William Inn - Ebensburg

the place is dirty and smells like a smoke factory. when i got up in the morning, there was no soap to take a shower with i called the front desk and she stated,"what can i do i cant leave the desk" the man next to me coughed all night the walls are thin and old. atho the people next to me where happy frow what i could here. not for a family.....sailers […] will like it... jim L Mehr

The hotel is a disgrace. I checked in and immediately checked out. It was a non smoking room, the hall and room wreaked of smoke.

The hotel is in the process of being updated and there are areas of improvement. They need to have a sign out front the is lighted and can be seen from the road. Lanscape should be more appealing. Restuarant and bar was good, food was well done.

I was so upset when I saw the hotel we had booked online w/hotels.com. The site didn't have any photos and this was the only hotel they had on their website for this town so we booked trusting hotels.com. The rooms were old and run down even though the manager said they had just been remodeled. Their were workers working in the building in the rooms […] and were all smoking.....in the rooms!!!! Our room was "non-smoking" but we could actually smell as much smoke in it as we could in the halls. The shower curtain was covered with mold, the floor had not been vaccuumed or swept and overall cleanliness was sloppy. I would not recommend this dive to my worst enemy! Mehr

appearance of hotel run down and dumpy. the parking lot had no lighting, not enough parking spaces, smoke detector in the hallway was hanging from wires, stains in the rug, the lock on the door did not work, the plug in the bathroom did not work, mold on the bathroom wall, scum all over the shower curtain, the toilet rocks when you sit on it, heat does […] not work, only two outlets in the room so depending on what you have to use you have to unplug something else, crud all over the window, beds are on a slope towards the head board, smoke detector in room hanging off the wall, the dresser draws dont close, the room had a smell to it that smelled like an air freshener sprayed over a musty smell, a light was out in t he bathroom, when they painted the hallway they painted over the light fixture and the bulb, holes in the wall with insulation hanging out, now for the good things tv worked fine and had a very nice sink in the bathroom, i do have pictures to back up all my statements if anyone is interested. maybe they should be published on there website and yes i would not have stayed there but it was the only room available.
