Excellent service, nice rooms with TV and a computer to use inside your room. Located a few minutes walk from the main central attraction on the city, quieter than other hotels as it's not in the main section on the Old Quarter. The hotel offers good wi-fi, and good breakfast! I would recommend to stay here, it's a nice 3* Hotel.

The staff at this hotel is top-notch. They understand that hostelry is a service industry, and their service is excellent. Just one example: We were in a taxi with a driver who could speak no English and didn't know where a top tourist site was. I called the hotel and the staff spoke with the driver and "no problem." Friendly, helpful and very courteous staff, 5* service, 3* pricing. Breakfast excellent, large memu and all very fresh. One minor compliant, hotel very cold in winter.

The staff at thiis hotel are friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Rooms are huge and a good choice of cooked breakfasts is also provided. A wonderful stay. Thank you.

The staff at Rising Dragon 111 were very friendly. The cleaning staff had very little english so unable to communicate, I requested a hand towel but refused. The hotel was nice & clean. Great location to get around the city on foot. The hotel organised our tour to Halong Bay, we had a great time. The only disappointment was the very hard bed. R D III Hotel was hard to find after dodgy taxi from airport dropped us at end of street and refused to drive down to hotel. The Hotel staff recommended we use one of only two taxi companies . This was great advice. We have been using "Taxi Group" cabs. The 9 floor hotel is only as wide as each room so street frontage is very narrow. A common thing […] for buildings and houses in Hanoi, Service and room were both very nice even though balcony overlooks a pretty squalid street and night trains roar by only 100 metres from front of hotel.. After one night here we booked for 3 more nights for our return from Halong Bay Despite above reservations hotel is excellent value for money and already feels like home. Mehr

Great value hotel. Fantastic service, and the staff were extremely friendly. Sun the manager seemed to remember every guest by name! The location was excellent, right in the Old Quarter. The worst part about the hotel was the breakfast. To clarify, we were only interested in Vietnamese food and the variety was very limited. We traveled throughout Vietnam for 2 weeks staying at many places and this place was by far the best by a long way. The staff were amazing and friendly and always went that little extra mile to make your stay better, they really had your best interests in mind. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of it. You really got a feel for what Hanoi […] was really about the moment you stepped outside the door. The rooms were brilliantly done and very comfortable. The price was also very low. Rising Dragon III Hotel has a great staff; they are friendly and helpful. The manager Son is very helpful and willing to accommodate any need. Staff always making sure the guests feel comfortable and welcome.

1歳の子と、夫婦の合計3人で2日泊まりました。 スタッフはみんなとっても親切。 部屋は広くて、子どもが走り回れるぐらい。 歩くのが楽しくて仕方ない子どもにはうってつけでした。 キッチンが部屋に付いているのも魅力。 外でお昼どきに寝てしまってた子どもには部屋で作って用意出来ました。（米など持参していました。） 自分で作らずとも、頼めば用意してくれます。 早朝出発だったとき、朝食の時間よりも結構早かったにも関わらず紙袋にパンやゆで卵を入れて用意してくれていました。 値段も手頃なのに、どこまでもホスピタリティの高いホテルだと思いました。 オススメします。

Hotel tres bien situé dans le vieux quartier, chambre très propre avec tout le confort (un pc avec wifi était à disposition dans la chambre) Le personnel etait tres sympa et parle très bien l'anglais. de plus nous avons fait une croisiere en baie d'halong (negocié par nos soins sans passer par l'agence de l'hotel), durant ces 3 jours l'hotel nous a […] gardé nos valises. hotel très sympa et très calme, personnel ADORABLE ne savent pas quoi faire pour vous faire plaisir.Des notre arrivée la réceptionniste est venue solutionné et résoudre un soucis avec le taxi qui essayait de nous arnaqués sur le prix de la course aéroport hôtel. Ils nous ont également conseillé sur toutes nos excursions en étant très abordable au niveau […] des tarifs. tout petit bémol sur une petite odeur d'humidité dans la chambre mais absolument pas dérangeante compte tenu de cette pluie de gentillesse.je recommande cet hôtel à tous le monde.
