Wenn man Prag erkunden möchte und nicht viel Zeit im Hotel zubringen möchte ist es sehr empfehlenswert. Günstig, zentral gelegen und direkt an der Straßenbahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber, der Komfort ist unterer Durchschnitt, Frühstücken sollte man außerhalb oder in der Lobby, da schmeckt zumindest der Kaffee. The Hotel Olsanka was a great starting point; three tram lines stopped right outside the door and it was only two or three stops from the main train station, which worked out perfectly for a day trip to the beautiful Kutna Hora. The room was what I expected of a three-star hotel; not the most comfortable, but functional. The description states that […] there are memory foam mattresses but that didn't seem to be the case in my room. The mattress in my room only had a "memory" in the sense that it was so hard I doubt it will ever lose its shape. When paired with the very flat pillows on hand, this side sleeper woke up each morning in a lot of pain. I never was proactive enough to ask the front desk if they had different or extra pillows available, so I can't testify to what the hotel would have done to mitigate that discomfort. I got a smoking room so I opened the windows to air it out. This ended up being a much more complicated operation that I would have expected; the handles to unlock them were difficult to budge. When I finally succeeded in unlocking them, the windows opened by pivoting at the center point and I couldn't figure out how in the world they were supposed to be held open without crashing down, except to flip them all the way around (which perhaps was the entire point, but since I was trying to air the room out I found it frustrating). I was satisfied with the breakfast spread-my mornings usually consist of yogurt and muesli, both of which were on hand, so I was happy. They also had other cereals, a variety of breads, cheese and lunch meat, sausages, some pasta thing which I found too bland, and eggs. There was a nice breakfast "pastry" selection as well (baked like a sheet cake-both I tried were tasty), and a goulash soup that felt wonderful when I came down with a cold/sore throat. The location is convenient, it just 10 mins to city. The hotel close to shopping mall, just 5 mins by walking. the room is big and clean. The breakfast look the same every day.

This is a budget hotel and you get budget treatment. The room was good size, but there was 1 bathroom for 3 rroms (I booked standard room). The tv had no english channels at all (couple of russian and german as well as czech). But service was good, polite and helpful. There was free wifi in hotel reception. I had booked a family room for my two teenage sons, myself and my mother. The room was actually a two-room apartment which was very convenient - very spacious and fine! I am usually not one to write reviews, as we travel a ton and are normally quite satisfied, but this hotel was a disaster. The room was absolutely filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were chunks of food on the floor, and stains all over the carpet. The bathroom was dirty and the room seemed to be crumbling apart. We did not […] pay much for the room so we didn't have high expectations but we thought from the pictures provided on the internet that the standards would be much higher. To top the experience off, the hotel lost our reservation, and after driving almost three hours to get there, were told we did not have a room. The ladies that worked at the counter were extremely rude and did not want to help us until a gentleman stepped in and assured us our problem would be handled. The free breakfast was awful, and not like other complimentary breakfasts we have had at other hotels in Czech. The location is okay. There is a tram stop outside the hotel that you can catch to pretty much wherever you want to go in the city within a short time. Overall we would not return to the hotel. For people just looking for a place to sleep for the night, it will be fine, but we do not recommend staying for longer than a night! Mehr

hotel Olšanka, basic accomodation, but very clean and comfortable, great location, tram stop right outside of hotel, no.9 takes you to city centre in 10min.

Valitsimme Olsankan, koska se oli halpa ja lähellä keskustaa. Hotellia vastapäätä pääsi kätevästi ratikalla ydinkeskustaan, myöskin metropysäkki oli viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainniltaan siis hyvä hotelli, valitettavasti palvelutaso oli osittain ala-arvoista. Huoneiden luovutus oli aamulla kymmeneltä, mutta osaa matkakumppaneistani oli […] käyty hätistelemässä hotellista jo kello kahdeksan aamulla. Aamupalalla ollessamme hotellin siivooja oli käynyt avaamassa huoneemme oven, vaikka meidän kaikki tavaramme olivat huoneessa levällään ja kuka tahansa olisi niitä voinut käydä varastamassa. Kannattaa myös varautua siihen, että halvimmissa huoneissa ei välttämättä ole omaa suihkua/vessaa, vaan joudut jakamaan ne muiden huoneistossa asuvien matkalaisten kanssa. Osa huoneista on siis solu-tyyppisiä. Huoneeseen olisi toivonut myös jääkaappia. Voisin kuitenkin harkita hotellia hintatason ja hyvän sijainnin takia uudestaan. Mehr

Är inte så nöjd. Hotellet hade inga kartor, ett gym i samma byggnad. När vi kom dit och skulle vila lite vaknade vi alla av hög bas och musik. Samt en människa som pratade i mikrofon. Vi trodde det va någon sorts utomhusaktivitet men när vi fråga hotellet sa de att det är gymmet, zumba class. De höll på i ca 3 timmar. Vaknade även en morgon kl 07:00 […] av samma sak. Vi var heldige at få vores ophold billigt, og syne derfor det var ok. Morgenmaden var ok, men kunne være dejligt om der var en toaster til brødet. Godt udvalg af oste og pølser, og rigeligt kaffe. Super nemt at komme til centrum, med sporvogn lige udenfor. Dårlige madrasser, og ikke sengeredning, men nogenlunde i orden med håndklæder. Ikke så god service […] generelt. De deler ihvertfald ikke ud af smil. Dejlig restaurant lige ved siden af. God mad...både pizza og super argentinsk bøf. OK at bo her, hvis man er heldig med prisen...ellers ikke !! Mehr

Hotel ideale per famiglia in quanto il rapporto qualità prezzo che mi è stato proposto era più che sufficente. Comodità eccellente per fare spostamenti dal centro storico al quartiere dove è situato l' albergo. Il personale non parla quasi niente l' italiano, ma alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili ad aiutarti quando fai qualche richiesta […] o chiedi informazione e fanno il possibile per farsi comprendere. Colazione abbondante e varia. La struttura è un pochino vecchiotta, avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata essendo tutta come è stata fatta negli annio 70. Però direi che tutto sommato è pulita e in ordine, basta sapersi adattare un pochino. Il servizio wifi per internet lo danno a pagamento e non è libero, come anche la televisione non hanno un impianto satellitare che si possa vedere qualche canale principale italiano! Piscina, sauna, massaggi, palestra ecc. sono comodamente raggiungibili dall' interno dell' albergo e si possono utilizzare con una modicissima spesa. Parcheggio privato custodito comodo e coperto, consiglio di prenotarlo prima del' arrivo in quanto i posti sono limitati. Alla fine direi che se ritorno in questa zona ci tornerei in questo albergo. Si vous avez envie de détente un centre sportif voisin est accessible de l'hôtel, il faut payer en plus mais les tarifs sont très abordables pour des activités variés (piscines, musculation, badminton . . . ). Les chambres sont assez grandes et […] confortables. Les petits déjeuners étaient inclus dans notre séjour mais ne comptez pas trop dessus, ils ne sont guère appétissant (gateaux et aliments sucrés toujours un peu trop secs et sans gouts, le salé style saucisses trop gras). Hotel Olšanka je starší hotel, ale pokoje jsou zrekonstruované. Snídaně jsou jednoduché, ale chutné. Kryté parkování přímo v hotelu. Výhodou je přítomnost menšího bazenu a fitnes centra se saunou. Hotel odpovídá kategorii starší 3*

Super hotel. Bon petit déj.M°à 5 minà pied. Tram au pied de l'hotel (centre ville en 7 minutes de tram). Personnel agréable et professionnel. A choisir sans hésitation. Chambre spacieuse et super confort.

Ett stort hotell med många bekvämligheter och en rejäl frukost. Med 3 spårvagnslinjer utanför entrén är man på några minuter i centrum.

Godt hotel, hvis man ikke forventer luksus, Sporvognen kører lige udenfor. Morgenmaden kan spises, men meget anderledes end fra andre (billige) hoteller vi har boet på ;) Der var en del uro om natten, men der var også mange unge, som boede der. Pyt vi havde jo ferie ! Vil helt klart bo her igen, hvis prisen er i ok !

Отель полностью оправдал наши ожидания. Находится в тихом месте недалеко от вокзала. Чистый, уютный номер. Хотелсь бы холодильник. Очень доброжилательный персонал со знанием русского языка.

Hotellet er typisk østeuropæisk stil, dog er der pænt rent og personalet er meget serviceminded. Morgenbuffeten indeholdt diverse youghurter/mysli/brød/pålæg/grønt/pølser/æg/frugt. Intet at klage over. Dog kan vi ikke anbefale restauranten. Perfekt beliggenhed med sporvogne lige uden for døren, der kører med 7 min. interval til centrum.

Vi har haft 4 overnatninger på dette hotel og har været fint tilfredse med hotellet i forholdt hvad man betaler. Værelserne er fra østblok tiden ligesom resten af hotellet. Vi spiste kun morgenmad på hotellet og det var ganske fint. Der var 2-3 slags brød, 2 slags ost, 3-5 slags pålæg, marmelade, mælkemorgenmad, pølser, hård kogte æg, enten kartofler […] eller ris, juice og kaffe/the.. Mehr

Kannattaa käydä jos haluaa kokea yhdistelmän hidasta palvelua ja kulunutta hotellimiljöötä 70-luvun lopusta ilman että mitään on tehty. Tosin halpa hotelli.

Man behöver: Säng, badrum och enkel frukost, allt annat är egentligen onödigt. Och det är det Olsanka tillhandahåller. Dessutom i Zizkov den bästa stadsdelen för en ölentusiast. Vidare ligger hotellentrén precis vid hållplatsen för tre spårvagnslinjer, så var man än ska i stan, är det lätt med spårvagn till och från hotellet. Dette hotellet har en fin belligenhet----bare 3 stop med trikken til sentrum. rolig strøk. Servicen er god, og rengjøring på rommet er god. Frokosten er enkel, men o.k. Får kokte egg hver dag, og det er ikke alle plasser man får uten å betale extra. Bestiller gjerne dette hotellet ved neste besøk til Praha.

Ligger i fin afstand fra centrum med sporvogn lige uden for indgangen. Hotellet er pænt og ordentligt, men værelset var meget kedeligt og sengen helt håbløs. Morgenmaden der fulgte med i prisen var rigtig dårlig, man kan dog købe en rimeligt fin morgenmad ude i baren, så det vil jeg anbefale eller tage ned i byen, der findes mange steder med fin br […] unch. Olsanka is a good Hotel near the tram stop. We had there three nights with our 6 people group (six double rooms). We went to Praha to see the city it self so we didn't spend wery much time in the hotell rooms. For that Olsanka is wery good and cheap option. Good basic breakfast also included. The lobby bar was nice and quite cheap. If you want to have […] sports in your stay, Olsanka would be the best. There is also nice hill near the hotel where young people are used to have some beer and see an outdoor cinema. If you have courage to do that in the night time, you should.
