Maroma ist ein wirkliches Hotel zum Relaxen. Schöne Lage, wunderschöner Strandbereich mit super bequemen Liegen. Gutes Essen, nette Bar. Perfekter Service, allerdings sehr amerikanisiert. Für uns manchmal ein wenig zu viel des Guten. Sehr teuer, aber Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überwiegend.

Wer den Bettenburgen in Playa del Carmen entfliehen will ist hier richtig. Hotelgröße ist genau richtig, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und die Lage wirklich unschlagbar. In einer Minute auf der Shopping- und Ausgehmeile, ein einer Mintute am Strand... Ich war mit einer Freundin da und kann es nur empfehlen!

Das Hotel ist etwas Besonderes, da es nur kleiner Bungalows sind. sehr schön in einer Gartenlandschaft. Die Zimmer sind aber etwas abgewohnt, aber voll funktionstüchtig. Manche Bereiche der Anlage werden renoviert, was aber gar nicht stört. Was mich gestört hat, ist dass das mehr nach Schwefelwasserstoff gerochen hat und das fast nur im Hotelbereich. Die Rezeption konnte da auch nichts machen. Für einen solch hohen Preis erwarte ich mehr.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,sehr schöne Zimmer,ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Zentrum benötigt man ein Taxi oder Mietwagen. Zum Strand kann man laufen ca.10 min.,muss man sich aber erklären lassen( über den Golfplatz).

We used the hotel on transit by bus from Cancun to Chetumal and it suited what we wanted perfectly. The facilities are adequate, standard Holiday Express style but without coffee in the room. The location is directly opposite the new bus station so no taxi is required. Breakfast was plentiful with good plain fare.
"Next to ADO station"
This hotel is right next to the ADO station and we were here for only one night in transition. Rooms are small but nice. Free breakfast in the morning and internet was great. Very nice service also.

Near Walmart and bus station but not so near beach. Peaceful place and bed was ok. Breakfast was good and overall hotel is worth of money.

Hotel is clean and friendly staff only issue is its not close to the beach. Overall good hotel will stay here again.

Hotel is located close to the 5th avenue (main tourist walkway). It is next to bus station. Very clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Even HBO in room TV. for the first week we had different hotel, wish we had this one for all 2 weeks.

"good experience"
I stayed in the hotel more than two weeks, and the reason for this, i didn't find a better option for the price and quality. Great location, close to the center, yet very quiet. Good service and complimentary breakfast. New, clean, modern desigh.. i had everthing that i need there.. fast net, laundry. definitely recommend the hotel! p.s the girl in […] the reception is very cute! :) Mehr

Extremely clean - Staff very friendly. A few blocks from the beach and from busy Avenida 5, which guarantees a quiet night to sleep. The free breakfast is also good. Would definitely stay there again.

The a/c didn't work on the whole hotel for both nights. the first night the clerk pretended that we stayed with no open windows, no fan, in a 90ºF weahter. how's that for service?? only because I insisted that she should find us another hotel with a/c. For the second night I didn't even have to ask.

The rooms are small but is a very nice hotel for the price. Close to the bus, shopping and beach. I would stay there again.

I thought this hotel was good value for the money. It isn't super fancy, but it was modern and clean. The breakfast was decent and it has underground parking. The only problem i had was finding the hotel as i was driving and the map provided is completely wrong . The hotel is off of 30 ave nrte on 12nte right behind the walmart.

Very nice hotel. At this price point, we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Very convenient location behind the bus terminal that goes to Chetumal or Belize. Breakfast is nice and was filling. Rooms are small and compact, but then you are not in Playa to stay in a room. 2 choices of rooms only - rooms with one queen bed or rooms with 2 twin beds. It […] was not a fun night trying to share a twin bed with my baby so next time we stayed, we rented 2 rooms - it was worth it. Free Wi-Fi internet was also great - sometimes a problem with IExplorer but we downloaded Google Chrome and worked like a charm, plus they have 2 workstations in lobby for you to use. If you're coming from airport, just take the ADO bus right at Cancun airport terminal to Playa del Carmen for $10 USD for adults, children $5. No pool, but only a 7 block walk to beach (beach is on 1st Ave, each block increases by 5, so 1st Ave, then 5th Ave, 10th Ave et seq.). WalMart and Mega are each 1 block away. "Hotel ONE, Playa del Carmen, Mexico"
Eenvoudig hotel maar met alle comfort. Kraaknet, vriendelijke service, comfotabele bedden. Geen strandhotel, eerder zakenreizigers maar het strand en toeristisch centrum liggen op amper 10min te voet. Het ADO busstation (Naar Cancun luchthaven en andere centra) ligt tegenover hotel. Dus zeer goede ligging, centraal maar toch rustig.

el dia jueves 15 del presente mientras dormia, intentaron abrir mi cuarto, en la madrugada, la puerta si fue abierta pero por estar puesto el pasador afurtunadamente no ingresaron, al preguntar quien era y no obtener respuesta me asome por la mirilla alcance aver una silueta de negro correr por el pasillo haciaesto lo reporte a la izquierda del cuarto. […] este lo reporte por la mañana a la administracion y la unica respuesta que obtuve por la señorita lo revisarian. el cuarto que ocupe fue el 145 de 1° piso me gustaria tener una respuesta, para seguir ocupando sus servicios y recomendarlos. "Experiencia ONE"
El hotel One en Playa del Carmen esta a la vuelta de la central camionera y a 3 calles de la 5º avenida, sobra decir que se encuentra en una inmejorable posicion, ya sea para negocios o viajes de placer. Se los recomiendo ampliamente por lo anterior y por sus bajos precios y calidad.
"opcion economica y buena"
Muy amable el personal, edificio recién construido, incluye desayuno y café o te 24 hs, wifi gratis en todo el edificio o el uso de las Pc en el hall sin cargo alguno y hay lavarropas, secarropas por calor y plancha por pocos dólares!!!! A 3 cuadras de la principal pero zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar.

Habitacion sencilla cama, tv escritorio, todo nuevo, muy limpio y conexion WIFI incluida, prestamo de pc en recepcion sin costo, bufette bastante bueno.... en general muy buen hotel

El hotel tiene una atencion al cliente muy buena. Las instalaciones estan paracticamente a estrena y todas en perfecto estado. El costo de la habitacione esta en relacion con el servicio que brindan. Es un hotel para recomendar, sin duda. Me he sentido muy a gusto durante mi estadía.
