suites Pittsburgh at CONSOL Energy Center is close to the football, baseball and hockey stadiums; all with in walking distance.

Great service great people great location highly recommend it

We were impressed with the hotel and the room. The room was very well designed, with the sleeping area near the window, a relaxation area in the middle, and the "hall" and bathroom near the door, which gave the comfortable feeling of a housing unit rather than just a room. The bathroom was upscale in design. Shower very modern. The coffee maker was […] the latest, most efficient single cup design, and made good coffee. Two televisions, with one for in bed viewing and one for separate living area viewing. Bed also very good in quality. Convenient and free parking. Very close to sports arenas and universities. My room was extremely clean and everything seemed new. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great . The shuttle person game me a ride to Heinz field and gave me his # to call when I needed to be picked up. I'd definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was great, loved the Hotel and staff and our room was extremely clean and very comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day if i didn't have places to go - I am going to look for this Hotel first next time I go anywhere.

The hotel was the nicest property I've ever stayed for the price. The staff was just a little off putting though. If you are staying in Pittsburgh, this is probably your best value.

Overall, the visit was great. The location was a little far from the downtown however the hotel provides a free shuttle service that was quick, reliable and very friendly. Our favorite destinations were inspired by our driver.

Cambria Suites at Console is a verry Great place to stay and in a Location witin walking distance to the Heart of Pittsburgh. Room was comfortable, Hotel Staff was Courtious and Polite, access was "right there" Cant wait for Pens games will stay after games instead of driving home.

Great stay, stayed on a Sunday, rainy one, but the little one with us had a blast in the pool. They have a shuttle to take you places and was very clean! Better rooms than the Sheraton station square!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Cambria Suites during our recent sports trip to Pittsburgh. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was within walking distance to both PNC Park and Heinz Field. Would definitely book again.

Would have been cheaper if we called directly, but we couldnt have found the location we wanted without the map on hotels.com. Its perfect for Duquesne visits and Pengiun games.

Great stay there. The food at the bar was unusually good for this type hotel. I highly recommend you try the bruschetta and the burgers. Hy daughter loved the salmon/caesars salad. Great services and people there also.

I was surprised & pleased that this hotel which I selected for its proximity to Consol Energy Center concrrt was comfortable, secure & well appointed. will stay there again.

Hotel front desk was wonderful! Houskeeping, not so much . . . . The experiance was great and I would stay there again as long as the price doesn't increase.

The rooms were nice, location not so much. The hotel is nice and new and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice. Hotel was very clean. My one complaint was that the bed area was next to a large window and the heavy drapery for the window was made so that IT WOULD NOT CLOSE.
